02/05/2026: We had such a lovely experience here this evening. The two members of staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely kind — they really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to talk us through the menu and carefully check everything for allergens for our son, which we really appreciated. It made a big difference and put us completely at ease. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour and clearly made with care. Sadly it’s the last day of our holiday so we won’t be back this time, but if we’re ever in Pisa again we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

10/12/2025: It was really good, we were surprised because we didn't know what it was and when we went in we saw that they looked like burritos, but when we ordered they were like a large, very soft and tasty tortilla. They have many varieties of fillings and also sweet ones!

14/12/2025: Staff absent to get LPG you have to call them and very often they are unable to resolve problems related to refueling.

22/11/2025: I dined here for a birthday and it was a truly enjoyable evening thanks to the well-lit, clean atmosphere and the excellent food we ate. The appetizers are plentiful and made with ingredients from Vicopisano and surrounding areas. A solid 10 out of 10 👌 We opted for the pizza tour since there were a lot of us, and we were all delighted with the variety and excellent flavor 👌 If you're passing through Vicopisano, I recommend stopping by for a bite ☺️

16/03/2026: I've been having breakfast at this café for about three years, before going to university. I've always had a great experience. The staff is professional and extremely friendly, the place is very welcoming, and the drinks available are very good and affordable.

14/03/2026: For a simple and authentic lunch with courteous and discreet service. A classic Tuscan trattoria. Excellent cured meats, accompanied by olives, fried pasta, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, stuffed pasta, and quality meats.

08/04/2026: Pleasant sitting with tasty food, pleasant and kind service. I was most impressed by the Pizza burger, which I have never eaten anywhere before. The meat is delicious, the other ingredients are fresh and, as a bonus, the fries.

01/02/2026: The restaurant is similar to a trattoria, so don't expect gourmet dishes. From 12:00, they serve a fixed-price business lunch, and from 7:00 PM, pizza and à la carte dishes—obviously not fixed-price—are more carefully chosen and varied than the business lunch menu. Service is fast, and the waitresses, who are also the owners, are very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended for the quality-price ratio.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and can offer good advice, even for those who aren't experts in Japanese cuisine. The sushi is fresh, well-prepared, and the portions are generous. We tried the uramaki, nigiri, and sashimi: excellent-quality fish, perfectly cooked rice, and balanced flavor combinations. Even the hot dishes like ramen and tempura are truly well-made, not the usual pre-packaged fare. The service is fast, even on weekends, and the quality/price ratio is fair. Perfect for a quiet dinner for two or an evening with friends. If you're in Pontedera and craving well-made sushi, Zen is a safe bet.

28/04/2026: A pizzeria — or rather a focacceria — is located right next to the university library and the university itself. It’s basically a local canteen for residents and students. The food is tasty, quick, and affordable 🙂 You won’t find waiters there, and the staff doesn’t speak English. Ordering food is done through gestures and smiles 🙂 It’s a friendly, authentic place with great atmosphere and delicious food 🙂
