30/03/2026: I found this restaurant by chance while wandering the alleys of Orvieto, trying to avoid falling into a tourist trap. Even though it wasn't open yet (it was a few minutes before 7:00 PM), they seated us. We had a delicious meal, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

11/04/2026: Staying at the hotel meant you could enjoy lunch dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. I arrived late and although I was alone and the restaurant wasn’t busy the waiter still took almost 20 minutes to arrive. I ordered some meat with grilled vegetables which were delicious. As a starter the waiter brought a basket of bread with some olive oil. Unfortunately I could not enjoy in full the restaurant, but I will definitely come back.

17/04/2026: Hospitality, courtesy, helpfulness, food...I could go on and on...in short, in a nutshell...everything is IMPECCABLE!....A family-run location in a small square with a wonderful view of the valley....A lovely little place inside, but eating out is essential for me, and I opened this place right here, in April...the best time of year, for my tastes. A special thanks goes to the owner, GIULIO, hospitality personified, practically perfect, empathetic, precise in explaining the various dishes, but especially in accommodating, even on holidays, those with food intolerances, a rare thing these days! 30/03/2026: Excellent and strategic location right in the center. I gave the food 3 stars because I ordered a platter of cured meats and cheeses, and unfortunately, there wasn't anything typical of Umbria.... Prosciutto, pancetta, which I also eat in Puglia, and the only specialty bread is the typical bread from Gubbio, which is delicious, but paying €40 for bread.... was disappointing for me. Despite all this, the service was excellent, very attentive and fast.

18/03/2026: I visited Cousine 83 this Sunday, and as a seafood lover, I was pleasantly surprised. The raw fish tasting appetizer was generous, with delicate yet sophisticated flavors and the fish was incredibly fresh. The paccheri were sensational, and the lobster was equally as good. All this was complemented by a welcoming atmosphere and extremely friendly staff, with more than fair prices for the quality they offer. Highly recommended!

13/01/2026: The place is really nice because it basically has two rooms: the historic one and the former pastry shop. I have to say, the food was excellent, and I'd say the desserts were excellent, but the wait was incredibly long (two and a half hours for 9 people to have lunch). I don't know if it was a coincidence that it was a holiday.

The food is divine: local cuisine, with traditional dishes prepared with top-quality ingredients that amazed us with their quality and flavor. ​Antonio made the difference: rarely have you found a waiter so knowledgeable, cheerful, super attentive, and so friendly. He recommended the best dishes, making us feel truly pampered. If you're looking for quality, impeccable service, and an extraordinary atmosphere, this is the place.

13/04/2026: A rustic restaurant in true Umbrian style, with a simple menu but tasty, authentic dishes. The tagliatelle are excellent. I'll be back to try the chicken fricó. The house wine is drinkable and pleasant. Special mention goes to the young waiter, who was polite and quick. Recommended!

13/04/2026: I can highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and great overall experience. We got room 505 on the top floor with the balcony. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. We usually skipped the breakfast, but it was decent. Many thanks to all the staff, the housekeeping and the receptionist Mr Umberto who helped us with the accommodation. Hope to come back soon.

06/04/2026: Excellent dinner in a traditional trattoria in the heart of the historic center. We loved the crostini and taglierini with truffles, which were delicious and the portions generous. The service was attentive and precise, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Recommended for a traditional dinner in Città di Castello.

06/04/2026: A more than positive dining experience. The only flaw was that they put the steak back on the grill after it was cooked, which gave it a "livery" flavor. The menu's variety and traditional cuisine are complemented by a good wine list. Definitely recommended.
