A day in Libya. ● Lidia carbonated water 0.5L: gaaaaaaaaas. I will exude happiness. ● Multi-layer chocolate cake: very multi-layered, little cake and little chocolate. Sliced ​​plasterboard. ● Strawberry cheesecake: tasty, but not too much. Good, but also not. Small note, the cheesecake and the cake were served to us in a carton bearing the "Le Ricche Fries" logo. 21/03/2024: I celebrated my son's birthday 10 days ago. The children aged 7 and 2 had a great time.... Everything would have been perfect for me too if I hadn't found the staff on the wrong shift. During the booking process I found a different, clear, professional and courteous staff. Specifically a boy with tattoos, but he wasn't there on the birthday... Unfortunately there were two girls who were tired, rude and in a hurry. Operator 4022... they immediately categorically refused to show the film in 8D to the children with the excuse that there are only 2 of them, and that it's not possible and that's it, in an overbearing tone of voice, without even looking me in the face. I had to insist on something that was already included in the menu... Afterwards they turned the omelette around telling me to let her talk, and that if another colleague were to arrive they would put on the film... so it was. Obviously they didn't want to add the extra even though the children wanted it so much... With the same motivation, few available staff... As if it were my fault 🤷 there was another customer inside the place and that's it... ... I asked for 6 sauces, the same operator, that is, a short and sad girl.... She brought me 18 sauces because that's what she decided, for a total of around €20 🙃 I had more sauce than food 😝 I immediately thought that they were part of the menu... How silly.... I made it clear as soon as I arrived that if anyone were to order anything extra they had to pay for it themselves. Instead this girl made me pay, telling me that they were part of the birthday... I told her if she remembers how we had agreed before, she said yes but since they are part of the birthday I have to pay 🙃🙄 and that if I don't It's better if I tell the kids to pay for what they got as extra. So according to this girl, anyone who said it was part of the birthday could take the stuff at my expense, even though I had specified from the beginning that everyone pays for what they take, and that I pay for the children's menus and a €20 menu for the adults. .
