28/09/2025: At first glance, everything was fine.....then a little while ago the barmaid, who is related to me, called me and told me that someone had gone to say that we had consumed something and hadn't paid. I would like to tell this person that I wouldn't stoop to that level.

18/11/2025: The atmosphere is bright, quiet, clean, and inviting, and the products are high-quality. The table service is impeccable. Located in the city center, near the train station, within walking distance. I don't know if there's parking nearby; I don't know Trento. However, the prices are a bit high. Recommended.

15/10/2025: I'm going, on the advice of several people on the Facebook group, for an aperitif with my wife and our three children. We sit down, and when the lady comes to take our order, she tells us we can't sit together, but that my wife with a child has to sit at a separate table from us. It's absurd (even though the table sign says a maximum of four people per table). Up to a certain point, that's fine, but a family or even friends who are going for a drink have to stay together. Add a table, see what you can do, but don't make people leave. It's absurd, if you have to work like this.

09/06/2025: Ristorante bellissimo, pulito, con proposte molto allettanti. Servizio preciso, puntuale. All'aperto si sta davvero bene. Bagni curatissimi.

11/05/2025: Arrivati alle dieci di sera, eravamo di passaggio ,come siamo entrati il cameriere gia era scocciato , durante il servizio è stato maleducato e ci fatto capire che ne aveva piene le scatole, la cucina era chiusa, quindi solo pizza, a dir poco oscena, difatti tutti e quattro non l'abbiamo mangiata. Abbiamo chiesto un dolce e ce l'ha negato. Le pulizie si lasciano desiderare ...nonostante il locale sia buio si nota comunque.

28/06/2025: They changed management!!!!! Two stars for the kindness of the waiter, but we are not there. I call to book and upon arrival we discover that they only do pizza. There is no air conditioning. I'm sorry but I can't recommend it.

21/06/2025: Unfortunately with the last change of management the restaurant has been completely ruined, quite dirty place (glass windows first of all), XXL cutlet the size of a hand, practically the same as the baby one for children. Pizza with rubber mozzarella. The heat is impressive given that there is not even air conditioning ... we will not return

20/07/2025: Cibo mediocre e prezzi folli. Tutto per spillare soldi alle persone. Personale inesistente. Spritz pieno di ghiaccio, praticamente un sorso di Aperol. Se devono solo guadagnare continuino così.

13/07/2025: Posticino carino, a cui si arriva in 5 minuti con la cabinovia da Andalo (1a fermata). Servizio attento e cortese, buone le pietanze. Prezzi altini, ma vista la location ci sta. C'è anche un parco giochi a pagamento per I bimbi. Carino. Si può fare anche qualche bella passeggiata nei sentieri adiacenti, con la possibilità di arrivare anche al parco degli insetto giganti per I bimbi.

21/11/2025: Our family has been a regular at this restaurant for 2 years. After the change of manager and staff, we've been there less often due to the significant deterioration in service. But we still visit a lot, and the pizza is fantastic. Unfortunately, today we had to get up and leave after a 25-minute wait. Meanwhile, they haven't taken an order, brought water, or offered anything to drink. Nothing. 00 attention. All my requests to take the order (since the kids at home are dying for pizza and chicken) and we're well past 9 pm. We were told someone else was taking orders. The order taker ignored us, even though we know each other. This attitude was extremely unpleasant, and the main thing is that in a place like this, the staff treats their customers so badly. Everyone's running around somewhere, doing something, but you're hungry; I don't think that's allowed in Italy. It's just that, in the past, a nice establishment lost its customers due to the completely indifferent attitude of the waiting team towards their or this restaurant.

07/07/2025: Riferimento in Lessinia dove mi fermo annualmente, ideale per motociclisti e non, con comodo parcheggio ed un'ottima atmosfera. Menù tipico della zona e quid sulla pasticceria, ottima, a prezzi in linea al contesto. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Consigliato.

