03/09/2024: ...what can I say? If you are looking for tranquility, friendliness, a family atmosphere, you will find it all here. Immersed in nature with views of the Umbrian countryside from Assisi to Foligno. A swim in the pool among the olive trees, ending the day with good food that certainly never disappoints! Absolutely worth returning!

02/09/2024: This is an exceptional Agriturismo in southern Umbria. It is set in the most picturesque location, up in the hills with views out over the valley below, all they way across to Assisi. It feels really remote and tranquil, but is still only a 10 minute drive down to the main highway, so gives easy access to Perugia, Assisi, Spello, etc. The hosts (Luca and Matteo, plus their dog Margot!) couldn't have been more helpful, always looking after us with everything we needed, whether that was an afternoon espresso, or recommendations for activities and gelato. The evening meals cooked by Matteo were exceptional too. It felt like fine dining, with wonderful (very local) wine, but at a fraction of the price. Eating on the terrace is a blissful way to spend the evening. Both the food and the accommodation are incredible value too. The swimming pool is perfect too, with the shade of olive trees and incredible views over the valley. We were a family of 4, and couldn't recommend Il Corvezzolo highly enough. Hopefully we'll be back one day!

31/08/2024: Osteria sita nella piazza di Panicale, grazioso paese assolutamente da visitare. Sono stato con la mia famiglia a pranzo. Abbiamo gradito il benvenuto con i cestini di cipolla, pane fresco, olio umbro e una cremina di burro e pomodoro. I primi sono stati fantastici, consigliabili sicuramente gli umbricelli di cui si allega una foto. Anche i ravioli alla carbonara sono stati favolosi anche se sarebbe stata gradita una maggiore quantità. Inoltre, molto buone le costatelle ed il filetto. Dolci fatti in casa, ottima la tartatelle di cioccolato ed albicocca. Tutto molto buono,c’è attenzione verso il cliente e verso i piatti. Con il proprietario ho avuto modo di scambiare piacevolmente due parole: persona molto cordiale ed amante della propria terra. I prezzi sicuramente risultano essere poco più alti della media tuttavia sono giustificati dalla qualità del prodotto. Complimenti, ritorneremo.

Excellent entrée, high quality bread and different varieties. Refined oil tasting, DEVASTATING appetizers and fresh pasta. Wide selection of delicious Umbrian wines and more. 03/08/2024: I ate this evening in this top restaurant in the town of Deruta. Truffle in abundance in the dishes and at reasonable costs. The desserts are also really fantastic. Huge choice and very good dishes. The two waiters were excellent and were always present and attentive. The owner was also very courteous and friendly.

31/07/2024: I went for lunch with my family 2 days ago. We were welcomed by the courtesy of the staff and the owner Luciano. Tables decorated with local ceramics are placed outside the room in the middle of the medieval village, creating an evocative and unique place. The food was exquisite. I recommend it to everyone for the variety and goodness of the dishes and the kindness of the staff. Optimal

07/08/2024: I went there thanks to Google reviews, there were 4 of us, fortunately we went early for lunch and found a seat. The place filled up immediately. Abundant appetizers that were definitely very good. The first truly excellent quality. Classic Umbrian cuisine, truly perfect service with staff available for any response and polite. Excellent price, the first courses all cost €7. When I return to Narni, it is obvious that I will stop in this restaurant again. True Congratulations!!!

23/06/2024: If you decide to go to Raffaella and Maurizio, it is good to imagine going to meet people who know how to welcome you with the same warmth and attention that they reserve for old friends. Sud is a small urban jewel, in a lively and joyfully teeming place; the care in the reception can be seen in many small details, from the blankets available for those who decide to eat outdoors, to the careful and evocative musical selection, passing through the presence of the very polite and friendly owners, without affectations. The kitchen is small and lives up to expectations, colorful and light. Vegetables are preferred, always seasonal and tasty, and some hints of the sea for those who wish. Cellar full of proposals, transversal and refined in labels. All strictly Southern. Strongly recommended, not only in company: alone you can enjoy the small Piazza Birago eating delicacies in total bliss.

23/08/2024: Simple dishes but made with love, excellent raw materials, very nice place with a special atmosphere. Fantastic staff, from the waiter to the wine service. The passion of the cook Manuela can be felt when she passes by to say hello between the tables. A special mention to the mascot Hitch... very sweet and affectionate. Thinking back to our holidays in Umbria we will remember this place with a smile.
