A bar located in the Rio Marina square, with shaded and cool outdoor seating. A lovely little spot to relax. We had breakfast and a snack there. They have fantastic fig jam, amazing croissants, and a tart, all homemade. We felt truly pampered; the owners are incredibly friendly and always smiling. Definitely go!

My family and I took a mini vacation to Rio Marina, and I can vouch for the best breakfast at Crema&Cioccolato. They're great, friendly, and everything is excellent. The cream croissants are top notch.

We stopped at this bar during our vacation on Elba Island, before heading to the Rio Marina mines. The lady at the counter was very kind and seated us in the square. The cream brioche was delicious, as was the donut. They even gave us two mini pastries. In total, 4 pastries, 2 mini pastries, and a glass of water were only 9 euros. Highly recommended!

23/04/2026: A refined and welcoming atmosphere, with beautiful soft lighting that creates a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable, always ready to offer the best advice. The selection of drinks is excellent, as is the food, prepared with evident care and passion. The varied and well-crafted vegetarian and vegan options are also highly appreciated. Every detail is carefully considered, making the experience truly special. An absolutely worthwhile place. Highly recommended.

01/08/2026: Even after the appetizer, we can say – outstanding! The gnocchi with ricotta/tartufo and/or tagliatelle with mussels are highly recommended. The spigola sandwich for the main course was truly superb. We can also highly recommend the dessert.
