15/01/2026: Thin, crispy, and easily digestible pizza, just like it was here in Tuscany until a few years ago. Very good, for those who appreciate this type of pizza. Excellent ingredients (fresh porcini mushrooms, for example) and fair prices.

01/05/2026: The best restaurant to never go to again. The pizzas we had were really not good. The first pizza we had was somewhat okay, but it was very hard and dry and didn't have much flavor. The knife could barely cut through it. The second pizza was a kind of grilled cheese sandwich that was also very dry. With the third pizza, the ingredients were not distributed, there were pieces of luncheon meat on it, large chunks of onion, and the taste wasn't good either. We also had a calzone where 5 cm of the edge had nothing on it, just dry dough, and the rest was crammed into 10 cm in the middle. With this, I ate 80% ham and the rest a bit of dough and cheese, but that was it. The pizzas were also burnt around the edges. At the end, extra money was charged for something we don't even know what it was. A plus point is that the person who served us was nice and polite. I have never looked forward so much to the moment the food was finished and we could leave.

28/03/2026: I'm still at the table. Unfortunately, people these days take everything for granted. I ate with a colleague; we're coach drivers. The spaghetti or garlic and oil was good, the Milanese and fries were classic, but what really took me back was the lemon veal cutlet. Simply perfect, just like my grandmother and mother used to make. With a side of a masterpiece of mixed salad, a carefully balanced mix of vegetables, peppers, celery, and fennel... In short, everything was perfect. And then there was him. Odilio. Simple and friendly, just like a host should be. If you're in the area, come visit him. Thanks. Marco

13/09/2025: Wonderful little place! On our way back from a trip to the area, we decided to extend our stay and stop here for dinner. It was a delightful experience with very hospitable service. They had fresh porcini mushrooms picked that day and brought us a truly generous tagliatelle, which we devoured! It's a shame the tray wasn't edible, otherwise we would have eaten that too. 25/03/2026: A surreal and deeply irritating experience. Everything was going well until I asked for cheese to add to the risotto (which was already frozen). As soon as I added it, it gave off an extremely acidic smell and taste. I politely pointed out the problem to the waiter, hoping for a quick resolution. Instead of an apology, I received an irritated response: "It's just been opened." The worst, however, came with the owner. Instead of apologizing or checking the quality of the product, she approached the table visibly upset, verbally attacking me, accusing me of saying the cheese was "rotten" (a word she never used), arrogantly reiterating that the product was good and that the problem was my palate. Despite my attempts to calmly explain that even a freshly opened package can be tainted, the owner continued to yell at me, raising her voice in front of the other customers. An aggressive, rude, and totally unprofessional attitude. Final result: • No offer to remake the dish. • No discount or chargeback. • A gratuitous public humiliation for daring to report a poor service. If you're looking for a place where the customer is always wrong and treated with hostility, go ahead. As far as I'm concerned, harmony and respect for those who pay are something else entirely. Highly discouraged.

02/05/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. We went here for an aperitivo with six people, and unfortunately, everything went terribly wrong. We ordered a €50 cocktail, which on paper seemed like a good idea to share, but in reality it consisted almost entirely of ice, with incredibly long and awkward straws: practically impossible to drink and share as a group. The most absurd thing was the staff's total lack of helpfulness: we repeatedly asked (from different waiters) for a simple glass so we could pour drinks for those who couldn't drink from the main container, but they always refused without a valid explanation. Payment was also a negative experience: we wanted to pay with coins (which were still valid currency), but they refused, forcing us to use a card or other cash. This was incomprehensible and decidedly unprofessional. We also asked for an extra portion of fries, which never arrived, without any communication or apology from the staff. High prices, poor service, and little customer service. It's a shame, because the evening could have been enjoyable, but it was ruined by the organization and the truly unwelcoming attitude. I don't recommend it.

19/04/2026: A lovely venue with a well-kept wooden terrace outside, complete with music and aperitifs, even overlooking the sea, with sofas on the sand. Exotic cocktails with fresh fruit are delicious and flavorful. They serve appetizers and have an aperitif menu. The service is precise, attentive, engaging, and informally professional. And I think it's particularly suited to this type of service. Expectations are high due to the high potential for attendance.

23/04/2026: We had drinks on the terrace; the service was good and the prices were reasonable at 9 euros. We didn't eat, so we can't comment on that.

03/06/2026: I've been frequenting Bagno Aurora for a while now, and I can only confirm its excellent ratings. The location is excellent, but for those traveling on two wheels, there's a key advantage: the numerous private motorcycle parking spaces inside. A real lifesaver, considering the city recently decided to drastically reduce public parking for bicycles, motorcycles, and scooters in the area. The real driving force behind this establishment is its staff: special mention goes to Michelangelo, the lifeguard, who is truly excellent, but in general, the entire staff stands out for being extremely kind, knowledgeable, and capable of making you feel pampered from the first to the last minute. It's clear there's a great direction behind it: kudos to the managers, who are doing an excellent job. This year, I also wanted to try the bar and restaurant service for lunch and was thrilled. I tried the gnocchi with scampi and the grilled octopus with vegetables: both delicious dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. The late afternoon also deserves a mention: they also do a great job with classic aperitifs, perfect for a relaxing end to a day at the beach. A well-organized, clean, and welcoming establishment in every way. It's now a regular stop, highly recommended!

10/05/2026: Found by accident late on a Sunday. The brunello was excellent, cheese and meat platter was good - the fennel salami was very good - l and the Parpadelle pesto tasty. Couldn't have picked a better spot for a late bite.

04/05/2026: I don't know this place for their food, but for an aperitif I can only advise against it, 6 people and a small bowl of chips and a bowl of dry bread, pretty shabby.
