27/11/2025: I have been to this place a couple of times where I found an acceptable product but this last time I received a completely burnt Arabic bread and not even seasoned inside without taste without "love" in making it after having reported it I would have expected a different management of the order unfortunately it was not like that unfortunately I will look elsewhere next time

01/11/2025: I found it on the way to Lucca C&G and was pleasantly surprised by the speed and deliciousness of their products! Breakfast included a delicious croissant and cappuccino, and for lunch I had a stuffed focaccia and a slice of marinara. The display of desserts makes you want to try them all. The atmosphere is simple and clean; there are only a few tables, but plenty of room. Recommended for those who want to grab a quick bite before the festival or for a hearty breakfast!

05/10/2025: Welcome to hell! It must be said that the resort looks nice at the entrance and that perhaps there are more comfortable rooms than the one I experienced, but that doesn't make my experience any less unpleasant. Foreword: the company that hosted me requested the rooms months and months ago, and specifically a "top" room for me (they always do it, everywhere, and I've always had top-notch experiences). Instead, they shoved me into a sort of attic closet, with a sort of fire vent instead of a window: a tiny room (room?) without even a table to write on or a chair. A 4-star hotel, a room without even a chair. And then the cold: after a whole night under the duvet, I managed to get the room to 19°C, starting from a not-so-reassuring 17.5°C. The bathroom was hideous, with toilet paper piled on the sink and a closet the size of a Smurf. In short: obscene. But the worst thing is the totally inadequate staff: from the check-in staff who, faced with my complaints and those who booked, didn't know what to say and just stared at the floor, to the so-called manager who dismissed us in a rather rude manner without an apology or a smile, to the two waiters who, in the elevator queue with bottles of wine in hand, walked past the guests (I even have witnesses), sneaking into the elevator and violating every rule of good manners at breakfast, which opens at 7:00 and which saw no dining room staff until 8:00, except for one lady who didn't even say "good morning" or "smile" (she must have had her reasons, since she was alone in the dining room, but that doesn't mean they treat guests this way). I'm attaching photos and videos of my closet, photos of the breakfast room at 7:30 (if you don't see any dining room staff, it's because there was no one there, I mean no one), and a funny video of the coffee maker. If you want to use it, you have to lie on the floor because there's only one socket. Oh, and finally, the wonderful splash of color from the dusty, cold-air-emitting grate right next to the bed. The worst hospitality experience of my long travel career. What a shame. P.S.: I know, it's disgusting, but I didn't even take a shower: the bathroom temperature was far from the 18 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit) in the closet, and if I want cold showers or ice baths, I go to the spa. I preferred to avoid pneumonia, I hope you understand.

13/09/2025: Nice place, many free places in September, but you still can't get those closer to the sea. Food OK, though there was a piece of chicken in the vegetarian salad. Bowl with salmon not bad. Sunscreens and books available.

12/10/2025: I had a simple pasta with tomato sauce that changed my day, compliments to the chef and I will return, we also ate the fish, delicious!

10/09/2025: The food quality is excellent. However, the service is slow and a bit inattentive, which could be improved. Prices are reasonable for the quality.

10/09/2025: Excellent pastry shop and café with delicious classic, traditional, and local brioches! Clean atmosphere, street-facing tables (but no table service), and extremely friendly, welcoming, and cheerful staff! Highly recommended for a great breakfast to start your day off right!

23/09/2025: Excellent food, the "special" menu for two would fill anyone up. The ingredients were excellent, the Florentine steak was phenomenal, the side dishes were delicious, and the appetizer was amazing. The lonzino cured meat was highly recommended, truly delicious. Excellent service, the staff were super polite and helpful. Highly recommended!

19/07/2025: Scoperta per caso e devo dire che è stata una splendida sorpresa. Personale professionale e simpatico, piatti ben eseguiti ed abbondanti, veramente molto molto gustosi. Per tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto il prezzo è basso. Lo consiglio a pieni voti e sicuramente ci tornerò.

06/09/2025: A great restaurant, with good food but the service was mediocre. Everyone wasn’t even finish and they took away the plates that were empty. We had to pay a surplus for splitting the bill. They did not even greet us, say goodbye to us. Great food but deceiving people.

07/10/2025: The menu features quality ingredients, everything is very fresh and delicious. We especially enjoyed the cecina with stracchino cheese and vegetables and the truly delicious porcini mushroom and farro soup. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to detail. The fish was also delicious. Highly recommended!

15/11/2025: Terrible organization, especially the waitresses. The smell is unbearable and unpleasant for those eating. All these aspects need to be improved.

15/06/2025: Ottima cena a base di frittura mista di pesce e verdure cucinata perfettamente. Il servizio è eccellente fin dall’accoglienza cosi come la cortesia e la gentilezza. Il locale ha il vantaggio di essere raffinato e posizionato in una zona tranquilla. Consigliato!

01/06/2025: Tagliolino cacio e pepe con tartare di gamberi veramente spettacolare, anche i ravioli di pesce con zafferano e nero di seppia molto buoni. Frittura di pesce nella norma. Nota negativa: mancavano molte pietanze sia tra il salato che il dolce e anche nella lista vini. Cameriere gentile e simpatico. Conto adeguato
