10/10/2025: A craft beer bar where they serve your beer in a plastic cup. If you confront the bartender about it, she'll lash out. Quite aggressive. Too bad, the beer is good.

28/08/2025: We stopped for lunch by chance, as it's located on the way home from vacation. It was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming, the service is quick and courteous. The food is excellent, from the shop's platter to the tortelli. The ricotta and spinach ravioli are a special treat: you can taste the quality of the ingredients. We skipped the main courses because we wanted dessert, but judging by the dishes I saw coming out of the kitchen, they're definitely worth it! Everything is delicious. For those in the area who haven't tried it yet, go and try it. Highly recommended!!!

28/10/2025: Cocktail bar with lunch menu, excellent first and second courses, and excellent aperitif cocktails in the evening. The staff is very attentive and ready to satisfy every need. Highly recommended.

20/07/2025: Ristorante a conduzione famigliare a Viareggio. Io e i miei amici ci siamo venuti due sere di fila perché ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo praticamente provato tutto il menù. Niente da dire, tutto ottimo. Qualità della materia prima alta, cucinata bene e i gestori del locale sono gentilissimi e sempre con il sorriso. Il conto è giusto. Qualità prezzo imbattibile.

27/06/2025: Ho appena cenato qui e mi sono innamorata della cucina e di chi lo gestisce. Il mio menù condiviso con mia figlia: lasagna al branzino fresco (fenomenale!!!!!), fritto misto ( non unto, abbondante e gustoso), pepata di cozze (mia figlia le ha divorate) e patate fritte con buccia ( croccanti e gustosissime). Non sono riuscita a mangiare il dolce ma la lista proposta era davvero molto attraente. Anche il vinello della casa era fresco e adatto ai piatti mangiati

Completing the experience is the wonderful and enchanting lake, which opens right in front of the hotel and offers a relaxing view at any time. An ideal place to recharge, for a romantic getaway, or simply to feel pampered. Highly recommended.

04/12/2025: I'm not used to writing reviews but this time it was a bad experience. We arrived at this three-star property but giving it 1 is a lot both in terms of price and rooms. The smell of mold, the tub was leaking water. You should pay more attention to cleaning because it wouldn't be bad. Poor Luca, in order to please us, made us visit several rooms but one worse than the other. From the website it was splendid and then from up close, no. You should offer more comfort to the rooms, bathroom and common areas, cleanliness. 0. I thank Luca for his kindness. I won't add anything else.

30/06/2025: What can I say? A corner of paradise, my partner and I arrived at the end of the stage on the Via Vandelli in this wonderful place. Welcomed with a smile, a cold beer and after a shower a dip in the pool. And what can I say about the dinner? One of the best of the walk👍

27/09/2025: The Villa Grey was one of the best hotel stays we ever had. The room was clean, beautiful, well designed and modern. Not to mention incredible water views. The amenities and food services were excellent. The staff was top notch, wonderful and friendly. Not mention an incredible location being seconds from a stylish beach club. The whole feel was second to none. We will be back to the Villa Grey in our next stay in Forte Dei Marmi.

21/09/2025: A beautiful hotel in a prime location. The breakfast is delicious, and the beach food is also very tasty. The private beach offers a swimming area for a relaxing holiday.

27/08/2025: First of all, I have to say that gourmet pizzerias need to stay quiet. Lory's pizza is without a doubt the best in Viareggio. The owners are friendly, down-to-earth, and welcoming, and the place has a slightly 1980s feel. Never change, you'll be great.

11/10/2025: Charming and very nice. Some dishes leave something to be desired, but overall it's worth it.

06/09/2025: A good refuge, €50 for a night's sleep, dinner, and breakfast on August 15th. Free water is available. Several trails depart for Matanna (very difficult) and Monte Croce. As for dinner, it seems the management will be changing soon.

09/08/2025: The place is nice, but there's no advertised view, absolutely not. Perhaps only from one table can you glimpse something with binoculars... Around the tables outside, there's only scrub, bushes, and very tall grass that hasn't been cut in years; that's the view you'll have. On the other side, you'll have the road. The menu is extremely limited, with little choice among fairly banal dishes on a menu that's tourist-friendly and lacks any bells and whistles, even if they're adequately prepared by the chefs. Family-style service. Reasonable prices. The idea of blankets available for those eating outside to protect themselves from the chill is a nice one, but if you go in the summer, bring a jacket anyway.

08/08/2025: Simply fantastic. The cuisine is excellent, imaginative, and exquisite. I highly recommend it to everyone.

16/10/2025: On October 13, 2025, at 7:45 PM, I went to the Lo Schiaccianoci restaurant and pizzeria in Lido di Camaiore (LU). I should start by saying that I found it a bit odd that they opened their doors at 7:45 PM (other places open earlier, although service may start later. There were three of us waiting outside, but that's how it is). I ordered a focaccia filled with prosciutto and mozzarella, and a small draft beer. The "thing" I received was burnt on the top (see photo), and it was already cut into wedges. I immediately pointed this out to the waitress, politely asking for a new one (eating burnt food is bad for your health). She replied—incredibly—that there would be no point in making another one, because that's how they usually make their focaccia (burned). I then asked for at least the top of the focaccia to be removed, but was told that wasn't possible either. Question: Is it legal for a burned product to be served REGULARLY in this establishment (as the waitress stated, which is certainly indisputable)? According to medical records, consuming burned foods is carcinogenic. In my humble opinion, this is not legal. I'm attaching a copy of the receipt. I understand that the dynamics of the restaurant industry can be manifold, but in my opinion, these gentlemen deserve a negative review.

14/10/2025: The food and atmosphere are truly pampering. I had dinner with two friends and was truly pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and welcoming. The decor is truly thoughtful and unique. We had the mixed appetizers (the crostini with baby octopus was a real treat!!!) and then I had the spaghetti with clams and bottarga!! Everything was delicious!!! The final touch was a delicious crème brulee! The service was attentive, precise, and prompt, without ever being intrusive! I'll definitely be back because a treat like this is something I really need every now and then!

27/07/2025: A wonderful little family-run café bar. All the staff are incredibly friendly. A family-friendly atmosphere. Everyone always has a smile on their face. We'd love to come back. Everything is done with love.

24/11/2025: Located in the Lucca hills, great views, and a set menu with a wide variety of dishes, all excellent. Great price. Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: Excellent home cooking... almost everything is homemade, with a fixed price menu... a starter, two first courses and two second courses, dessert, coffee and even a liqueur, in a nice setting with a wonderful view on the first floor and more tables on the ground floor... promoted with full marks including the staff who are courteous and kind... we will definitely be back
