04/05/2025: We had lunch in this place in the center of Norcia initially because it was the only one with "clear" prices on the outside and we didn't want to have any bad surprises, then we liked everything, excellent dishes prepared with quality ingredients, competent and welcoming staff, honest prices. Highly recommended!

18/05/2025: Wonderful place in the center of Assisi, we ate on the terrace, refined and excellent food, the staff......what can I say fantastic, and since it was my birthday cake with a candle. We can't wait to go back. Today was the first time. Thank you !!!!!!!

05/05/2025: An elegant and refined restaurant in the historic center of Gubbio. The dishes are delicious, both the first and second courses, and on the advice of the staff we took some excellent wines. The dessert is not up to par with the rest of the dinner. The price for what we ate (€30 per person) is very honest. Kindness towards customers is not the same among staff members, in the dining room you should be a team player.

04/05/2025: Cena del sabato sera (con prenotazione) in questo ristorante nel centro di Gubbio, a gestione famigliare. Abbiamo assaggiato dei taglieri misti di formaggio e salumi, a seguite tagliatelle con tartufo, burro salato e caciotta, due tagliate, un tiramisù, un semifreddo al caramello salato ed una cheese cake. Un ottimo rosato pugliese da bere. Servizio celere, molto attento, disponibile e garbato. La cucina è solidamente ancorata ai sapori tradizionali, senza inutili fronzoli o abbinamenti azzardati. Le tagliatelle ed i dolci sono stati fenomenali; i miei commensali che hanno gustato la tagliata hanno trovato la carne fresca, tenerissima, cotta alla perfezione. Una chiacchierata con il simpatico proprietario/chef è stata la degna conclusione di una serata molto piacevole e rilassata. Non conosco l'ammontare del conto perchè sono stata ospite, ma i prezzi sul listino mi sono sembrati adeguati al livello del ristorante ed in linea con l'offerta della città.

12/04/2025: A pleasant surprise! Found by chance, we had lunch discovering excellent dishes and courtesy of the owner! We had a mixed appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, croutons and omelette with truffles, a superlative chickpea soup and a very tender cut. Coffee and liqueur. High quality ingredients and a truly honest price. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Valfabbrica.

12/04/2025: Mi sono fermato a Valfabbrica come fine tappa della Via di Francesco a dormire in questo piccolo hotel gestito da una signora molto gentile e premurosa che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Ho deciso di cenare e non mi sono pentito perché raramente ho mangiato del cibo così gustoso e ben presentato. Naturalmente ho scelto le pietanze condite con il tartufo e una buona tagliata al gorgonzola. Sono andato a letto stanco per il cammino ma soddisfatto per quello che ho gustato.

23/04/2025: The place is small, but with many tables even in front of the door. A beautiful floor, beautiful arches, but unusual furnishings with colored curtains here and there in the room, a flowered screen perhaps separating it from a private wardrobe. Colored tablecloths, paper napkins, round glass underplate on which a rectangular ceramic plate designed to swing will rest. Good first courses, the "peposo" not very tasty, classic dessert.

24/03/2025: Beautiful family outing, the icing on the cake, "duca di Orvieto" .. Excellent meal, quality food and prepared and welcoming staff.. we had a great time!

10/05/2025: Great secluded house. Very quaint and cozy. The food is just fantastic and delicious. As if mom were cooking in the kitchen. Waiter speaks very good English and is very friendly when dealing with guests. Without a reservation it will be difficult to dine here on the weekend. However, the waiter quickly cleared a small, cozy corner for us and we ate and drank deliciously

02/06/2025: We ordered two Neapolitan-style pizzas, one plate of gnocchi, and a molten lava cake — and ohhh boy, it was delicious. The pizzas had that classic soft, chewy base with beautifully puffed, slightly charred crusts — exactly how Neapolitan pizza should be. The toppings were super fresh and bursting with flavor, as good as it gets. The gnocchi was tender and rich, and the molten lava cake was a chocolate lover’s dream — gooey in all the right ways. We washed it all down with a local IPA that had some fruity, refreshing notes. Service was quick and friendly, and honestly? This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. 12/10 — would absolutely eat here again!
