28/02/2026: Spectacular place, I've never had such good prosciutto. I recommend the house antipasto, the cured meats are nothing short of excellent. Lots of freshly made first and second courses, top-quality ingredients. Absolutely wonderful! And I forgot about the wine cellar, which really amazed me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

03/02/2026: A restaurant where you can enjoy quality traditional dishes. The starters were very good, with a good selection. The meat was well-cooked and juicy. It's perhaps one of the few places where you can choose your pizza crust: classic or Neapolitan. I have to say the Neapolitan crust is very good, and the ingredients are high quality. Overall, a good restaurant. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I'll be back.

23/12/2025: I've been staying at this wonderful hotel for years, and it's always hard to leave after such a pleasant stay. The professional and friendly staff, the excellent services, and the proximity to the center and ski lifts make this hotel the perfect choice. See you next year!

09/01/2026: A very nice restaurant, with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very good, typically Umbrian food. However, it's not a trattoria, it's a restaurant, and you can tell, especially from the very gourmet appetizers. Overall, excellent.

07/01/2026: Lunch at the trattoria: a very nice location, free private parking in front, homemade cacio e pepe spaghetti and tagliatelle with white Cinta Senese ragù and fennel, very good and plentiful. The only downside, which has become commonplace at restaurants these days, is €3 for €0.75 of water, which I consider "a rip-off." I recommend booking.

06/01/2026: I've been there several times and I can say that the food is AMAZING! The platter is highly recommended because it's amazing, but the first courses are also very good. The carbonara, in my opinion, is very well made, creamy and full of guanciale.

21/11/2025: The name says it all! This place specializes exclusively (I want to emphasize this) in soups, with no other dishes except dessert. The soups change daily, which shows they always use fresh ingredients. You can check the website. I went for lunch; it was easy to find a table, but it's always best to reserve. I had beans and pork rind... incredible! I'll definitely be back!

22/08/2025: I've been to this place many times, including takeout, and each time I've found the same quality and attention to detail. The burgers are truly excellent, with super-fresh bread (especially the "burnt" one) and a varied selection of chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian options, to please all tastes. The place has a lovely character, with a refined and pleasant industrial style. In the summer, you can also eat outside, but I personally prefer the indoor atmosphere. The location is also very convenient: parking is available in front or a few meters away, and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. A must-visit for anyone looking for a quality burger in Perugia, highly recommended!

03/03/2026: Drawn by the quaint exterior, we entered and were immediately greeted with kindness and a warm smile. We ate inside (the room doesn't have many tables, but that only made the experience much more enjoyable). The food was excellent, with generous portions and super reasonable prices. They also have excellent vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: The restaurant is nice, the food is good - not much rice, a lot of fish, the dishes arrived very quickly, something I didn't like was that there is little space so it's a bit noisy, there's no intimate atmosphere and you have to shout a bit to be heard and the bathroom was dirty on the floor and the bin was full, otherwise everything was perfect.

08/01/2026: Recommended by my niece, we were pleasantly greeted by a super friendly and accommodating waiter. The dining room isn't large, and we were the only ones there, but considering it's January, mass tourism is down after the holidays. We spent about €25 per person for an appetizer, a meat-based main course, dessert, and coffee.

The menu is very interesting and offers many vegan options. Everything was delicious, and attention was paid to every detail of the presentation. I'll definitely be back!

23/09/2025: A cozy, modern restaurant with delicious dishes and wines (including, of course, Montefalco Sagrantino); all at reasonable prices. Excellent, friendly service. The restaurant belongs to the hotel, which is situated in a beautiful garden with a small river flowing through it. Local jams, wine, and olive oil are also available for sale.
