A truly exceptional place! The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, perfect for enjoying a drink in peace and quiet, away from crowds and noise. The owner is absolutely wonderful: welcoming, warm, and passionate, he takes the time to chat and make customers feel at ease. You almost feel right at home. A rare, authentic, and charming spot that I wholeheartedly recommend!

30/05/2026: Today, during a motorcycle ride, we had lunch at the Eagle's Nest. Truly excellent food, both the pappardelle with wild boar sauce and the tagliatelle with nettles and sausage sauce were delicious, preceded by an appetizer of fried polenta crostini with mushrooms. A quarter of the house red wine to toast. The atmosphere is truly relaxing and the staff are extremely friendly. We'll be back soon to try their other specialties. Highly recommended for those in the area for a hike to the gorge or for a simple stroll in a pristine natural setting.
