18/03/2025: Osteria Top. Amazing appetizer, tripe, beans with pork rinds and giblets, too good, then a chicken in beer made with an orange cream, with potatoes and herbs like chicory, too good and I don't like oranges, so that says it all. The guys are nice and helpful, really a place to recommend, it feels like eating at a friend's house where grandma cooks, simple and refined flavors at the same time, very good.

18/03/2025: Osteria Top. Antipasto spaziale, trippa, fagioli con le cotiche e coratella, troppo buono poi un pollo alla birra fatto con una crema alle arance, con patate e erbe tipo cicoria troppo buono e io non amo le arance, quindi dice tutto. I ragazzi simpatici e disponibili, veramente un posto da consigliare sembra di mangiare a casa di un amico dove cucina la nonna, sapori semplici e ricercati allo stesso tempo, buonissimo.

06/03/2025: Sarò ripetitivo ma per noi il miglior ristorante di Perugia e dintorni, menù con prodotti del territorio, curati e ricercati, di una bontà unica! Qui ci sentiamo veramente a casa! Bravissimi tutti!!!

07/01/2025: The castle is a little hidden gem. From the restaurant a beautiful panorama overlooking the silhouette of the historic center of Perugia. Wonderful at sunset, as at night with the lights of the bell towers of S. Domenico and S. Pietro. The staff were welcoming, kind, extremely professional. Each impeccable dish, wine paired with the dishes. You can also visit the castle after dinner. Every detail of the structure, from the interiors, to the walls, to the gardens is studied in detail. We want to go back in the summer to eat on the splendid panoramic terrace. Thanks for everything!

08/02/2025: Abbiamo trascorso una serata molto piacevole, degustando piatti a base di pesce di lago e vini locali con una bella vista sul lago trasimeno. Il locale ha un'atmosfera intima e piacevole. Abbiamo scelto la degustazione 'i classici' e abbiamo apprezzato tutte le portate, soprattutto il luccio mantecato con roveja e salsa nantes e la carpa regina del trasimeno. Il prezzo è commisurato alla qualità delle materie prime ed alla piacevolezza dell'esperienza. Stra-consigliato!

14/03/2025: Great place! Purple onion tart was amazing!! Truffle tagliatelle was good. Artichoke ravioli were delicious! Chocolate lava cake was fantastic. The tiramisu was also good. Fried zucchini blossoms were just ok.

15/04/2025: Spartan restaurant in a parking lot. 7, 8 appetizers and 2 tastings of first courses with house wine all served very quickly without giving you time to enjoy the food, for the modest sum of 35 euros without an invoice or receipt. Waitresses who don't look you in the face when you are served. Bad bad. Not to be repeated.

13/04/2025: Excellent food, questionable service, but the point is very simple, it is worth going if you are very hungry and intend to eat the entire menu which is fixed. Otherwise in my opinion the expense is not worth the effort. For me it's no, simply because I prefer à la carte menus. The location isn't great, in the sense that the outdoor tables are in a parking lot, but inside it's nice.

27/03/2025: The pizzas are always excellent, only the environment in the winter period is a little small in the summer, they have a large garden outside set up really well
