21/02/2026: I had lunch with my family at this restaurant... we had booked in advance, the staff were friendly, the only "flaw" was the service... a little slow, but overall we had a great time... they even gave us a table away so our big dog could sit comfortably without bothering anyone. Excellent value for money.

14/02/2026: The space is quite small but welcoming, and the staff was truly kind, helpful, and consistently polite throughout the service. Unfortunately, there were a few things that left me perplexed. The bathroom smelled bad, and the door didn't close properly, a detail that should be fixed as soon as possible. Even the fish, while cooked decently, didn't seem particularly fresh. Overall, the experience was mixed: the staff was very courteous, but there's room for improvement in the upkeep of the facilities and the quality of the ingredients.

03/06/2026: We had lunch here and were very satisfied. Aurelia impresses with good, uncomplicated food at fair prices. The lunch menu offers a good selection and is ideal for a lunch break. The staff is friendly and attentive. The service is quick and efficient. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Anyone looking for uncomplicated, pleasant dining with reliable quality will find it here.

01/06/2026: a plate of roast beef with potatoes and a coffee €23, since they were closing it would have been nicer not to seat us than to treat us like that.

29/12/2025: The guys behind the counter were really nice... but most importantly, they brought us two huge pizzas, and above all, delicious!! And they didn't skimp on the toppings, which is very often the case! I had a great time, I ate a lot and well, and honestly, I was even shocked by the bill; for two of us, we spent almost twenty euros and that's it! I highly recommend it.

02/05/2026: After a wonderful day in Portoferraio, we stumbled upon this truly charming place while strolling. The first thing that made us smile was the little bowl outside for the dogs to drink: a simple gesture that speaks volumes about how attentive they are to everyone. We sat down and were immediately greeted with a super-detailed explanation of the menu. There's no printed version because they offer something new every day, and that's exactly the beauty: the waiter explains everything with passion (and you can even take a photo of it on the updated blackboard, if you like). On their recommendation, we ordered a mixed antipasto and... well, everything was truly delicious. The meatballs were incredibly delicate, delicious, and perfectly balanced; the stuffed mussels were surprising, with combinations we never would have imagined but were absolutely successful. But the real star was the tuna salad: simply out of this world! Marinated tuna with orange zest, basil, and other ingredients that create a spectacular mix of flavors. I dreamed about it last night! Next, we tried the tagliolini with spider crab and the tagliolini with anchovy sauce, both delicious and carefully prepared. Thank you so much for this experience! It's a shame we found out you're only open for dinner, otherwise we would have returned immediately for lunch before leaving. But one thing's for sure: when we return to Elba, this will be one of our first thoughts!

25/05/2026: Excellent food, pizza is amazing and fresh. The fish is delicious, the mixte of fish and the tunna are delicious too ! We came back already 3 times and even at 15h they made us a little place to eat even with all the works being done on the beach. Definitely comming back to this place ! And the staff is super friendly!!!

01/06/2026: We asked if we could order spritzes at the bar and were told we'd have to sit at a table. The waitress didn't bring menus, but we still ordered spritzes and a charcuterie board. The €10 price per spritz for the quality (good, but nothing special) and the €2 cover charge per person are excessive, considering they didn't even bring bread to accompany the charcuterie (the €13 charcuterie board). The waitress charged us immediately while we were drinking and, without asking, rounded up the bill—a truly distasteful thing. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

29/05/2026: I stopped at Baracchina Rossa for an aperitivo, and I must say it was a pleasant discovery. Its location is one of its strong points: directly overlooking the sea, it offers one of the most beautiful views of the Livorno waterfront. I was lucky enough to be there at sunset, and the atmosphere was truly special. The sun slowly setting on the horizon, the reflections on the water, and the sea breeze made the moment even more enjoyable. These are the moments where it takes very little to feel good: a beautiful view, a drink, and time seemingly slowing down. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed, perfect for a break without too many pretensions but in a memorable setting. A place that left a lasting impression on me and one I would definitely consider for a future visit to Livorno. 🌅🌊🍹

17/05/2026: Excellent cake, in my opinion, the best. The pan pizza is also excellent. It's a shame the dining room is small with tables very close together, but definitely recommended.

08/06/2026: Relaxed beach bar with a good selection of drinks (high-quality brands, Aperol currently €6.50) and also fast food like burgers and sandwiches. Either takeaway right there on the public beach or eat in at a table. A table reservation is definitely recommended for sunset. The burger was large, the burger meat was cooked to perfection and very juicy; I had the Burger Speciale with porchetta!

24/01/2026: A spartan restaurant where you serve yourself, taking a tray, in short self-service... with a first course, second course with side dish, water and coffee we are around €15... I would say that the price is the strong point of this restaurant, a wide choice of dishes, maybe the quality is not the best but all in all it's not bad.

03/06/2026: A well-kept and welcoming restaurant, a pleasant location, and excellent quality cuisine. Unfortunately, during my visit, there were a very large number of dogs (about 10), some of which were very close to the tables. I found this situation uncomfortable. While I appreciate the rest of the place, this aspect makes me reluctant to return.

25/09/2025: Besides its location with its wonderful sunset views and fantastic selection of delicious wines, what makes this little bar/wine shop truly unique is its incredibly relaxing, vacation-like atmosphere! Chef Dimitri and his team greet every guest with radiant smiles, like a longtime friend! The moment you sit down, a plate of bruschetti, nuts, olives, and chips appears on the table, before you're faced with the delightful dilemma: Prosecco to start, or perhaps an Aperol Spritz? Then, perhaps Tuscany, Friuli, or maybe Puglia…? Dimitri has something for everyone! And should your appetite take a turn for the better, the menus from the neighboring restaurants are quickly produced, and your desired pizza or pasta is served immediately. Great location, great place!

17/04/2026: Excellent quality. The fried food isn't greasy at all, and the Livorno-style cod is delicious. Overall, I recommend it. The owner is very friendly.

24/10/2025: We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The prices felt unreasonable for what we received — especially the fish dish (€30), which didn’t look or taste fresh at all. It was presented as the “catch of the day,” but it seemed more like something that had been sitting around for a while. When we mentioned our experience to our hotel, they agreed that the value didn’t match the price. Overall, we left feeling misled and unsatisfied. I’d suggest trying other restaurants in the area instead.
