Incredible restaurant!! Must visit even if you're staying in Forte Dei Marmi. The tasting menue was insane. We got the chef's table, and out of the 100s of stared michelins weve been to, this was by far our favourite experience. The chef's table was basically in the kitchen with the chef around us all the time. It was incredible. Will be back everytime we visit!

We dined at this establishment and had an extraordinary evening. That's an understatement. The service was incredibly efficient and friendly, and a huge thank you to Kamel. We were constantly surprised and delighted. From the aperitif to the dessert, the presentation of each dish was exquisite. A second Michelin star would be the bare minimum for this establishment. We finished with a tour of the kitchen, where the chef's welcome was truly worthy of his restaurant. Hats off to the chef! We highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for these wonderful moments.

A well-deserved star for this restaurant and for Chef Landi and his entire team. A very peaceful Sunday evening dinner. Compliments to the maître d' and sous chef Silvio and the entire staff. The seafood menu was very good, and the cacciucco fish soup got a top score. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.

We loved our visit to Lunasia so much we went back again two weeks later and hope to visit again soon. The food is spectacular. The flavour combinations are inventive and the presentation is so beautiful. The balance of each dish is perfect and the timing of the food and the quantity is just right. The service is relaxed and friendly but also highly professional and knowledgable. The staff all spoke very good English which put us at ease as our Italian is very limited. I'd highly recommend visiting this restaurant and Viareggio is a wonderful town close to Pisa which makes it a great first night or last night of your holiday stay as an alternative to staying in Pisa. Teamed with a visit to Lunasia, this will start or end your trip on a high note. I wouldn't be surprised if Lunasia gets two stars at the next Michelin review as my husband and I both felt that standard was significantly higher than other one star restaurants we have visited.

An absolute highlight on the Versilia coast! Lunasia at the Hotel Plaza e de Russie is a work of art in its own right. The design blends classic elegance with modern sophistication – the atmosphere is exclusive yet inviting. The cuisine is simply brilliant: every course was a perfect composition of top-quality ingredients, creative flavors, and a presentation that was almost too beautiful to eat. The service also deserves the highest praise: attentive, knowledgeable, and with just the right feel for the guest, without ever being intrusive. Anyone in Viareggio looking for a top-tier culinary experience in a breathtaking setting simply must visit Lunasia. We will definitely be back!

Otttimo il menu degustazione di pesce ( in particolare la carbonara di mare ed il trancio di pescato) e l'abbinamento di vini. Servizio all'altezza e conto in linea con altri ristoranti stellati

Chef Landi and the sommelier delighted me with a superb tasting menu and an equally excellent wine pairing. I chose the "Apuane and Reclamation" menu, a crescendo of flavors. The linguine was the dish that impressed me the most. The only flaw was the marrow that concluded the savory menu. Despite being delicious and masterfully paired, the quantity was truly minimal; I ended up with a "poor" piece. The wait staff and service were top-notch!

18/05/2026: A day trip with family and friends, a group of six. Upon entering, it feels like an old tavern (the lady will tell us it was a dance hall many, many years ago). Spartan but very authentic. Mixed antipasto: cured meats, cheeses, fried polenta, fried gnocco, then self-service platter with salami and caciotta. The first courses begin: spectacular mushroom rice, homemade ravioli in four flavors (pumpkin, spinach, gorgonzola and walnuts, potato and rosemary), truly delicious. The portions were generous, we were already full and we are good eaters. The 86-year-old lady comes by to collect our plates after each course and chat. The waiter asks us if we want two cappelletti, but we can't fit any more, then he tempts us with the second courses, and we each accept a piece of pork cheek... that becomes three, it melts in the mouth, truly special. By now resigned to exploding and passing away with a smile, he offers us zuppa inglese and plum tart for dessert. We accept, and he brings us a whole zuppa inglese with a spatula and half a pan of tart. We finish with an excellent coffee. We drank water and Lambrusco. €40 for adults, €20 for children—they deserved more. They made us feel at home and spoiled, like at a Sunday lunch where two grandmothers team up. Thank you, we'll be back.

11/05/2026: This is simply the best pizzeria in town, and it boasts a first-class view over the valley! The service is incredibly friendly, the pizzas are the most delicious around, and the desserts are outstanding (including panna cotta and gelato). The prices are also excellent for this quality. On top of that, it's a wonderful family-run business.
