09/10/2025: An enchanting place with breathtaking views

05/10/2025: Welcome to hell! It must be said that the resort looks nice at the entrance and that perhaps there are more comfortable rooms than the one I experienced, but that doesn't make my experience any less unpleasant. Foreword: the company that hosted me requested the rooms months and months ago, and specifically a "top" room for me (they always do it, everywhere, and I've always had top-notch experiences). Instead, they shoved me into a sort of attic closet, with a sort of fire vent instead of a window: a tiny room (room?) without even a table to write on or a chair. A 4-star hotel, a room without even a chair. And then the cold: after a whole night under the duvet, I managed to get the room to 19°C, starting from a not-so-reassuring 17.5°C. The bathroom was hideous, with toilet paper piled on the sink and a closet the size of a Smurf. In short: obscene. But the worst thing is the totally inadequate staff: from the check-in staff who, faced with my complaints and those who booked, didn't know what to say and just stared at the floor, to the so-called manager who dismissed us in a rather rude manner without an apology or a smile, to the two waiters who, in the elevator queue with bottles of wine in hand, walked past the guests (I even have witnesses), sneaking into the elevator and violating every rule of good manners at breakfast, which opens at 7:00 and which saw no dining room staff until 8:00, except for one lady who didn't even say "good morning" or "smile" (she must have had her reasons, since she was alone in the dining room, but that doesn't mean they treat guests this way). I'm attaching photos and videos of my closet, photos of the breakfast room at 7:30 (if you don't see any dining room staff, it's because there was no one there, I mean no one), and a funny video of the coffee maker. If you want to use it, you have to lie on the floor because there's only one socket. Oh, and finally, the wonderful splash of color from the dusty, cold-air-emitting grate right next to the bed. The worst hospitality experience of my long travel career. What a shame. P.S.: I know, it's disgusting, but I didn't even take a shower: the bathroom temperature was far from the 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit) in the closet, and if I want cold showers or ice baths, I go to the spa. I preferred to avoid pneumonia, I hope you understand.

26/08/2025: We only had pizza, and in my opinion, the quality of the products needs to be reviewed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bill was fair.

10/07/2025: They hold a tordello festival over two weekends: at the end of June and the first of July. The tordello is really good.

28/08/2025: A small pizzeria located on the main alley in the center of Pietrasanta. Cute and harmonious atmosphere. The food is mediocre across the board, both in terms of the savory portions and the size: the breakfast pastries are frozen (and tiny). The coffee is very poor, pitch black and bitter. Prices are average, considering the expensive neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful.

03/09/2025: I spent a lovely day at the beach with my brother. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was excellent. The owners are very nice: when we arrived, they provided us with an umbrella closest to the beach, just like the one booked online, but I saw that the weather was a bit unstable. 26/04/2025: Ristorante molto carino e cibo molto buono, specialmente il cinghiale con la polenta, veramente eccezionale! Anche le pappardelle al ragù bianco sono state un felice sorpresa! Non abbiamo preso gli antipasti, ma la prossima volta li proverò perché sono abbondanti e soprattutto vari. Consigliatissimo!

01/11/2025: I found it on the way to Lucca C&G and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and deliciousness of their products! Breakfast included a delicious croissant and cappuccino, and for lunch I had a stuffed focaccia and a slice of marinara. The display of desserts makes you want to try them all. The atmosphere is simple and clean; there are only a few tables, but plenty of room. Recommended for those who want to grab a quick bite before the festival or for a hearty breakfast!

05/10/2025: I wanted to stop, but then I saw that a simple Margherita pizza costs €12 and a cover charge of €3, so I ran away. CRAZY!

17/09/2025: Negative, we took 2 starters and 2 first courses without being told that it was a fixed menu, the beauty of 60 euros, if we had known that we would also eat a second course and dessert, I do not recommend it, a disappointment.

15/08/2025: Today I had lunch here for the first time. Everything was excellent, from the food to the service and the bill. I'll definitely be back.
