19/03/2026: A very charming and intimate place, albeit quite large. The decor is a bit confusing, but still enjoyable and not heavy. The food was good, the fish was high-quality, although we did notice a few small flaws: 1) My girlfriend's spring roll was frozen inside, definitely frozen (which is normal, for ready-made ones) and hadn't been heated enough; 2) The seafood carbonara was very good, with just one flaw... it was too salty. Probably, in addition to the water released by the seafood, a bit too much salt was added during cooking. Nothing irreparable or inedible. 3) The shrimp gnocchi, also very good, were a bit too oily, resulting in a bit of nausea. Overall, a good seafood restaurant, especially considering the small town it's located in, far from the sea. Highly recommended, hoping these small flaws can be fixed.

15/04/2026: Lunch at the restaurant on the Viareggio harbor. It's a beautiful location, but more attention needs to be paid to the quality of the ingredients. Four people in our group who ordered the spaghetti with clams felt ill. It ruined our vacation!

I would improve the spa, which is slightly too bright and not heated enough, especially the water in the large pool. Also, only 3 of the 8 hydromassage stations were working.

15/03/2026: I visited Accasatua Restaurant in Lucca last night and enjoyed tasty pizzas, tender and juicy meat, and crispy fried fish and vegetables. The restaurant is welcoming, with ample space and parking, ideal for families or business lunches, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. From the Sarti family.

07/04/2026: We were here on Easter Monday and, as expected, had to wait in line for over an hour. But that's not the reason for my rating. After placing our order, we waited over half an hour for our order, which included tuna with lettuce and tomato (which wasn't available) and spaghetti with clams. I asked several times, and finally they told me: "The order must come out first (spaghetti allo scoglio, fried food), and to complete your order, we need others to order the same dish." Shocking! This isn't a restaurant, but a diner, and it's probably overkill. Average, unpretentious food, complete chaos and disorganization. In the end, we spent more than three hours on a lunch that could have been used for other purposes.

11/04/2026: Pizzeria Strapizzami is currently the best pizzeria for us. We've tried it in Lucca, Capannori, and Porcari: the pizza at Strapizzami is mouth-watering! The pizza with porcini mushrooms is our favorite! Excellent ingredients, excellent dough, cooked to perfection, and excellent value. Prompt service: we always offer takeout with a reservation. Parking is available next to the restaurant.

Given the sunny, festive day, the place was packed, but enjoying lunch with good background music, in the sun, delicious fish, and a perfectly chilled bubbly was worth the wait given the high and expected turnout! A must-try!

27/02/2026: All you can eat. Prices vary depending on the day and whether it's lunch or dinner. We went for lunch on Sunday, so it was $19.90 plus drinks. The food was excellent, the menu extensive, and the dishes were very good. You order via tablet, and either waiters or robots bring your food. We sat in the tatami, a separate room from the rest of the restaurant, which was much more intimate and charming.

13/04/2026: The one star removed is because I'd been there many years ago and it was more like a trattoria-style dive, very popular and easy-going. Now it feels more like a restaurant. Very nice, well-kept, and tidy, with a clientele that's certainly not working-class. After all, we're in Versilia. As for the rest, the tordelli with sauce were galactic. World-class. Delicious. I could have eaten a bucket of them. After a first course like this, my expectations were high, but instead the rotisserie didn't blow me away. The chicken wasn't tasty, and the rabbit and guinea fowl weren't top-notch either. Anonymous: Definitely a bad order, it can happen. The goat, on the other hand, was pleasant. Friends at other tables, however, ate excellent pigeon, which makes me lean towards 4 stars anyway. A special mention goes to the waiter, friendly and professional but dressed too well 😉... it's a sign of the times.

13/04/2026: We had a truly positive experience at this trattoria, which was recommended to us by a friend and fully met our expectations. The value for money is excellent. The meat is of high quality and cooked to perfection: the venison and pigeon are very good, unusual dishes but truly well executed. The tordelli with duck sauce are also excellent, rich in flavor and well-balanced. The wine cellar is truly well-stocked, with a wide selection of wines. The restaurant is beautiful and quaint, with multiple rooms creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ample parking is also very convenient. Friendly and attentive service. We'll definitely be back! 👏👏👏
