10/10/2024: It's what you could simply call...style...a great old villa with flair. Of course, you can find fault with such rooms, but would that be fair? There's so much history in this villa that I can't be bothered to do so. Therefore, I'm deliberately refraining from using pictures, but rather conveying only my feelings. I describe it as reverence and respect. The hosts and their staff deserve special mention...they make the villa what it is: a place where you feel at home. Nicola...mille Grazie

28/09/2024: A hotel with flair. The two very courteous and service-oriented hosts Nicola and Cesare do a great job. The room was absolutely fine, old but clean and with atmosphere. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. Absolutely recommended!!!👍 🔅🔅🔅🔅🔅

15/03/2025: Restaurant in the historic center of Pietrasanta, we were a little disappointed. Normal starters: overly spicy vegetarian meatballs. Single dish with rice and prawns really disappointing. Other main courses acceptable. Definitely excessive price.

11/03/2025: We went with two dear friends to celebrate my birthday. Always seen from the outside but never had the opportunity to enter.....and surprise tonight!!! Very intimate and particular place, colourful....and so is their cuisine....new and unusual flavours, very good.....to try and try again.....

01/12/2024: Trovato su internet, ed anche se aveva qualche recensione molto negativa abbiamo deciso di prenotare, devo dire che ho avuto un buon fiuto infatti ci siamo trovati più che bene. Iniziamo dalla location, a ridosso della spiaggia ed anche se era il primo di dicembre abbiamo pranzato fuori e siamo stati benissimo, naturalmente ci sono pure tavoli all'interno, i piatti che abbiamo preso noi, cioè antipasti e grigliata mista oltre al dolce, erano molto buoni, niente di ricercato ma il pesce era cucinato bene e le porzioni abbondanti, naturalmente il pesce è quasi o tutto surgelato (gli asterischi sul menù c'erano) ma lo è da quasi tutte le parti anche se a volte vi fanno credere il contrario a meno che non decidiate di spendere un leasing e buttarvi sul fresco garantito. Il personale carino e il conto nella norma completano il quadro, per quanto mi riguarda tornerò a fargli visita per collaudare altri piatti.

10/02/2025: The well-known Galantuomini pastry shop not only boasts courtesy and friendliness which is an added value to the well-known business, but stands out for its quality and 360° assortment, nothing of what it produces can be subject to criticism, from the cleanliness of the place to the quality of the products used to the multiple varieties displayed and well distributed leaving only the embarrassment of the choice which is renewed by the assortment offered to the faithful customers, there are many pastry shops in the area but for me who goes there for years they have been and remain the best pastry chefs within a kilometer radius, I invite anyone to go and buy what they prefer, those who trust come back convinced that they have chosen the right pastry shop for their and their family's difficult tastes,

10/02/2025: We had lunch with one of the menu options offered, cotolette with fries. Abundant and good flavor. The place is clean, quiet and accompanied by the attention of its waitress who is detailed and pleasant. The only detail to improve is that it may have been a little too salty.

20/03/2025: Non è stato come le Altre Volte , Qualcosa è Cambiato e non in Meglio : Troppo Attesa tra le portate e poco Servizio -Anche la scelta nel Mangiare non è come era in Precedenza è cambiata e pure i prezzi molto più alti.

17/01/2025: From the outside the place seemed lost in the dark and cold of a winter night. But upon entering we found a fairly well-kept although simple environment. Then the nice and smiling staff gave us all the time we needed to choose from the menu, interspersed with chatting. Then the dishes arrived: abundant and really good. A part of land with croutons and cold cuts, tordelli and pappardelle with wild boar and a part of fish with a five-course starter, spaghetti with seafood, and finally the dessert, a zuccotto all'alchermes. All very very good. I am very happy to have come here with friends.

09/03/2025: I don't usually write reviews but after 3 times yes. I really like the place and I went there the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the place, the good food and the friendly and fast service. So I subsequently brought other friends there and something had already changed.....the food was good but the small portions, the endless waiting times and with a 2 and a half year old girl it's not easy.....high price. They apologized to us saying that unfortunately they had a problem in the kitchen that day. It can happen to anyone, so without any controversy we leave, counting that we had set a date of 12.30 and left the restaurant at 4....3 and a half hours at the table for a starter and a second course....but that's fine, it can happen. We decided to go back yesterday with other friends and two little girls......nice place as always, courteous welcome etc.....but from the moment we arrive (12.30) it takes almost half an hour to take the order but okay.....we order and they explicitly tell us that they will take the girls' order first so it starts first...well....moral of the story 3 octopuses arrive for the adults and then a stop of another 20 minutes, then the girls' spaghetti finally arrives and then new stop. Still nothing about the tartare of the 4th adult. Another half hour passes for a tartare. It finally arrives after THREE requests and then we eat. They ask us whether to start the second courses and we say yes, since it was already 2pm we wanted to make it quick.....after half an hour a fry (cold) and another second course arrive. Nothing about the other two octopus for another 40 minutes until we request it and we are asked whether to cancel the order or have it done. The baby octopus arrived almost 50 minutes after the arrival of the other 2 seconds, basically throughout the entire lunch there wasn't a moment in which we all ate together. We are told there was a problem in the kitchen that day......again?????? So that's enough. For me it's the last time because I really felt cheated. Even yesterday the table was set at 12.30 and we went out at 4pm, for two courses, on a Saturday, at the beginning of March, I'm sorry but it's not possible and I can't imagine what will happen in the high season if they continue like this. I hope things change otherwise I guess we won't be the only ones who won't come back.

01/03/2025: The place is on a secondary road and not easy to reach if you are not local. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling. I ate one of the best cuts in the area, it was butter. We also tasted some excellent panzanella. The sore point is certainly the very retro furnishings and rooms. If you go for the food though super recommended!!
