07/03/2026: I live 50 meters from this pizzeria. Clean and welcoming place. Too bad they don't know how to make pizza. I'm sorry, but next time I feel like eating pizza, I'll go get it somewhere they really know how to make it. Also, I mostly only leave NEGATIVE reviews, because if you're dealing with a public establishment, I assume the service MUST be more than satisfactory. If they keep churning out pizzas like they did for me, it won't be long before they'll close. My criticism, even if negative, is CONSTRUCTIVE, given that you're young, you just opened the business, and I'd be sad if you closed down due to your NEGLIGENCE. Have a good life.

13/04/2026: What can I say... La Bussola Versilia isn't just a restaurant; it's a true piece of our country's history. Reviewing a place like this requires study and commitment. It's truly not easy, and you can't limit yourself to what you see today (which isn't bad). If the parts could talk, they'd speak with the voices of Mina, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Miles Davis, and more. It's really difficult. I can say that the restaurant's standard remains high.

30/10/2025: The best 100% gluten-free ice cream shop in Viareggio. They also make custom cakes for birthdays and special events.

23/10/2025: The owner Monia is a very helpful and attentive person and offers the world of celiacs, thanks to her commitment, the opportunity to feel in the right place.

16/02/2026: Everything was great, especially the fish gnocchi, which were truly delicious! A great way to let the kids roam around outside and enjoy a bite to eat in the pine forest under the first rays of spring sunshine. Excellent value. The only downside: the dishes weren't served at the same time, so we had to wait a bit for the other dishes (though it was very crowded and it was the Viareggio Carnival), and even to pay. We'll definitely be back if we ever get back!

15/02/2026: We celebrated a friend's birthday, we had a room all to ourselves, quite spacious, there was everything, cold cuts, vegetables, cheeses and pasta, not bad, wine and prosecco galore.

10/03/2026: There are many pizzas in the world and many pizza chefs but of those I tried in Camaiore, I like the one at G&B (NOT MISTER G&B) and every week I eat it with gusto!

24/02/2026: My favorite pizzeria....every Sunday, punctual as clockwork, I get my favorite pizza made. The staff is wonderful, always kind and accommodating, they make me feel at home. I recommend it to everyone...well done, girls, you're one of a kind.

08/04/2026: Without further ado, these sandwiches are excellent value for money, even though the prices have increased by a euro or two since last year's photos. The "chef," who I assume is also the owner, knows his job and gives good advice on the compositions. He's kind to kids. Perhaps a bit too much salt—imho—but you can ask for less.

14/09/2025: I've rarely eaten such amazing pizza! For two people, we paid a total of €35 for two pizzas, a liter of wine, and two grappas. We felt very comfortable and are happy that we got a table without a reservation. Even on a Sunday evening in September, many tables are reserved. Thank you so much ❤️

01/11/2025: The place is very popular, but tonight I was disappointed because they couldn't find a table for dinner for one person, but we could have gone after dinner without any problem. Perhaps there are some inconsistencies. And since ten of us were supposed to go tomorrow night, given what happened, we opted for another place.

30/10/2025: Very welcoming place, very friendly staff. We recommend the scacciafiga pizza. We'll definitely be back.

16/04/2026: Environment: The floor was fairly clean, to be fair. Service: The waiters rarely smiled and didn't apologize when we took the wrong order. The food was served extremely slowly; it took almost 15 minutes for the first dish to arrive. With an hour allotted, we could only order about two rounds of food, and it took half an hour to bring each round to our table, even when there weren't many customers. Review: From a consumer's perspective, the service at this restaurant was mediocre. The attitude was barely acceptable, and the food was served very slowly. The sushi rice was noticeably watery and lacked the distinct grain texture. However, the few bright spots were that the food in the kitchen was above average. It's clear that the management and manager of this restaurant haven't focused on improving service and efficiency. The waiters were lazy and unhelpful, and the kitchen was inefficient; the sushi bar hadn't even cooked the rice properly. I hope things will improve next time I come.

23/03/2026: Even though the food is mediocre and the atmosphere isn't the best, I'd say it's not horrible except that after eating someone always vomits and they don't bring the ordered food very often.

05/04/2026: Love this spot. It’s so easygoing and relaxed. The staff are helpful, fun and the food is very good. The seafood carbonara dish especially. Staff all great - Especially Sophia!!!

13/04/2026: Rustic restaurant, it's very pleasant to eat al fresco in the summer. The food is fresh and very well cooked. The steak is noteworthy.

11/03/2026: Like all good things, they don't last. After years of enjoying dream steaks, the last two times, three or four months apart, were experiences to forget. The last time, we had a guest, and we were very disappointed. Only a memory of the beautiful, tender, and flavorful steaks, replaced by meat you couldn't even cut with a knife. Something has changed, and not for the better. We're sorry, but we don't think it's worth insisting.