30/06/2025: Ho chiamato lunedì 30 giugno alle 11.30 per sapere se martedì 1 luglio sarebbero stati aperti (luglio e agosto sospendono il giorno di riposo del martedì). Risposta del ragazzo al telefono: "I martedì siamo ancora di riposo". Ok, ringrazio e faccio per attaccare ma sento un bel vaf* all'altro capo. Richiamo, e dico che spero che quel che avevo sentito non fosse per me. Colto in fallo, ha saputo dire solo "è lunedì per tutti" e "lei non è qui". Attacca e di nuovo un altro vaf*. Neppure un accenno di scuse. Se il problema è che ho chiamato troppo a ridosso dell'orario di servizio, bastava non rispondere al telefono. La chiamata è durata 20 secondi cronometrati. E se è lunedì per lui, non so perché mi devo prendere offese io. E io non sono lì con lui, già, ho chiamato per andarci ma pare non esser cosa gradita. Di persona forse non avrebbe offeso la prima volta e di certo non la seconda. Poi avrei fatto presente che la comunicazione è chiusa quando la cornetta tocca la base, nel tragitto da orecchio a base si continua a sentire tutto. Presumo sia il figlio dei genitori che so per certo gestiscono con dedizione e sacrificio il locale da tanti tanti anni, ho loro piacevoli ricordi fin da bambino. Mi rammarico per loro. Con oggi avete perso per sempre un cliente. Non per un lunedì storto, ma per aver rifiutato la possibilità che gli ho concesso per scusarsi.

20/10/2025: I spent two wonderful evenings at I Volti. The pizzas are to die for! The Romedius pizza is my absolute new favorite. You absolutely have to try it! The people here are more than hospitable, and I felt completely at home. I look forward to coming back. I absolutely recommend it! Thank you!

25/04/2025: Ich muss mich leider den vorhergehenden bewerten anhängen. Es ist eine absolute Touristenfalle. Pizza ist kalt langweilig und man schmeckt das keine Liebe drin ist. Nudeln gingen so. Das Service hat für die paar Tische zu lange gebraucht. Gehe nicht wieder hin da gibt es bessere

14/07/2025: Abbiamo trascorso un bel weekend di luglio al Maso Pan, in compagnia di famiglia e amici, e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con grande calore: il personale si è dimostrato non solo gentile e disponibile, ma anche simpatico e attento a farci sentire davvero a casa. La loro presenza è stata una costante discreta e piacevole durante il soggiorno, arricchita da consigli utili su itinerari, passeggiate ed escursioni nei dintorni. La struttura è immersa nella natura, in una posizione tranquilla che invita al relax. Le camere sono accoglienti, rivestite in legno, pulite e ben accessoriate: ci ha colpito l’attenzione per i dettagli, come i dispenser con sapone e docciaschiuma già presenti nei bagni, comodi e sostenibili. La colazione, servita ogni mattina, è ben equilibrata e soddisfa tutti i gusti: una proposta semplice ma completa, con dolce e salato, prodotti freschi e locali. Abbiamo scelto di cenare al Maso Pan per due sere e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. La cucina riflette perfettamente l’anima dell’agriturismo: piatti gustosi, ben preparati. Ciò che rende davvero speciale questo posto, oltre al buon cibo e all’accoglienza, è l’atmosfera serena e il contesto naturale che lo circonda. Si respira pace e autenticità, e questo contribuisce a trasformare un semplice fine settimana in un vero momento di rigenerazione. Se in futuro torneremo in Val Rendena, il Maso Pan sarà senza dubbio la nostra prima scelta. È il luogo perfetto per chi cerca semplicità, genuinità e un’accoglienza che viene dal cuore.

14/05/2025: I don't know if management has changed, but the staff is rude and surly. I asked for two glasses of white wine and after 15 minutes she brings me two half glasses of warm, cheap white wine. I go to pay and I had to ask for the receipt and she, annoyed, gives it to me but instead of 8 euros she gives me one for 4. I point this out to her and she gets angry, telling me that I'm not from the area and I don't know how it works... never again.
