15/10/2025: We had pizza and schiaccina with salade mista twice. It was super delicious, and you can sit outside with a direct view of the sea. The ice cream was just okay by Italian standards, but the rest was great. Highly recommended... 😋😋😋

13/10/2025: Located on a beautiful beach, the restaurant is easy to find and easy to enjoy. We came here for dinner with my boyfriend in the evening. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the friendly waitresses found us a table in the front row by the water without us even having to wait. We received very friendly service; even though the lady barely spoke English, she was super friendly and funny, and we communicated with gestures and a smile. I want to emphasize that this is quite rare! Otherwise, you'd get yelled at if you don't speak Italian. The food was fantastic, everything was prepared with love, excellent wine recommendations, everything was fantastic. From my perspective and experience, the restaurant deserves five stars.

01/03/2026: This is an original spot for your coffee on the way to work, your midday drink or a soccer match on tv. It’s not fancy, but it’s not pretending to be. The pastry in the morning is superb. The rest is raw, close to everyday life, but it got the vibe. And it’s affordable.

05/10/2025: You have to eat at Luigi's at least once in your life... Tuscan cuisine just like our grandmothers or even our great-grandmothers used to make, with a few twists that you'll have to try if Luigi is kind enough (and he is) to share them. Absolutely not to be missed.

09/03/2026: Lunch at Ugo's with a breathtaking view that stretches all the way to the sea. We enjoyed tagliatelle with wood pigeon and fettuccine with mushrooms. For our main course, Maremma-style wild boar. Everything was excellent!

16/11/2025: The bakery where you can find the best bread in town!! Excellent schiacciata, naturally leavened bread, whole wheat bread...and not to mention the Christmas and Easter sweets! Thanks to Valerio, the owner, who puts love and passion into his craft!

22/08/2025: The scaccia and panini are spectacular. Everything is delicious and fresh, even the croissants are excellent. The lady at the counter is super friendly. Worth a visit!

14/03/2026: We went to this pizzeria a few days ago. The pie is spectacular, crispy on the bottom and top and soft on the inside. It's a Livorno special, one of the best I've ever eaten. The pizza was excellent, just like the pie. Words are pointless; it's a must-try! There was a slight delay due to an issue, but the food was so good that the wait went unnoticed. Plus, the staff and the owners, a husband and wife team, were incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you!! See you soon!!

09/02/2026: A little gem in Seccheto on Elba Island, a restaurant with simple furnishings, well-spaced tables, and a tidy, clean atmosphere. The menu is classy and substantial, with a young chef whose creativity and professionalism are astonishing. The dining room staff is attentive and very knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. A wonderful discovery! Highly recommended.

27/01/2026: We used to come to Elba every September. We didn't go for five years, and here we are back in 2025. Vecchio Forno was one of our favorite restaurants on the island. You could eat fresh, local produce there. In five years, things have clearly changed. New management? New owner? In any case, there's very little fresh produce. The fish is frozen. There are no vegetables, or very few. When there are, like that tiny zucchini cake appetizer whose price is as exorbitant as its size, they're cooked and you can't recognize the look or taste of fresh produce. In short, the entire menu is designed to manage stock from the freezer as easily as possible. To top it all off, there was a plastic lid in the tiramisu. In short, an establishment to avoid. It's a shame they destroyed this place, which prided itself on serving only fresh, local products.

04/02/2026: The atmosphere is reminiscent of pubs from years ago... exceptional... a cheerful, youthful atmosphere, great for eating and spending an evening playing board games and cards... the pizza is delicious, as is the rest of the menu... the staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs.
