28/09/2025: We had two gelatos with two flavors, pistachio and salted caramel and pistachio and mascarpone. While the premise was good with a decent base, both had a milky aftertaste, the result was truly disappointing. If I choose pistachio, I'd like the gelato to taste like pistachio; if I choose mascarpone, the same goes. But if the flavors all taste the same, something isn't right. It needs to be reconsidered.

24/09/2025: I ordered pizza and they brought me a slice. The pizza dough was puff pastry, horrible. The price of the whole pizza was €54.00, absurd, also puff pastry. Not recommended!!!

24/09/2025: A classic that strives to maintain tradition. Zero renovations (except for the space, which has been renovated). You either love it or hate it. Unpopular in the summer; you'll have to go out of season (when it's open). The prices, unfortunately, are like those of Forte dei Marmi (two focaccias and a slice of takeout pizza are over €30).

26/07/2025: It's not often you walk into a bar and immediately feel at home, pampered, listened to, and welcomed with that rare blend of professionalism and warmth. Yet at Lebowski, this happens every single time. And much of the credit goes to him: Alessandro, the bartender who turns every order into a little show. Alessandro isn't just good: he's a true artist behind the bar. He knows how to mix flavors with the same mastery he has of reading people. He looks at you for a second and already knows what kind of drink is right for you, whether you need an energy boost, a moment of relaxation, or a liquid embrace that lifts you up. His manner is polite, never intrusive but always present, with that sincere smile that makes you forget bad days. He has the rare talent of making every customer feel special, as if you were a regular, even if it's your first time. The bar is meticulously crafted: a warm and relaxing atmosphere, soft lighting, and refined yet never snobbish decor. The music is always perfectly calibrated and accompanies you without disturbing you. You can tell that every choice here is made with love, passion, and incredible customer care. The cocktail menu is extensive and creative, but it's by relying on Alessandro that you really take it to the next level: he knows how to surprise, recommend, and invent. Every drink is an experience, served with style, precision, and a personal touch you won't find anywhere else. Even a simple gin and tonic in his hands becomes a moment to remember. And then there's that intangible something that can't be explained without experiencing it: the good energy you breathe, the feeling of being in the right place at the right time. The Lebowski is more than a bar. It's a haven of emotion, a place to let go, laugh, confide, or simply enjoy the moment. In short: 5 stars aren't enough to describe what this place and Alessandro offer. It's become my favorite place in Lucca, and every time I return, I leave a little happier. 20/07/2025: A true hidden gem with an outstanding beer selection — easily the best we came across during our entire month in Italy. They feature a thoughtful lineup of local craft beers, several of which were absolute standouts and unlike anything we’d tasted elsewhere on our travels. Whether you’re a seasoned beer enthusiast or just curious to try something local, this place won’t disappoint. The owner was equally impressive — friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what he does. He has a genuine talent for mixing up personalized cocktails on the spot, simply based on your preferences. Just mention what flavours or spirits you like and watch him work his magic. It made the whole experience feel incredibly personal and elevated. Between the exceptional drinks, the laid-back atmosphere, and the warm hospitality, this spot became one of our favorite watering holes of the trip. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys great drinks served with heart and style.

29/06/2025: Very nice garden.. but with the 25€ menu I left hungry.. zero quality/price ratio

29/06/2025: Never again! €25 menu... half a slice of bread with tomato, half a slice of bread with sausage, a starter of beans and cereals, two thin medals of meat and peas and... STOP! Two jugs of wine for 40 people, two cokes and a few bottles of water. At the end of the evening the owner made us pay separately for the amaro... €2!!! SCANDALOUS

27/02/2025: I come to this bar regularly. For me, it's the best bar in San Concordio, hands down. The place is simple and well-kept, and the staff is very friendly. The quality is excellent; just consider the €10 lunch menu, which is always satisfying; you won't find anything better in Lucca. Best regards, the staff.

16/06/2025: I stopped for a quick takeaway lunch break despite the time there wasn't much I took some kind of eggplant meatballs that as soon as I tasted them I threw them away crumbs and soaked in oil... maybe it was the wrong day

08/08/2025: Locale storico di Marina di Pietrasanta, ottimamente collocato davanti al parco della Versiliana. Le focaccine ripiene sono come di consueto buone, ma il servizio non si è rivelato molto efficiente, abbiamo dovuto attendere a lungo.

22/09/2025: Service: The wine we wanted to drink, which the staff said was a great decision, wasn't available. The bottle that we then ordered was brought to us open, but we couldn't even test it first, so we had to pour the first glass ourselves. The waiter had problems speaking english and was not flexible at all with the dish selection, since many dishes weren't available. We had to pay inside at the register, so with all that in mind, why does one have to pay cover charge? Food: The mozarella in the caprese salad was very jewy and the olive oil and aceto balsamico came in plastic bags, again why cover charge? The fish was okay but bland. The gnocchi were mushy and the shrimp sauce tasted frozen with a weird rotten fish aftertaste. Also the shrimps were cut open and there were scissors of other sea animals in the dish. We had to return it because it was inedible.

19/09/2025: Fish dishes have an unpleasant smell and terrible flavor. The only redeeming feature is the service.

30/08/2025: It's raining. I enter the bar to get out of the rain. I ask for a coffee. A member of the staff behind the counter shouts loudly: "Let's hope it rains harder and harder so all the tourists go home, they're a pain in the ass." They're a genius! Their behavior is unspeakable, rude, and boorish. A complete lack of respect for the customer. I won't be going back.

23/09/2025: Terrible experience, for reasons I'll list below. 1. Shortly before arrival, they moved us to another building far from the pool. We had to drive to get there. 2. The hot water wasn't working; we had to call the owners. 3. There was no shower mat in the bathroom, no towel, no soap. 4. The pool was unusable (maybe due to the weather, but it's still unfair). And the main thing, which makes me give it one star, is that NO ONE warned that there would be dogs roaming around the villa. I love dogs, but since no one warned, it's absolutely not okay. Furthermore, one of them stole my bag—which contained my swimsuit, towel, and sunglasses—and it was found the next morning completely broken, including my swimsuit (paid €30, and ready to be thrown away). After finding it, I saw the owner, who was in the garden, and told her. His response was “the dog is a stray, we can't catch him”…

22/09/2025: I don't know how they ended up working in the hospitality industry. They try their hardest, but with little success... apartments in dilapidated conditions, clearly rented "illegible." Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

08/09/2025: This was a bad pizzeria. After waiting a long time to be served, the waiter startede to take our order - before she suddenly said that they were out of pizza - in a pizzeria!! Bad service, dont go there!

29/08/2025: I'm from Santa Maria and I'm delighted with this management and this restaurant, which is not only delicious but has also brought a touch of modernity and freshness to the town with their initiatives. The owners are wonderful, kind and enthusiastic! Congratulations, keep up the good work, and best wishes for the future :)

01/09/2025: Takeout pizza. I liked it. Quick service. The pita bread and cecina (quite thick and crispy) were also excellent.

10/07/2025: Menu molto vasto, materia prima di ottima qualità, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo servizio eccellente anche se il locale era molto affollato, i piatti sono arrivati sempre tutti insieme ed erano molto buoni
