21/10/2025: One early autumn evening, I visited this restaurant, located in Marciana Alta, with a lovely view. I quite enjoyed it, and ordered a seafood appetizer—perhaps a little pricey, but good. And a basic fried fish.

07/03/2026: Unfortunately I arrived just after they stopped serving. The very nice girl served me a delicious latte and cream croissant. I say outside on the lovely patio. This place was a very welcomed stop on my way to Pisa. I am sure it must be good because there were many locals enjoying meals & coffee. I also purchased a very cute cup take with me.

03/05/2025: We decided to visit based on a recommendation or two and that I am a big fan of their wines. The atmosphere was very nice and so were the servers. One suggestion to the owner would be to put cushions on the wooden chairs as they were not that comfortable. Although the food was good, it didn't justify the price. I also learned that dogs are allowed in the restaurant, which many patrons took advantage. Most dogs were well behaved but I wouldn't recommend this place for a romantic dinner. We would probably not go back as we experienced better cuisine for far less. The wine however was fantastic.

The place immediately strikes you with its welcoming and refined atmosphere, with a beautiful stone interior that creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing evening. We ordered the pork shank, which was simply extraordinary: tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The other meat dishes also proved to be of excellent quality, a sign of great attention to the raw materials. The selection of drinks and cocktails was also very popular, prepared by skilled and creative bartenders, capable of creating truly excellent drinks. A special thanks goes to Martina, the owner, who is truly charming, welcoming, and always available, making the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. In conclusion, I Treccanti is one of the best places in La Spezia: a place where you can eat well, drink even better, and enjoy an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. Kudos to the entire staff for their courtesy, professionalism, and passion, evident in every detail.

05/10/2025: You have to eat at Luigi's at least once in your life... Tuscan cuisine just like our grandmothers or even our great-grandmothers used to make, with a few twists that you'll have to try if Luigi is kind enough (and he is) to share them. Absolutely not to be missed.

24/10/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The prices felt unreasonable for what we received — especially the fish dish (€30), which didn’t look or taste fresh at all. It was presented as the “catch of the day,” but it seemed more like something that had been sitting around for a while. When we mentioned our experience to our hotel, they agreed that the value didn’t match the price. Overall, we left feeling misled and unsatisfied. I’d suggest trying other restaurants in the area instead.
