The location is along a highway, with limited parking, but with a little luck and patience, you can find parking even along the highway. The restaurant's interior is spacious and welcoming, with carefully crafted rustic furnishings that create a pleasant atmosphere and reflect the restaurant's upcoming menu. In addition to the menu, a blackboard with the daily specials is also displayed, a sign of a cuisine that pays attention to seasonality. I started my dinner with an excellent hand-sliced ​​local ham, followed by some excellent ciriole al pomodoro, a typical local dish. Side dishes included sautéed chicory and French fries, and it all ended with some delicious tozzetti, so good that I ordered a portion to take home. It goes without saying that the main dishes at this restaurant are all meat-based. The wait staff is quick, friendly, and above all, skilled at managing the many customers who frequent the restaurant. Good value for money, reservations recommended.
