Discovered after a nice walk, they offer a fixed menu with cold cuts (including lard eh) fried zeppole, blanched and pickled vegetables, bread, cheeses, savory pies, wine, water, sweet coffee 20 euros per person!
The place is cute, characteristic and original!
The managers are friendly and professional.
Will come back every time!

Excellent tartare with truffles and excellent meat from Mauro, attentive, attentive service provided by expert people and it can be felt right from the entrance. 4-legged friends are welcome. 01/02/2025: We came to Pontremoli for the San Geminiano bonfire and some of our friends took us to dinner at Oca Bianca. I had a divine appetizer of pears, cheese, artichokes and pomegranate with a mustard vinaigrette, not to mention the beef steak with burrata and truffle flakes accompanied by caramelized onions and finally a cake made by them with dark chocolate and pears. I recommend it to everyone to savor simple but refined dishes that are a joy for the palate.

03/02/2025: Di passaggio a Pontremoli ci siamo fermati a mangiare all'Osteria da Busse'... Una vera scoperta! Piatti tipici della zona, cucinati con passione. Non avevevamo mai assaggiato i "Testaroli" con crema di noci e parmigiano e vi garantisco che sono qualcosa di spettacolare. Come i "cavoli ripieni coi pien".
Porzioni abbondanti, cibo ottimo e atmosfera accogliente. Se passate da Pontremoli, non potete non fermarvi! Complimenti allo chef e a tutto lo staff!

01/09/2024: We found this camper place through Campercontact and highly recommend it. Electricity and water are available, the owner is very friendly and the view is fantastic, with a sunset this is even fabulous. For a few euros you can use the swimming pool.

Pranzo con la mia famiglia e posso confermare che non sbagliano un colpo, sempre prodotti di qualità dagli affettati alla carne passando per la pasta fresca e deliziosa per concludere coi dolci squisiti .. una certezza.
