19/06/2025: Taverna dei Consoli offers the perfect mix of elegance and soul. I came for lunch and was blown away by the ambience — soft jazz, local people celebrating a small wedding, beautiful art on the walls, and views over the town’s stone alleys. The tagliata was one of the best I’ve had in all of Italy — perfectly grilled, juicy, full of flavor. The grilled vegetables were delicious and aromatic, simply melting on the tongue. The wine was excellent, and the service was attentive, discreet, and genuinely kind. If you're in Assisi for lunch, this is not just a meal — it's a real experience. Highly recommended!

15/06/2025: We ordered the truffle pasta, onion tart, and veal in red wine sauce. Unfortunately, each dish fell way short of expectations. Would not recommend

09/06/2025: One word is enough....excellent! The restaurant is very nice, the waitress works diligently and discreetly and always has time to exchange words with the customers. The dishes are exquisite and tasteful. The owner, the chef in person cooks spectacular food. What I ate was a pleasure for the palate! Go ahead and try it. 03/06/2025: Excellent restaurant in a small village Cannara, refined cuisine, remarkable and of great quality! The chef very nice and above all very good! His cuisine makes the difference!!! I understand why they are in the Michelin guide well deserved! In the room there is a beautiful atmosphere between art deco furniture and jazz music, the lady who served us very kind and very available to my every request. Highly recommended if you want to have a high quality experience! We will be back!

13/07/2025: sehr gutes Essen, raffinierte Auswahl und mit liebe gekocht sei es Fisch oder Fleisch man hat gute Auswahl auch die Pizza 's sind beliebt wenn ich sehe wieviele auch Pizza zum mitnehmen holen kommen. Man kann draussen wie auch im Saal drinnen essen , empfehlenswert ist immer zu Reservieren ansonsten kann mann Pech haben das man kein Platz findet.

04/07/2025: Elegant restaurant on the lakefront, with an intimate atmosphere and soft lighting. Not a very large but very well-kept place. Very fresh fish, well-presented, tasty and abundant dishes. Excellent selection of wines. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Fair prices for the quality offered. Highly recommended for a romantic dinner or a special evening.

19/06/2025: This place is so underrated! Came for truffle hunting, got into local wine tasting, stayed for the best homemade pasta with truffles and delicious olive oil. Change your plans but come here!

15/06/2025: Visiting Umbria from NYC and came across this absolute gem of a restaurant. The atmosphere and service were fantastic. The wine selection is incredible (and the staff had great recommendations). And then the star of the show, the truffle, was absolutely delicious. Better than anything we’ve ever had back home. It’s light, delicate and paired perfectly with their dishes. (The ice cream dessert with olive oil, salt and truffle on top was one of the best deserts I’ve ever tasted.) 10/10 would come back and recommend to a friend.

20/06/2025: Very nice place! Super kind and friendly waiters! All the food was very very good. Also great for celiacs, gluten-free bread and porchetta, cold cuts and cheeses. Very good! Come on

03/06/2025: Very nice place, great service. Among other things, they offer quality torta al testo with a wide choice of fillings, even customizable. They have many wines to choose from, but also some cocktails, I would say few but good, including the classic Spritz. A special mention for the plum skewers wrapped in bacon, an absolutely out of this world appetizer that I hope to have again the next time I come back here.
