03/01/2025: Premise: I rarely give bad reviews because I understand that everyone works hard, but this time it was really exaggerated. Of our experience, made with great sacrifices on the part of my wife, the only exceptions are the courtesy and availability of the staff. The cleanliness of the room was not excellent, the hydromassage tub which, in addition to filling slowly, at a certain point did not throw out hot water. Dinner to forget. We paid handsomely for a service that turned out to be far below our expectations, also in relation to the photos on the site. It therefore remains difficult to recommend something that is exciting on paper but which in reality turned out to be very disappointing.

01/01/2025: Top experience Very kind and super friendly staff. Thank you an unforgettable New Year's Eve. The only flaw, which is really very small, is that some areas of the rooms could use some maintenance work... but it's really a microscopic flaw. A TOP EXPERIENCE. Highly recommended

15/12/2024: Company dinner....personally it was disgusting...I can say that the only dish that arrived hot was the appetizer (cold cuts), all the rest was ice from the refrigerator...the first courses apart from the fact that it was a misery for the table were ice and salted to beast. the roast in the crust inedible... it looked like a shoe insole... not even recommended for desserts, it looked like a dog bowl thrown there with two caate to eat..... not recommended for me...

04/01/2025: Food was ok, service was pretty friendly but disorganized. Plates for a party of five arrived in random orders and with delays between them, brought by different waiters. We didn't get everything we ordered but of course they corrected at the till. It was rush hour, maybe not the right time? The place is huge as there are many tables inside, outside and in the winter garden.

21/11/2024: spectacular place first of all. classic country house atmosphere with a lit fireplace and a nice intro overall. I am a simple and very sociable person but if I come in at 11 in the morning and ask for a sandwich with ham...ok the bread is not there...we divert to the piadina....and I am served the ham that was supposed to also be very good... I say it had to because it was warmed up inside the piadina which moreover paid 6 euros. The poor non-Italian boy who didn't even know how to communicate well, once warned, didn't correct the error....by this I mean...the customers are there at 9 in the evening as at 9 in the morning and they pay with the same money. Too bad it ruined my snack.

04/11/2024: We ate a charcuterie board and drank red wine. Everything exceptional! With a stunning view of the sea...To return!

19/08/2024: Service was not great, the server was not nice, coffee was not great and the whole experience was not great. It seemed too expensive. The view and setting were nice.

04/08/2024: We came here for breakfast and ordered cold latte macchiato, freshly squeezed orange juice and a few snacks. Everything tasted very good and was better than in some other cafes. The puff pastry is very tender and was baked in an excellent way. The prices are very good for a tourist town, for a hearty breakfast for two a total of €20. The staff was a little overwhelmed on a Sunday morning but still very friendly and helpful. From the seats outside you have a direct view of Piazza Sa Michele. We were very satisfied with the visit.

26/08/2024: They are very kind, very helpful and good. They have a lot of choice and the pizzas and cecina are amazing!

24/08/2024: Good quality and variety of choice for pizza on site. Prices are normal tending towards cheap. Convenient and accessible being in the center of the town. The cecina, however, was a little too oily while the stuffed cecina confused the flavors inside too much to have an appreciable identity of its own.

03/11/2024: Il Rifugio Isera si trova in una location meravigliosa, con tutto intorno un indimenticabile panorama mozzafiato. Visitarlo in autunno è in assoluto la scelta migliore, potendo così godere appieno degli incredibili colori della natura "morente"; per delle passeggiate nel silenzio tra gli alberi, con il crepitio delle foglie sotto le scarpe. Un'esperienza magica ed indimenticabile.

08/09/2024: Abbiamo preso 2 primi che erano da mensa..la grigliata mista era cruda ..fredda e visto che abbiamo passato la notte al bagno siamo dell'idea che la catena del freddo.non sia stata mantenuta Temperatura i biblici oltretutto! Sconsiglio vivamente

19/10/2024: A brewery like there are few, excellent choice of beers and trained staff. The environment is pleasant and particular with a plus to consider such as the billiard table.

15/08/2024: I don't judge the food as I didn't have the chance to try it, because as soon as I entered I was told "we're full, goodbye" even in a rude way, since it's a take-away pizzeria I asked for clarification on what meant and in an annoyed manner I was once again told that they had run out of all the dough. It's a shame because the food was inviting but given the staff I don't think I'll try it

13/08/2024: Nice little place inside the village, reachable only on foot The waitress was kind and smiling! The dishes are simple but good, a super positive note for the tartare! the chef is kind and helpful! You can feel that the raw material is of high quality and well cooked! The meat delicious and cooked to perfection (raw but hot and crunchy) However, they wanted Fiorentina and they weren't available! If you promote yourself for meat you can't impose a single choice on us Excellent value for money! Overall I would happily go back (if Fiorentina is there I'll be there straight away!)

11/09/2024: Nice place, we had cocktails after dinner and after a nice walk, well done classic mojito, tequila sunrise and moscow mule. Fast service. Live music with DJ.
