03/12/2023: The worst pizza ever eaten, second only to the one eaten in America, paid €12 and defined as "gourmet pizza": sour boiled potatoes (probably cooked for days) and spinach literally defrosted and thrown on the pizza, without a minimum of cooking or seasoning . Never again.

04/08/2023: Really good pizza, perfect cooking, light, clean place and with attention to detail A proper pizza.

27/10/2023: Lustlos. Café ist übertrieben, es gibt kaum Süßes, das was es gibt, beschränkt dich auf 3-4 Plunderstückchen die eben so herumliegen. Die Toilette eine Katastrophe. Die Türe kaputt, auf dem Boden schwimmt…. Eine einzige Toilette! Die Lage im Park wäre bes. im Sommer angenehm. Ungepflegt. Würde da nie wieder hingehen. Wer hier einen Kaffee trinken möchte und dazu ein Stück Kuchen essen möchte, ist da völlig leider völlig verkehrt.

15/10/2023: We found it very convenient to have found some vegan options next to the station. The vegan panini we tried were very tasty. We can highly recommend the cafe for people traveling through but also for people who want to sit relaxed outside with a view of the mountains.

19/08/2024: Overcrowded and disorganized, probably understaffed, inefficient digital equipment

18/08/2024: At the register they go back and forth continuously without actually preparing the orders, with a lot of food ready on the counter that would be ready to be served. The products therefore arrive cold and very late (we waited more than 1 hour) from what I can see the classic dispenser to keep the food warm is missing and above all the STAFF is totally UNPREPARED to manage the normal flows of customers We need to redo the training of staff, or change them completely. Worst experience I've ever had in fast food, and I've tried many throughout Italy.

18/08/2024: Excellent location, good coffee....but slow service, more tables left without drinks because they were not considered by the staff, at the time of payment our order was wrong and the lady at the counter was also annoyed...

17/08/2024: Il 14 agosto di pomeriggio mi sono fermato con la mia famiglia a prendere un gelato presso la gelateria Dolcemente nel quartiere delle Albere a Trento. Mai più errata fu la scelta del nome, perché di dolce il personale non ha nulla. Entrati nel negozio mia figlia piccola prende un gelato da passeggio. All’uscita io decido di andare a vedere la biblioteca mentre mia moglie si ferma su uno dei tavolini fuori dal bar per far finire il gelato alla bambina. C’erano pochissime persone, sia dentro che fuori. E’ vero che avevamo preso il gelato da passeggio che non da diritto a sedersi fuori, ma c’era solo un tavolo occupato fuori e la stessa cosa dentro. Uno dei dipendenti del locale è venuto fuori e ha mandato via mia moglie e mia figlia di 4 anni, che vedendosi cacciata via ha iniziato ad avere un attacco d’ansia. E’ vero che era in torto mia moglie perché non aveva pagato il servizio al tavolo, ma le cose si possono dire in altro modo. Poteva fare presente il sovrapprezzo e magari vergognosamente chiederlo, ma invece con tutta la maleducazione del mondo questa persona di difficile definizione (oppure molto semplice) ha allontanato una madre con una bambina che stava finendo un gelato preso in questa gelateria. La scena è stata talmente assurda che anche le persone a sedere sull’unico tavolo sono rimaste shoccate. Una maleducazione unica. Leggendo poi le altre recensioni ho notato che questa sarà una tra le tante e quindi consiglio il proprietario a leggerle ed agire di conseguenza, oppure a cambiare mestiere. Maleducati!

17/03/2024: We visited this restaurant twice during our stay in the area. The food was amazing and the service is immaculate. I would highly recommend visiting if you are in the area.

20/01/2024: Dopo tante chiamate era l'unico ristorante che aveva posto, e capisco il perché. Servizio imbarazzante a dir poco, location carina ma abbastanza fredda. Costine poche e non eccezionali, tagliata quattro pezzettini stracotti che da una steakhouse non ti aspetteresti. Dolci ok ma non ci tornerei mai. NON CONSIGLIATO

16/08/2024: Ci ero stato molti anni fa, da ragazzo, e successivamente in inverno un paio d'anni fa. Stavolta ci siamo venuti a pranzo con l'idea di goderci gli antipasti che sono moltissimi e tutti buonissimi. A seguire abbiamo ordinato dei primi ed erano così abbondanti che ci siamo portati a casa i resti e ci abbiamo fatto un altro pasto. Non siamo riusciti ad assaggiare i secondi ma erano molto invitanti. Ci dobbiamo tornare e prendere anche quelli... Abbiamo preso il dolce, però, ed era molto buono anche quello.

12/08/2024: Al giorno d'oggi ritengo che perdere clientela per anacronistiche antipatie con i cani (anche di piccola taglia) sia proprio autolesionistico.

15/01/2024: Large and potentially no longer used place. Neglected place, poorly maintained toilets and barely adequate quality of food. We ate cold and not very tasty pizzoccheri and schnitzel with chips which we didn't like. High price for the quality offered.

09/06/2024: Peccato non poter dare zero stelle. Personale maleducato e scortese, cibo unto e straunto e conto salato. Come già scritto da altri, il menu è fisso, ti portano quello che vogliono senza chiedere niente. Bis di primi, gnocchi al ragù e risotto ai funghi, molto al dente quest'ultimo. Poi vassoi superabbondanti di carne, unta e grassa, troppo saporita e salata. Pezzi grossi che bisogna dividersi tagliuzzando dai vassoi (ad esempio 3 stinchi per 8 persone) , patate e polenta. L'unica cosa che ho apprezzato è stato il roastbeef, affettato semplicemente senza nessun intingolo. 20 minuti a discutere con le cameriere per avere una vaschetta per i tantissimi avanzi; non per noi, ma per i cani e i gatti a casa e per non sprecare enormi quantità di cibo. La cameriera voleva fare lei le vaschette dalla cucina, non chiaro se per mettere tutto insieme anche da altri tavoli. Perché anche gli altri tavoli avanzavano quasi tutto, sinceramente. Non abbiamo mangiato il dolce e i festeggiati ci hanno offerto il bere; quindi solo per primo e secondo abbiamo speso 35€ a testa. Un'esagerazione. Di sicuro grandi quantità, ma nessuna qualità; piange il cuore vedendo tutto quel cibo sprecato.
