16/12/2025: Stopped by during the week for a quiet aperitif with my girlfriend, the service was kind and fast. We were unsure what to drink, so we let the bartender choose, who fulfilled our requests and exceeded our expectations. The drinks were exquisite and carefully made, the platter was plentiful and very varied. We will definitely be back.

12/10/2025: The atmosphere is a bit stuffy, which is all in all normal, but the staff isn't pleasant. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

31/07/2025: We choose this vineyard because not many does sparkling and we wanted to go to one that does it. It turns out to be amazing. We really enjoyed the tasting and the selection. Staff were friendly and experience. We even got more bottles than we planned. Would highly recommend this place.

23/11/2025: They put us in the back room, which isn't heated (at the end of November). We asked if they could turn on the stove in the room, but it wasn't possible (we don't know why).
Even getting a bottle of water was a problem. It seemed like it wasn't available...
The food was very greasy.

13/07/2025: Trattoria-bar in Ripa, a few minutes' drive from the Medici Palace of Seravezza. The interior is simple, with several tables outside in a small, mostly uncovered garden.
The tordelli with ragù and panzanella are delicious, but the tagliatelle with mushrooms (without the cream) deserve a second look.
The fried fish looks tempting, but we didn't try it, having opted for a "meat menu."
The dessert selection is limited, and the tiramisu (essentially a glass of whipped cream) is a must-try.
The chocolate cake is delicious.
The female-led service is friendly and helpful.
Prices are average.

06/10/2025: The hotel is clean, and the reception staff were very polite and attentive. It has a restaurant (delicious food), and breakfast is included. There's no elevator, only stairs. The view from the hotel is wonderful!!

10/07/2025: They hold a tordello festival over two weekends: at the end of June and the first of July. The tordello is really good.

05/01/2026: Everything was perfect and good. I'd also add that the price was fair. I didn't give it a fifth star because the night we were there, the menu was mostly fish, with only one meat option. Also, they only offer their own homemade liqueurs... which seemed a bit too much. In fact, we didn't like the liqueur we chose.
01/12/2025: Very nice place, soft lighting, very pleasant decor. Truly friendly and helpful staff. Very good and unique dishes. I recommend parking at the station, which is very close and free.
