20/08/2025: I don't want to be wrong, but the quality of the dishes seems to have dropped since the old Pollastri moved from Segromigno Monte to Lappato. Furthermore, the service doesn't seem to be as attentive anymore, since on Saturday evening, we were placed in an internal room, when everyone else was seated outside and once dinner was finished, we were abandoned for more than 20 minutes, before getting up and asking the waitress to kindly bring us the dessert menu. In the old place I used to eat risotto alla pescatore, one of my favorite dishes, but it's a shame that since they moved, it's no longer possible to order risotto for just one person (which isn't specified on the menu), a choice that I find absurd, since by doing so, you force people to order different dishes that they might not like at that moment. I don't want to be argumentative, but when I go to dinner I would at least like to be able to order what I want since I'm paying. Last time I opted for spaghetti with clams, which I found to be flavorless and very dry, almost dry. The island-style sea bream was good, I must say, and the baked vegetables were delicious. It's a shame about the risotto and the lackluster service. The price is reasonable.

04/10/2025: Terrible experience for our aperitivo. We ordered two glasses of prosecco, which were served in a RIDICULOUS quantity: practically a finger (horizontally) of wine. We asked and waited over 10 minutes for our appetizers: how long does it take to prepare and serve four ridiculous bowls of chips, olives, toasted seeds, and giardiniera along with our order? The staff is stiff, stiff, and unsmiling. The chairs are uncomfortable, and the bathrooms are dirty. A place that "shows off" but is worthless. An experience not to be repeated. NO THANKS!

11/10/2025: I had booked online and received a confirmation email—or so it seemed. In reality, it was a "waiting list confirmation," which I only discovered once I arrived. Now, I wonder: what's the point of sending a confirmation for a waiting list? We're not talking about a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo, but a pizzeria in Versilia. Anyway, I set off from Marina di Carrara to Pietrasanta (more than 20 km) because my wife, eight months pregnant, simply wanted a pizza that evening. We arrive promptly at 7:30 PM—the restaurant is half empty, by the way—and, convinced we had a reservation, I discover that's not the case, so I try to explain the situation, hoping for a modicum of understanding. The result? Not a shred of humanity. No flexibility, no empathy, just a cold, detached, and arrogant attitude. I wonder how such a "renowned" pizzeria can be so inhospitable and devoid of common sense. It really didn't take much: a table for two, one of whom was pregnant. Management was obtuse and indifferent, more concerned with rules than with people. It's a shame, because sometimes it's not the pizza that makes the difference, but the person serving it. A bitter, disappointing, and profoundly inhuman experience. Certainly not the pizza we were looking for, and certainly not the kind of welcome you'd expect from someone who prides themselves on "making a difference." Shame!!

03/09/2025: I spent a lovely day at the beach with my brother. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was excellent. The owners are very nice: when we arrived, they provided us with an umbrella closest to the beach, just like the one booked online, but I saw that the weather was a bit unstable. 05/09/2025: A cool and pleasant place surrounded by Mount Corchia and others. A welcoming, family atmosphere. Simple yet meticulously prepared dishes. Delicious homemade tordelli, perfectly cooked roast suckling pig, and traditionally fried chicken and rabbit. Fast and attentive service. I'll definitely be back in the fall for the porcini mushrooms.

29/09/2025: Very rustic place, don't go there if you're looking for refinement and elegance. The food is good and cheap, and the carbonara is very good.

21/09/2025: We were truly impressed by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff at this pizzeria. My daughter celebrated her birthday here with her friends, and everything was perfect: from the always smiling and helpful service to the care with which they looked after the kids, making them feel welcome and comfortable. I was told the pizzas were delicious, made with quality, easily digestible ingredients, and the cheerful atmosphere made the day special. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their helpfulness and courtesy: they helped make my daughter's birthday unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

20/09/2025: Pizza toppings were delicious. The pizza dough was too thin and cooked too much to the point of being crunchy and hard to cut with knife. The service was good.

Friendliness, a smile, and helpful service are always present, and the quality of the products stems from the quality of the raw materials and the skill of the skilled hands that craft them. You'll find something for every taste, from mini pastries to croissants and cakes. The coffee shop is also excellent, and the beautiful vintage furnishings, meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, create a unique, retro atmosphere. Prices are slightly above market average, but the quality and service make up for it. For a special breakfast, a snack, or a special occasion, you've come to the right place.

02/10/2025: Trattoria serving traditional Lucca dishes. The tordelli are superb. The rest is also good. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming.

27/09/2025: Unfortunately, you can't give it less than one star, otherwise it would have that rating. There's dirt and dust everywhere. Even my shoes were sticking to the floor. Not to mention the broken and dusty air conditioners. The service is truly awful and disorganized, as we had also ordered a second course, and after waiting over an hour, they forgot to bring it. So we left, paying only for what we had consumed. The bathrooms are a complete disgrace, as is the rest of the place. At the end, the owner said goodbye to me. Are you kidding? The first and last time, never again, never in a place like that. The food also left much to be desired, both in flavor and quantity. The mushroom rice had no flavor at all, and the tortelli were all sticky. What I make at home is much better.
