Family dinner, four adults, Friday evening. Appetizer with Angus carpaccio and Florentine steak for two, mixed raw and hot fish appetizer, and baked snapper for the other two. The fish appetizer, given the price, left a little to be desired in both quantity and quality, but everything else was excellent!! The staff was exquisite, starting with the hostess! The only real flaw was the lack of air conditioning, which, given the quality of the place, is almost a must these days. The price was quite high, but given the food on offer, it was to be expected. I recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely evening and good food, especially on a night that's not exactly muggy!

It was recommended to us on vacation in Elba, and it was such a wonderful surprise that we returned several times! The Fiorentina is truly fabulous! The staff is very professional and kind, the service is excellent, fast, and still leaves adequate time between courses.

If you're on Elba and looking for a place to dine, come to Pilade. The freshest seafood dishes are excellent and plentiful. There's a wide selection of wines and superb steaks expertly grilled. Friendly service, highly qualified and courteous staff, and fair prices!

This is a ridiculously overpriced restaurant that only caters to its acquaintances. My tuna steak was okay, but it was served so carelessly with just two tiny lemon slices and a few lettuce leaves thrown onto the plate! The seafood appetizer consisted mainly of mussels plus a little octopus for €22. Sorry guys, you really need to do something about this; we felt ripped off! What a shame!

We ate a 1.5kg Florentine steak, €50 per kg, excellent, the dessert was also excellent, very small flaw, also a bit my fault, I only saw once we left that the bill was not accurate but since it was only one coffee, not taken, but paid for, I didn't go back, for the rest nothing to say, I recommend it..... better to book.
