I was in this beautiful pastry shop and I noticed several things that made me reflect: certainly the quality of the raw materials is excellent, in my opinion the staff seemed a little disorganized, I didn't see table service and this could be a manager policy. I went during rush hour and many tables were dirty and unusable because they were full of cups and trays. The prices are a little too high, especially for the sweet pieces! To end on a high note, a very "aggressive" non-profit employee who stopped customers in front of the door to ask for registrations, very insistent despite my education...Next time I'll go elsewhere!

I have been frequenting this pastry shop for many years which is, without a doubt, a reference to Lucca for various reasons.
Until a few years ago the quality was absolutely excellent, from every point of view.
A few years ago there was a clear deterioration and now, finally, they have managed to restore a level of quality that is at least decent, also in relation to their decades-long reputation.
I hope and wish them to be able to return to the heights of excellence that have distinguished them for a long time.

Buon bar e pasticceria a Lucca, con comodo parcheggio esterno. Il bar pasticceria, presenta una serie di dolci nonché panini, tramezzini e rosticceria in genere. Comodo anche il dehor esterno dove ci sono diversi tavolini con tanti posti a sedere, anche se non effettuano il servizio al tavolo. Discreti gli aperitivi, ottima ed ampia la scelta dei dolci, dai croissant ai mignon, per finire alle torte. Bar pasticceria da provare in zona semi periferica di Lucca, ma non lontanissimo dal centro storico

Un bello posto, atendimento meraviglioso, anche come dolce, caffè, panino e torte!
Ano scorso io ho quietato per fare una consegna di torta per un compleanno, attraverso de whatsapp, ero in America e tutto hai funzionato bene e o atendimento é stato meraviglioso, sono troppo sodisfatta e anche qui hai mangiata! Grazie mille a tutta la equipa 😊🙏🏼
