I've been there a few times because it's close to the university. The food isn't bad, but the staff isn't the best. One waiter in particular is very apathetic; it seems like he's doing the customers a favor. Plus, I once found a pebble in an artichoke risotto.

Truly a unique first course 🤞🏼👏🏻 I had fritto misto for dinner and it was excellent, I highly recommend you try it. The waiter, Ale, was very kind and very fast. The waiter was really kind and friendly, thank you for making the evening wonderful.

Hands down, the best in Bovisa. Fast service and top-notch dishes. A varied and delicious menu. The pinsa is a must-try.

Excellent quality, excellent service, and overall excellent value. The menu often features traditional Apulian dishes: unmissable. In over a year of frequenting them almost daily, I can't recall a single disappointment.

Rifugio Forte dei Marmi

25/05/2026: A beautiful refuge with a wonderful atmosphere, young and friendly management, full of advice for hikers. And, at least for me (and I've visited several), it has the almost unique "sea view," which is certainly not a given from a mountain refuge.
26/04/2026: I've known this refuge for a while and have always eaten very well there, so yesterday's lunch left me a bit perplexed. The menu was rather limited: the lasagna was lukewarm and a bit dry, the pork loin was unremarkable, and the side dishes were decent but not particularly noteworthy. The dessert and coffee, however, were good. The price, having increased by a few euros, seemed a bit high for what was offered. I'm writing this as a constructive recommendation because the place is truly beautiful and has great potential: with a few more options on the menu (such as a simple pasta with meat sauce), the experience could be significantly improved. I'll gladly return for another opportunity.

15/05/2026: A must-try in Lucca!! We were won over by both the pastries and the saleswoman (or owner) who took the time to explain the ingredients of each product and offer advice while letting us taste them!! Everything we tried was delicious and of high quality. The sweet chard tart (a local specialty) is worth the trip, even if, like me, the idea of ​​eating chard for dessert might initially put you off. However, you'll see that once you try it, you'll be hooked!!
05/05/2026: Typical Tuscan products made with love, especially the cantucci with chocolate chips.
