McDonald's In Lucca

Fast drive-thru, double door for orders.

My name is Giulia, I'm twenty years old and I often come to McDonald's in the evenings, even just for a Nutella muffin or my usual Happy Meal. A sales assistant has been waiting for us for several nights now. She's quite rude, a young woman with dark hair. She often answers rudely, and she's not suited for public contact. Unfortunately, tonight was the final straw. I didn't find the Happy Meal surprise. I like collecting surprises, or I like having them just because they're cute. I repeat, unfortunately, I didn't find any surprises in the Happy Meal tonight!!!!

Excellent for a tasty and economical lunch stop

It could do with a bit of a makeover.

I just had the best hot chocolate, it put me back on my feet, all thanks to the blonde girl who managed to make it while she was closing. Congratulations McDonald's on the staff choices, see you next time.🫶

Good food, cleanliness is standard. Only a few tables near the windows are cold, making it difficult for people to get their food.

Nice interior, quite spacious, and friendly staff. The only downside is the parking lot is ALWAYS FULL, even though there are few customers inside! Unfortunately, it's used as a public parking lot.

Very crowded, but overall the service wasn't bad despite the chaos.

They have a drive away facility and parking avaliable. It next to the highway exit and the entrance of Lucca. So good place to have a meal after a long drive.

McDonald's is average, but a bit chaotic, especially during peak hours. The food is good and hot, but the service is sometimes slow and disorganized. The place is clean but often crowded, making it ideal for a quick meal only.
