06/05/2026: The food was partly good, partly unenjoyable. My tartare tasted a bit funny, the ragu Tagliatelle was nice, there were olives inside which didn't particularly serve my taste but generally it was ok. My partners ribs were a big mistake - very hard cooked with barley any mean on them - after we complained, the dish was not added to the bill, which I found professional. Prices on the higher side, staff was polite.

01/05/2026: We had a great time with the location and restaurant. We had lunch with appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts, and they were all delicious. Congratulations.

12/04/2026: Saturday lunch pizza: excellent, cooked in a wood-fired oven and generously topped with quality ingredients. Wide selection of pizzas and other dishes. Pizzas by the slice and an excellent thin and crispy farinata, cooked to perfection. Grilled Florentine steak, priced by weight. The menu is on the table on QR code. There's no cover charge and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Fast and friendly service. Limoncello is included.

21/11/2025: Exceptional experience, we went for dinner. The food was excellent. We chose classic pasta dishes like tordelli with ragù for starters, which were delicious; and something different, like paccheri with sausage and goat cheese, which were also delicious. But there were many other dishes on the menu. The main courses were all very good, too: fried lamb cutlets, fried chicken and rabbit, and the beef tartare; side dishes included fried artichokes, chips, and a pioppini mushroom and potato flan. For dessert, we had warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream, peach sorbet, and crème brûlée... all delicious. Generous portions, kind, friendly, and attentive staff... a family atmosphere. ...It was a lovely evening, definitely worth repeating! I highly recommend it!

06/04/2026: Returned to the restaurant, about ten years after my last visit. The fish menu was perfect, from the appetizers to the stew, the first and second courses, and a beautifully plump and flavorful sea bream fillet unlike anything I'd tasted in a long time. The location has a superb view, overlooking a hilltop olive grove and Lake Massaciuccoli. The price was fair; elsewhere you pay more for much, much less. Promise kept, I'll be back.

01/04/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant a few months ago with one of my most important clients; we were celebrating a major event. The appetizers were neither good nor bad, and the lobster linguine was completely different from what it should be. It was more like a flavorless "Americana"; the only flavor you could taste was a mix of contrasting spices. The food is stuck in the '80s, poorly prepared. Not recommended.

27/04/2026: As long as I can remember, I've eaten here from time to time, even when Il Cantuccio was in another location. I've always had a great time, even yesterday, when I was having my first "official" outing with the baby... so I was a little nervous. We were supported in every way, and in the end, everything calmed down. The baby was happy with the food, as was the whole table. Il Cantuccio is like family. I can't recommend it highly enough.

25/06/2026: Thin, crispy pizza, generously topped in the center and lightly on the edges, overall decent. They don't serve fries, a questionable choice for us. Fast service, sticky table. Worth the price.

09/10/2025: My absolute favorite ice cream shop in the area. The flavors are authentic, refined, and never cloying. Everything is perfect, but unfortunately, I'm often unhappy when staff make cones with different weights (I always get the same size). Otherwise, I'd recommend it to anyone.

28/06/2026: Made a booking for 8pm tonight. Made the booking the night before to insure we would have a table this evening. Arrived to an empty restaurant to be told that we could not have a waterfront table as the whole place was booked. After my disappointment and outburst to the owner telling her that it was our 40th wedding anniversary and she has upset me. She aggressively dismissed me until I mentioned I would write an honest report. The service was raw and rude. The food was fine but not outstanding… the bill was over $100 euros. The owner refused to apologise for upsetting me. The restaurant had 5 tables outside empty all night and an entire inside. Customer service 1 Food 3

19/06/2026: Every time I go to Ischia, it's impossible not to go to Fortino, which has consistently been the best restaurant on the island. This year, I celebrated my 50th birthday there, and I'd like to thank the owner for her kindness, having provided me with beautiful flowers upon my arrival. 01/07/2026: We come here every time we're on vacation. Last year, 2025, something went wrong. It wasn't tasty, but we gave them a chance. It happens to everyone. However, it's no coincidence. This year, 2026, the food was clearly not tasty, the service was a disaster; we waited a long time even though there were few people. The food was served in a nonsensical order. And I really don't recommend the taste. It's gone bad.

14/06/2026: The best Chinese restaurant in town! A restaurant that has been operating in Pietrasanta for over 20 years. The location is perfect, just steps from the center. The place is welcoming and beautiful. The dishes were all very tasty and well-prepared, with distinct flavors. The portions were just right, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. The service was exceptional; the waitresses were extremely kind and helpful.

19/05/2026: We walk around Lucca looking for busy restaurants which we hope is a good sign. We had a very simple but delicious meal starting with a complimentary Prosecco. I saw Pici so we had to try it. Fresh with a delicious sauce. The spinach was delicious as well. Great service with a smile.

18/05/2026: I ate there when I was at the summer camp. It was a lifesaver, the hotel food was awful, and when we went to eat there it was like a miracle. The food was delicious, especially the lemon sorbet.
