Restaurant along the Viareggio pier, you can eat in the sun or indoors, and it's a little different: you pay, leave your name and go sit down, as soon as it's ready they call you and you go, take your tray and eat.

They brought me a huge plate of "gran spadellata del porto"
that stank like a lagoon water.... Is it possible they didn't notice in the kitchen? I don't think so... Go eat whatever you want, you'll have to pay for it anyway!!!!

I had lunch at this restaurant during the Carnival parade. What can I say? The prices are excellent, as are the dishes, which are plentiful! There's a wide selection of dishes. If I had to find a flaw, it's that both the first and second courses are served at the same time, so the second course inevitably gets cold. Overall, a great experience; I'll definitely be back!

A good alternative to many traditional restaurants.
Excellent view of the canal leading to the port.
You order and pay immediately. Then they call you when it's ready and bring it to your table. Good prices, more than good food. I recommend it. It's probably the best of the restaurants in the immediate area.

The pizza was neither thin nor thick (average dough), and it was good even after dinner when cold. I give it a solid 7! I can't judge the fish.
Update on what I wrote 5 years ago, still 5 stars! I've been back, and not just now. The quality is always the same. The margherita pizza wasn't pretty to look at, but it was good! Coffee was only €1. I recommend it, as I drink it without sugar. The only problem? The seafood rice arrived a little too early, and I still had to finish the pizza.
