30/08/2025: In Tirano, in this square, we found this delightful pastry shop with excellent homemade cakes and jams. After breakfast, we also purchased sweets like biscotti and Bisciola, a hazelnut sbrisolona, ​​and finally blueberry and other fruit jams, along with hazelnut spreads. I recommend trying them because they use only sourdough starter, and the difference is truly amazing.

23/08/2025: From my experience, I can say that the pastries aren't always fresh, but last time they were dry and the cream was sour. I pointed this out to the waitress/owner, and she threw it away, saying "after checking," to demean the situation.

31/12/2025: A lovely restaurant on the Lido di Camaiore seafront, also great for events like birthdays and parties. Excellent, beautifully plated burgers. Fair prices. Excellent service! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

13/07/2025: Trattoria-bar in Ripa, a few minutes' drive from the Medici Palace of Seravezza. The interior is simple, with several tables outside in a small, mostly uncovered garden. The tordelli with ragù and panzanella are delicious, but the tagliatelle with mushrooms (without the cream) deserve a second look. The fried fish looks tempting, but we didn't try it, having opted for a "meat menu." The dessert selection is limited, and the tiramisu (essentially a glass of whipped cream) is a must-try. The chocolate cake is delicious. The female-led service is friendly and helpful. Prices are average.

29/12/2025: After recent exterior renovations, Lucca station has undergone a complete makeover: it now appears much more refined, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. It's a great calling card for those arriving in the city. The renovation has successfully enhanced the historic architecture, making the entire surrounding area more welcoming and modern. A much-needed improvement that finally does justice to Lucca's beauty.

14/02/2026: The restaurant is well-kept and clean, with young, attentive, and knowledgeable staff that's hard to find even in more prestigious establishments. As for the pizza, it's authentic Neapolitan, unmatched in the Lucca plain. The ingredients are excellent, the dough is light, and the dough is excellent. The fried food is dry and crispy, and very plentiful, and excellent. The prices are average, but considering the quality of both the food and the service, I'd call them reasonable. Excellent restaurant, highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

We were unsure what to drink, so we let the bartender choose, who fulfilled our requests and exceeded our expectations. The drinks were exquisite and carefully made, the platter was plentiful and very varied. We will definitely be back.

22/08/2025: Unfortunately, there aren't any more stars to award – otherwise, it would be at least 10 out of 5. The owners are friendly, explain everything in detail, and try to find a solution for all requests. Our Italian is unfortunately very rudimentary, but here, many things are explained non-verbally in English and with hand gestures. The attached restaurant is fast, has excellent food, and very friendly staff. The lifeguard is very attentive, friendly, and quickly provides information about the weather and dangerous areas. The beach itself is clean and beautiful, the facilities (sun loungers, umbrellas, etc.) are impeccable, and it's not directly in the center – which was the reason we chose it. A free parking lot completes the offer. We booked the spot online on a whim. Based on our experience on site, we decided to extend our stay as long as there was space available. Thank you for the wonderful time! Unfortunately, the weather is beyond our control, so we've made do with it.

The food quality is moderate compared to the prices, so expectations should be moderate. The grilled meat ravioli are highly recommended, as are the soups. Perhaps the chipped placemats should be replaced.

But the food we ordered was okay, but not very good really compared to a lot of the places we have eaten for the same money. But mostly disappointed because they brought us out the wrong food and then told us that it was the right food lying to my face so extremely unprofessional. But they did change it but rushed to cook it and it was under cooked. Don’t eat here

31/12/2025: The location is nice to sit outside in December, we had sun! But unfortunately that’s about the only positive thing. The glasses were old or not clean, the staff couldn’t manage a smile, the white wine was warm and overpriced, and the bruschetta was bland. They try to squeeze everything out of the nice location at high prices.

01/01/2026: A surreal and disappointing experience. We ordered a simple pasta dish for children and ended up paying €25 per dish, a price NOT listed on the menu. When we asked for an explanation, the perfectly casual reply was that "it's their policy": children's pasta costs €25. To give you an idea of ​​the absurdity, an adult first course with fresh fish (their specialty) cost only €3 more. Therefore, according to this restaurant, a pasta dish is almost as good as a more elaborate fish dish. It's not a question of money, but of transparency and fairness towards customers, especially when it comes to children. Pricing policies that aren't listed and are only justified after the bill are simply unacceptable. Never again. And I advise anyone with children to ask the price before ordering, because here, a pasta dish can become a luxury worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant.
