Went for Dinner here twice in a 5 night stay locally because it was so nice). It is a very well run restaurant. One of the staff spoke perfect English which was great as not all dishes translate easily. The food was excellent, very tasty and well presented (Onion Soup, Tomato Soup, Mussel Soup, Dolce Soup Inglaises, Ravioli). Note 'soup' is not quite soup in english translation i.e. not as fluid. Soups was not what we expected but they were sooooooo good! Even better were the 2 local white wines we selected. Definately definately worth a visit x

Under new management, excellent food, moderate prices, very friendly staff, and everyone, starting with the chef, is very kind and friendly! This place has finally regained its quintessential Tuscan atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Under new management, everything is delicious! A varied menu of meat and seafood, excellent Tuscan recipes, and prices in line with other restaurants in the area. Friendly and welcoming staff, a clean and tidy atmosphere. Located in the central square of the former Solvay village, on the enchanting hills overlooking the sea.

A wonderful evening in this quaint Tuscan restaurant. There were 12 of us, adults and children, and we were all thrilled: the crostini, the platters, the pappardelle with wild boar, the tortelli, and the wild boar stew—all truly excellent. The only downside was the tablecloth and napkins: the use of non-woven (synthetic disposable) took away some of the poetry from such an authentic setting. In a place like this, cotton would be the perfect choice for elegance and sustainability. Overall, a highly recommended culinary experience!

Excellent restaurant, very popular with locals.
Returning from a walk in the hills, we were pleasantly greeted, even though it was already close to closing time, with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism. Everything was delicious, and speaking with the chef, you immediately sensed he was kind and capable. I hope to return very soon.

While on vacation, we were looking for a place where we could sample Tuscan cuisine. Enticed by the reviews, we visited this place and I don't regret it, because for us, it was a bull's-eye. Of all the places we visited, we found it to be the tastiest and where we truly felt the full atmosphere of this beautiful region. I highly recommend it.
