18/08/2024: My partner and I have already been to this restaurant several times and, although there had always been some small details to improve, it had never disappointed us as much as this time. Our experience was definitely below expectations. We ordered a "Korean Tagliere", which cost us two euros more than the normal one because it was presented as a seasonal dish. However, the amount of food on the cutting board was surprisingly small, especially when compared to the regular cutting board, which is usually quite rich and satisfying. Paying more for less really doesn't make any sense, and this left us very disappointed. The onigiri we got, unfortunately, were not up to par. In theory, onigiri should be eaten with your hands, but this was impossible because the rice crumbled at the touch. We had to use a fork to eat them, which not only ruined the experience but also highlighted the poor quality of the preparation. With a little more care, the result would have been very different. As for the main courses, we preferred not to complain right away, even if we weren't satisfied. However, when we received the sweets, the situation got worse. Of the three mochi served, only one was remotely eatable. The other two had an unpleasant taste and the texture of the mochi dough was crumbly, rather than elastic. The plating seemed to have been done in a hurry, with one of the mochi even having a fingerprint on it. When we complained, they took back the mochi, but we were not offered any compensation. Indeed, they told us that they all came from the same box, as if this should justify the problem. In the end, they still charged us for the desserts, even though they were practically inedible. In conclusion, the experience did not live up to our previous visits, especially considering the price. (86 euros) It is clear that there has been a decline in the quality of service and preparation. We will not be returning, and unfortunately we can no longer recommend it as we did in the past.

18/08/2024: I have come here often in the past, and it had always been average, but yesterday I had a disastrous experience. Leaving aside the fact that every dish that was served to us seemed to have been prepared hours before and only reheated, the dishes made no logical sense, a jumble of tastes put together making them cancel each other out. But the worst thing happened at dessert time, we asked for matcha mochi; they brought them to us slammed on a plate (one even upside down); At the time of tasting, one was good, the other two had probably gone bad or were poorly defrosted, the mochi paste in fact crumbled and had a rancid taste. We pointed this out to a waiter, who took away the plate with the two spoiled mochi and after a brief consultation with the kitchen he told us "well, they were all from the same box", without offering to bring us back more or a substitute. At the cash register there was no discount for the inconvenience, in fact we even had to pay for the dish of mochi that went bad. 86 euros wasted, and a whole night of stomach pain. We will never return and unfortunately we will not recommend it

17/05/2024: Salumi e vino locale molto buoni da accompagnare con torta ai testi (tipica focaccia del posto) Buon servizio. Pochi tavoli alti con sgabelli quindi in giorni di grande affluenza non penso sia facile trovare posto per sedersi. Tanti prodotti in vendita

13/05/2024: Abbiamo consumato in questo negozio un assaggio di salumi e formaggi accompagnati dalla famosa e ottima torta al testo. Alessandro ci ha deliziato con i suoi prodotti. Veramente tutto di ottima qualità. Super consigliato per chi passa da Assisi. Molto fornito

27/07/2024: Osteria deludente (consigliata anche dalla nostra albergatrice). Ordinata una carbonara che aveva solo uovo e pochissima pancetta, quantità esagerata e tra l'altro pasta scotta. Le tagliatelle al ragù e i tortellini al ragù con un sugo pessimo, è sembrato mangiare un primo al pomodoro. Ogni ricetta è diversa ovviamente ma nel limite, la carne nel ragù deve essere sentita. Torta al testo con salsicce e verdure troppo pesante. Il vino anche non spiccava per il gusto. Dopo averci servito gli antipasti e i primi si sono dimenticati completamente di noi nonostante mancassero dei secondi addebitati al nostro tavolo. I prezzi bassi, ma vista la qualità giusti.

22/07/2024: It is a place where you eat without ifs or buts. You find a concrete cuisine, without frills or artistic paintings on the dishes. If it were up to me I would always eat here. The owner is a strong, determined woman, she is the captain of the ship and with her in command the ship always returns to port. No one leaves without eating.... In the end, long live the Captain and thank you...

29/03/2024: Many times I have noticed this Trattoria, passing by in the car and I have never entered. This evening, I can say that it was a big mistake not to have stopped in the past years, because the food is wonderful, helpful staff, excellent service. there will be other future evenings at the Trattoria degli Angeli. 06/06/2024: Simply awesome. Had the tasting menu with wine pairing and chef presented and explained with much passion. The staff was excellent. Two of our friends do not drink wine, so they had excellent cocktails. A culinary feast and treat. A great restaurant and a wonderful hotel - setting and staff were the best. Oh, and the bonus treat - the amazing sunset on the roof and out all the windows. Don't miss it!

24/05/2024: Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante con la mia famiglia in occasione del mio compleanno. Location splendida con vista sulla rocca di Assisi, personale gentile e professionale, lo chef è stato carinissimo e ha coccolato la nostra bambina. Ottima esperienza, la qualità è il servizio valgono il prezzo pagato.

The day I traveled to Assisi, it was very hot, and I happened to have some spare time on the train, so I looked for a place to rest near the train station and found it. This is a place that sells yogurt ice cream and has a variety of toppings and options so you can enjoy it to your taste. The store is small, but there was no problem taking a break. If you come to Assisi, it's right near the train station, so if you like yogurt, it would be a good idea to visit. ----- I didn't expect it, but I ate it deliciously. When I traveled to Assisi, it was very hot, and I found it while looking for a place to rest near the train station because I also had some free train time. It's place that sells yogurt ice cream, and there are a lot of toppings and options, so you can eat it as you like. The store is rather small, so there was no problem taking a short break. If you've come on a trip to Assis, it's right near the train station, so if you like yogurt, you'd better visit.

13/08/2024: We stayed in this beautiful farmhouse together with friends and our children and we had a really good time. The swimming pool is surrounded by greenery, you can relax there or go to visit Assisi which is 15 minutes away by car. Breakfast is buffet and plentiful. The staff and owner are very kind and hospitable and the rooms are simple and clean.

04/09/2024: We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The service provided by the host was exceptional—he was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartments were comfortable, well-air-conditioned, and nicely maintained. The grounds, including the pool, were lovely and provided a great place to relax. While the location was a bit remote, there were charming small villages nearby to explore.

31/08/2024: Farmhouse surrounded by greenery just a few minutes drive from Assisi. Ideal for perfect relaxation in contact with nature. Large room with kitchenette complete with everything you need, air conditioning, fan and mosquito nets. Free parking. The structure is very beautiful, garden with large trees that provide beautiful shade throughout the day. The swimming pool completes what is available to spend a day of rest. Excellent restaurant available to guests. Possibility of breakfast. Eddie a great home owner. Thanks for everything!!!

Friendly and helpful staff and exceptional dishes, the truffle dishes are absolutely recommended, potato crusted baskets with truffles that are truly good and very delicate on the palate. Rooms also available for longer stays

22/04/2024: We ate an excellent fish dinner with friends at La Sirenetta. Rare to find a place in the Umbrian hinterland where the fish is cooked well! The pizza is also very good. We will definitely come back to eat here!
