Il Vivoletto restaurant has a chef named Francisco! Contemporary cuisine that excels in ingredients and the "construction" of the dish.
Wines from the Umbria region - Montefalco.
And they serve water in glass bottles.
Highlights: tagliatelle cooked over charcoal with quail egg, truffle, and pieces of cured pork cheek.
It was very good. I would reduce the amount of cheek.
Tiramisu fit for the gods. The biscuit is crunchy.
Cozy place, stone building.
Unisex bathroom ok.
Price of the dish: 18 euros.
Fast service!
Only one server and she handles everything! Congratulations to her and the chef.
I recommend making a reservation.

The menu isn't typical, but it's varied and interesting.

I went there solo on Easter Sunday for dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommend me about the local menu items. The food was absolutely delicious. The portions was very generous. Loved it.
