02/06/2025: The pizza was okay, but not worth the trip. For €18, you get a really large pizza with a thin crust and not much topping. For less money, you get more for your money on the promenade.

06/06/2025: Seafood restaurant at the end of the Viareggio promenade, on the port to be clear. They have two seats, one on the veranda and one on the port (very romantic and suggestive) but I recommend booking. Very kind staff, they even gave me a discount at the end! A half appetizer, two fish first courses, 1 still water, half a liter of white wine, a sorbet and two seats €60 (€30 per person). The cacciucco and pasta with clams are delicious. I recommend this place but I recommend booking, Thursdays in June are packed! Imagine in August!

01/07/2025: I do not recommend this place to anyone who has commitments or requires a minimum level of professionalism. The pizzas were decent, but the service was terrible: disorganized, rude, lacking customer attention. We had booked 10 pizzas, well in advance and arrived a few minutes after the scheduled time, but they hadn't even started preparing the pizzas. The real problem, however, was that we had to wait another 45 minutes before receiving them. Only after pointing it out over and over again, did they decide to prepare them, all in less than 5 minutes, a sign that they could have easily done it before. Another unpleasant episode occurred during payment: for two pizzas of €10 and €9.50, they charged me €21. After pointing out the error, instead of giving me €1.50 back, they only gave me €1 back, completely ignoring the missing 50 cents. A miscalculation should not be the customer’s fault, nor should the cashier be the one to decide what to “leave”. The order management was equally chaotic: we were told to “talk to the son” of the cashier, without any indication of who he was. When a pizza chef finally took charge of the order, he asked one of us to read him the order pizza by pizza while he prepared them. Once we left, we discovered that one pizza was also wrong and we had to go back in to have it fixed. We also found a particularly rude waitress who repeatedly scolded us in an unpleasant tone because, according to her, we were “in the middle” of the passage. The space was limited, there were other customers waiting, and even if we got as close as possible to the wall, it still wasn’t good. In the end, no one deigned to apologize for the delay, nor to offer us a courtesy gesture to recover the situation. There was no desire to make amends or to acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Sorry to say, but I won't be back. A pizzeria should only accept reservations that it can handle, not go beyond just to earn more, at the expense of service.

12/05/2025: This pizzeria is an absolute gem! The pizza itself was divine, truly some of the best I've ever had. What really elevated the experience was the impeccable service – attentive and friendly without being intrusive. And the owners? They were so incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. To top it all off, we indulged in their cheesecake, and oh my goodness, it was unbelievably delicious, like a little slice of heaven! This pizzeria is a real gem! The pizza was divine, truly one of the best I have ever eaten. What really elevated the experience was the impeccable service: attentive and friendly without being intrusive. And the owners? They were so incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home. To top it off, we indulged in their cheesecake, and oh my, it was incredibly delicious, like a little slice of heaven!

04/05/2025: Beautiful discovery in this little village. The food is really good. The cheese starter is superb as are the first courses with wild boar and roe deer. All excellent and really well done. We didn't have the second courses but the meat dishes that were displayed among the various tables were really inviting (to be returned to try). The lady who served us was very kind and nice. Good service. Excellent quality/price ratio.

30/05/2025: After an initial failure of the new management I felt like changing my review for this restaurant because now after three times that we returned for lunch I have to change my mind the portions and the quality of the dishes are back to what they once were! Everything is excellent from the carbonara to the tripe to the rosticciana to the side dishes, the price as always is excellent compared to the quality and quantity of the dishes, the courteous service is quick and precise the environment is welcoming and rustic, the desserts are also excellent especially the tiramisu, very good!

08/06/2025: I was looking for something authentic, traditional, handmade, and with real taste. That's exactly what I found here. The prices are fair, the quality is very impressive, and the service is attentive and competent. I'll be happy to come back and recommend it wholeheartedly.

25/04/2025: a pleasant reality of rare hospitality that of Bagno Firenze. The bathroom is well looked after down to every detail to make guests feel at their best, including families with children. The restaurant with its fast cuisine suitable for the summer season is particularly efficient for a break in the day, capable of satisfying the tastes of all of us... Even if pets are not allowed in the summer season, we nevertheless appreciated the passion with which activities are carried out, and the pleasure of spending a day there.

21/06/2025: we understood why the restaurant is called du palle. they basically made our table fall over… all thanks to a dragon who kept exclaiming “arivo! arivo!” with a beard and a tail. one sandwich already had a bite, not to mention the plates thrown by the elves. but come on, the food was decent (despite arriving 3 hours late)
