06/01/2026: We returned for the quality of the food, offering an all-you-can-eat experience. Everything was delicious: fresh, well-fried fish, a wide selection on the menu, and very friendly staff. We'll be back again.

14/09/2025: I've rarely eaten such amazing pizza!
For two people, we paid a total of €35 for two pizzas, a liter of wine, and two grappas.
We felt very comfortable and are happy that we got a table without a reservation. Even on a Sunday evening in September, many tables are reserved.

10/01/2026: We always go for the burger, but tonight I wanted to try the pizza...what can I say...whatever you order is AMAZING! The focaccia with Nutella and mascarpone is a must-try; it's never tasted so good anywhere else. The waitresses are so sweet, fast, and always smiling. Irene, the perfect hostess! 19/10/2025: Unfortunately, I have to disagree with the many positive reviews.
We ordered about a dozen pizzas, but I'm very disappointed to say that none of them were excellent. The pizzas were extremely small, and in my case, I had chosen a ham and fries. The fries, however, were completely raw, to the point of being inedible.
Not only disappointing, but frankly unacceptable to serve to your customers.
My first and last time here.

29/01/2026: Maybe it's because we had a day with a couple of complex situations, and it certainly doesn't help that it's one of the few places open for Sunday lunch. Anyway, after a bit of a wait, they set up our table (we'd obviously booked), and we had lunch, which I'd say was pretty good. The fish is very good, as is the meat. The waiters are friendly. It's a classic restaurant. The entrance is a bit anonymous, but that's to be expected, being part of a hotel. The food, however, was good. It's to be expected.
13/12/2025: Cibondi excellent quality, quick and courteous service, nice atmosphere but a bit noisy, even if I have to say that there were really a lot of people

31/10/2025: I was shocked 😲! Make sure you pay each piece you eat right away. I was overcharged and when I asked for the detailed receipt the man with the glasses couldn't even make up the math. Sad so sad! It was my childhood place, I used to go there with my dad. To steal a couple of euros you must be a very poor soul. I will never set foot again in that place 😒

15/11/2025: I came to this place because a friend had raved about their grilled chicken, a dish I really enjoy. I must say, I ate a truly well-cooked, high-quality chicken, accompanied by vegetables and baked potatoes. If you're a fan of this kind of food, I highly recommend it.
15/11/2025: The pizza is top notch, one of the best I've ever eaten, digested perfectly, really light and tasty, crumbly but not dry, cooked in a wood-fired oven.

01/02/2026: The location, directly overlooking the façade of the Church of San Michele, speaks for itself; that alone would be worth the experience. Yet the Turandot staff adds professionalism, friendliness, and very fair prices. One of our favorite places for aperitivo (the chips are always super fresh!)

22/12/2025: A fun casual place that opens earlier than the other bars on the piazza so we can get a drink and move on before the young horde arrives. The wine is good and prices are great for Centro and the staff is very welcoming.

Only good vibes, as they say.
If we didn't live 500km away, we'd go back every day. For us, a place couldn't be more perfect. The atmosphere is phenomenal, with character and endless details to appreciate. The staff is warm and friendly, even during the stress of Lucca Comics, and the food and drink are fantastic.
It seems exaggerated, but thank you for this wonderful experience, so much so that we bought the T-shirts as souvenirs and maybe for... who knows.

18/11/2025: Finally, a classy place in Viareggio (and there aren't any others like it), with great music and a friendly atmosphere! Their drinks are excellent and the service is excellent! Yesterday, I ordered a "capri" (a drink they created), which I highly recommend and which they gave me a detailed explanation of! With my drink, they brought me a generous bowl of chips and a tray of delicious appetizers!
