I could tell you about the explosion of flavors, the authentic and fresh dishes, or the carefully selected ingredients, including wild herbs and small local producers. I could also tell you about the wonder of the pairings, which, even when unusual, instill a sense of nostalgia for times that, only apparently, seemed to be gone. But it's the man and his humanity that I want to talk about instead: if you're lucky enough for Adio to have time to chat with you at the table, that's when a visit to the inn reveals its true essence: against all odds, excellent food is linked to human warmth and a sincere welcome...never out of place, never out of place. One doesn't live by work or money alone, but by good food, fresh air, friends, and quality human relationships, where people know and recognize one another. A wonderful place nestled in the woods, a well-kept and welcoming venue. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and cheerful. The food is truly delicious, with excellent ingredients and authentic dishes. The prices are fair for the quality and atmosphere: we'll definitely be back!
