24/08/2025: I had an extremely good dinner in an elegant and relaxed setting. The ingredients were excellent and local, but the service is certainly the added bonus that makes this restaurant stand out. Kudos to you for your passion. See you soon.

19/08/2025: We had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The pasta was outstanding. We even had the house's own olive oil for sale. The service was very attentive and spoke English. Simply fantastic. Because we rented a small house in the complex, we received an additional 10% discount – a great bonus. There's also live music on Fridays – and you can relax in hammocks among the olive trees in the garden. A great location not far from the center of Forte. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

L’atmosfera è accogliente, curata nei dettagli ma senza essere troppo pretenziosa: ti fa sentire subito a casa. La pizza è semplicemente eccezionale: impasto leggero, fragrante, con una lievitazione perfetta e ingredienti freschissimi. Ho provato una margherita con bufala e pomodorini del piennolo: un’esplosione di gusto! Anche le pizze dei miei amici erano tutte diverse e tutte ottime — segno di grande cura e costanza nella qualità. Il personale è gentile, attento e sempre sorridente. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno, il servizio è stato veloce e impeccabile. Prezzi assolutamente onesti per la qualità offerta. Tornerò sicuramente. Se amate la vera pizza, questa pizzeria è una tappa obbligatoria. Pefforza!

13/05/2025: Vengo aquí una vez cada 10 semanas aproximadamente, ya que estoy en la zona por trabajo y siempre tengo una noche libre para mí, es solo un corto paseo de mi hotel. La señora que siempre me atiende y dirige el lugar no habla mucho inglés y para mi vergüenza, a pesar de trabajar para una empresa italiana durante muchos años, mi italiano es bastante pobre también! Espero que ella lea esta reseña (a través de Google Translate ofc). La pizza es excelente aquí, es mucho mejor que cualquier cosa que obtenemos en el Reino Unido, los ingredientes y el sabor son maravillosos junto con las bases de corteza fina crujiente. Siempre tengo la bruschetta también, los tomates locales encantadores son para morir y podría sentarme y comerlo toda la noche! Y si mi amigo se pregunta por qué siempre dejo demasiado dinero, simplemente porque la comida y la bienvenida siempre valen más de lo que cobras.

14/07/2025: Un'ottima cena al fresco. Abbiamo cenato in veranda...divini i maccheroni con il sugo con l'aglio orsino. Ambiente molto carino..pulito...personale gentile e veloce. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Already the way they welcome you makes you feel like family, all the waitresses are nice, attentive and kind. To sit in the room, a quiet and well-lit place, you pass in front of the window to order lunch and believe me, seeing displayed first what you then order makes all the difference in the world. Not only that, you can ask for any type of combination or pairing, no problem, they will satisfy you without a doubt. Fast service, low cost

07/07/2025: Very pleasant this restaurant where you can have a good meal in a carefree atmosphere in a typical trattoria. All the staff are very kind and compliments to the girl who practically alone took care of the service always with a smile. Note of merit for also offering vegan dishes (I don't know if they are always on the menu or depended on the reservation), knowing to have this possibility allows you to enjoy meals in company satisfying all the diners. Really inviting and good the tarts of their production. Easy place to return with pleasure.

Portions are too large (8 pieces of uramaki are too many in my opinion; they didn't let me order a second, and I was forced to order more due to the limited selection). Unfortunately, the ordering process is also outdated; you still use pen and paper, and it's difficult to remember what you ordered, especially when there are 6-7 people or more at the table. Overall, the staff is very friendly (they offered us a limoncello after the meal) and the prices are below average.

06/08/2025: On the recommendation of a local friend, we went there this evening. A very beautiful and unique location. The service was a bit slow, but one waiter was very kind and helpful, the other a little less so. We had two bottles of water, two glasses of red wine, a 1.8 kg Florentine steak for two, a side dish each, and two desserts. The meat was good, but in my opinion a bit pricey: €99 for just the Florentine steak. The extra virgin olive oil was truly extraordinary, even customized. The cantuccini with vin santo were excellent. We spent €141 for two.

Everything was superb, from the quiet, modern and very clean rooms, to the spa with its pools, to the food and the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, large covered garage with spaces for motorbikes and columns for charging cars... Highly recommended!!! Right on the road to the Stelvio...
