15/02/2026: 5 stars only because it's the best you can give. Starting with Alessandro at the front desk, he's experienced, professional, and extremely attentive to both staff and service. The room was spacious and bright. We tried the massages with Rama, who showed pure empathy and gentleness. The private spa is a gem, especially the relaxation room overlooking the garden.
