I could have given 5 stars but unfortunately I give 4 given that months ago I was treated badly by a grumpy counter clerk, who when I showed her that there was a long hair inside my crêpes, she replied: so what should I do? (with a grumpy attitude) So I asked her please if she could change me for another crêpes and she, all sulky, gave me back the plate but it looked like I had killed someone... That is, guys, if you don't want to work or don't like what you do, look for another job and don't do it out of necessity because you make a bad impression given that Veneta in Lucca is an excellent ice cream shop, so don't make a bad impression with your clients! Luckily it only happened to me that time in Via Fillungo, because I usually frequent the one near Porta San Pietro a lot where I have nothing to say, in fact all the staff are well done!

Historic ice cream shop, with multiple shops. This is in via Fillungo, very small, the ice cream is always delicious. Small room inside or there are two benches near the entrance.

We had 3 crepes after dinner, all very good and rich, very friendly and nice staff, we will definitely be back
