03/05/2026: Excellent. Great location. Super clean, excellent maintenance, very attentive service, and a very good breakfast. The room was a bit small, but that's understandable in a medieval village. The location is key; it's 50 meters from the main square and halfway up the village, which is essential.
02/05/2026: A very nice hotel, an older building, but very well adapted, and above all, the location is excellent. The service at reception could be improved; they took far too long to assign us rooms. A major problem is that the elevator doesn't reach all floors, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. There were elderly people in my group of pilgrims, which was a drawback, but thankfully there were others who were able to help.

Really filling (great portions and value for the price), and we got a coke and beer to go with our food but if you don’t get drinks, it’s about €8-10 per order. You can take away or eat at the shop. We ordered the Classic and the Atomic. The bread is made fresh in house on a grill 👍
19/06/2026: An excellent and generous piadina, different from the usual piadinas. Good and tasty products, even the piadina with Nutella is excellent, all served by kind and courteous staff. I recommend it if you don't want to eat the usual pizza.

The staff was courteous and attentive, and the menu was well-designed and executed with fresh, quality ingredients. I also greatly appreciated the attention paid to my dairy intolerance, offering tasty and thoughtful alternatives.
A truly positive experience.
05/01/2026: We booked this restaurant for a quick lunch and were particularly impressed by the fact that both a welcome entrée and a dessert were brought to our table, even though we'd only ordered two first courses (no appetizer, wine, dessert, or coffee).
We thank the chef and staff for this unexpected treat. Good food, lovely place right in the center of Assisi.

28/11/2025: Visited during the Easter period. The hotel is beautiful, a little dated, but it fits the style of the area. The food was really good, and the service was excellent, from the restaurant to the front desk. The rooms had everything you need, but they were very basic but very comfortable. The cleanliness was good. The location was perfect, halfway between the town center and the village of Assisi, easily accessible on foot. I highly recommend it, especially for the attention to detail in managing this hotel. The price was fair. Special thanks to Gianna and Alessandro, two wonderful people.
