Alta qualità di cibo e vino . Le focacce farcite ( guanciale e caciotta di tartufo la mia preferite ) accompagnate da un ottimo Montefalco o birra umbra ti scaldano le ossa e il cuore, I gestori , l’accoglienza discreta e piacevole di chi ama il proprio mestiere. Consiglio caldamente, anche in gruppo per convivere diversi taglieri di salumi e formaggi di ottima qualità. A presto

10/04/2025: The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the entrance to the historic city and the Church of San Rufino. I also liked the restaurant, the food was good and reasonably priced, and the staff were very friendly. However, the room is not comfortable, the bed is very hard, and the shower is above the toilet. They say there is free parking, but we were charged 7 euros for parking. But the worst thing was that they tried to open our door 3 TIMES during our stay: the first time when we arrived, a lady got confused and tried to open our door (we let her pass, it happens), but the next day, we were getting ready to check out and the staff opened our door TWICE! We had not put the card in the electricity because it was clear and we did not know that it indicated whether the room was empty or occupied, but I believe that the hotel should have a control in the form of a list, for example, of which guests have already checked out to avoid this kind of embarrassment.

13/04/2025: We recently had lunch at this restaurant and overall it was a bittersweet experience. Let's start with the positives: the quality of the food was undoubtedly high. The aspect that left us most perplexed, however, concerns the management of the doggy bag. When we asked to take away the leftovers, we were given an empty container, leaving us to fill it. This practice seemed to us to be in contrast with what we observed at a nearby table, where another waiter took care of personally packaging the leftovers for the customers. I want to emphasize that the food was VERY GOOD!

26/03/2025: If I could give less than one star I would have given it, let's start by saying that if you want to book by telephone the phone is always off the hook, or at least when I wanted to book I was off the hook. We found a place, we sat down, our attention immediately went to the (dirty) cutlery, okay let's move on, we eat with disposable chopsticks which is better... we ordered some steamed ravioli to start with, some fried ravioli arrived (😳) but above all cold so fried beforehand, among other things two ants were happily wandering around on our plate. The next course was a salmon bagel, good, if it hadn't been for the fact that I had asked for it without cheddar at all, instead it was full!! When it came time to pay, aware of everything that had happened, they didn't even offer us a coffee, 40 euros wasted, I will never go back again! Destined to close.

04/04/2025: Chosen without any prior information, by intuition, this beautiful osteria a few steps from the church of San Pietro in Assisi turned out to be a very positive gastronomic surprise. Strangozzi with truffles followed by seared lamb, are dishes of a certain importance and although demanding, they were easily assimilated without any hesitation, with a white half grechetto added to the table as an aid, which I know is allowed to be drunk without a hit. Friendly, polite and efficient service. Fair account, what else can I say, we'll be back.

09/02/2025: A slightly old-fashioned place but it has its charm, the waitress is very kind and friendly and the aubergines, baked potatoes, strangozzi with truffles and maltagliati with leek and white ragout were simply superlative!

26/03/2025: Among the foods I ate in Italy, it was on the salty side. The salad was also a bit salty... haha. The taste was ok and the good thing was that the bathroom was clean!

05/03/2025: There were 3 of us. A hamburger with burnt bread, wild boar pappardelle in which you could taste too much puree and didn't taste like wild boar ragù, the only good thing was the chop. We all ate 3 at different times even though there were only 3 tables occupied in the end the latte was not good at all

16/03/2025: Gargotta Pizzeria Restaurant is located in the industrial area of ​​Bastia. The clientele is both young and old. The menu is extensive, but the house specialty is undoubtedly the pizza because it is very thin. Advised

01/03/2025: We went to dinner ordering hamburgers with chicken... I've never had such a bad meal: chicken hamburgers with strange pieces that are hard to chew like nerves or tendons, I don't know... The nicest thing is that despite having said everything at the time of payment, I was told that it's normal and they didn't give any discount... I don't recommend it.
