03/08/2025: A welcoming restaurant located in Folgaria, with convenient outdoor parking and both outdoor and indoor seating (covered and heated if needed). The menu also offers vegetarian and vegan options: I tried a pasta dish with vegan ragù, accompanied by a mixed vegetable side dish, well-prepared and flavorful.
The restaurant has a quiet atmosphere, ideal for a break during a motorcycle ride or a day in the mountains. However, it is not wheelchair accessible due to architectural barriers at the entrance and in the restrooms.
Overall, a good experience, with friendly staff and satisfying portions. Ideal if you're looking for a simple yet authentic lunch in the area.

21/08/2025: I only had a coffee (too acidic for my taste), the service was cold and it was clear that they wanted to keep their distance from customers who weren't wearing suits and ties.

13/08/2025: If you're passing through Malè or staying there, stop by the Girasole pastry shop, a highly recommended place. You'll be greeted by the owner's kindness and a wide selection of truly delicious, top-quality products at very reasonable prices. The Sacher torte, frittelle, and biscotti are especially recommended. Thank you for making our vacation a little sweeter.
10/08/2025: We entered this paradise, drawn by the sign "Today: Tyrolean Apple Fritters"...these fritters are pure poetry: bursting with apples, delicious, and light. Located in a quiet village in Val di Sole, surrounded by nature, it enjoys a picturesque view.
Marta, Fabio, Mino, Rosa, and Francesca are wonderful and professional people.
