Very good food. Centrally located but off the beaten path, for a peaceful meal. Excellent prices given the location. The outdoor seating is perhaps a little uncomfortable.

Lovely meal , had the veal, delicious. Best chips on the island. Good value.

Visit Syracuse...full of history...stopped at the inn for lunch. Caponata and octopus salad for an appetizer: well-combined and tasty flavors and ingredients. Spaghetti alla siracusana for a first course: very Trapani-style but truly delicious. Friendly and attentive service. A seaside and sociable atmosphere.

Restaurant located not far from the cathedral, on a quiet street, away from the crowds, with a partial sea view. The pizzas are excellent, generously topped, and reasonably priced. I'm deducting one star because the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable and extremely heavy, making it difficult to move around easily.

Nice spacious place, varied menu, I had the trofie with swordfish and arancini with swordfish.. normal price, the only hitch was the payment on the house, it could have been resolved differently, there were 13 of us for lunch..

My experience at Locanda Del Collegio was overall positive, but there were a few things I felt could be improved. The location is pleasant, and the restaurant certainly has its charm, especially its location and tranquil atmosphere. The food was good, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The dishes were tasty, and overall we enjoyed our meal. However, I wasn't entirely impressed with the outdoor area: the seating was rather uncomfortable and the tables were too small, especially if you ordered multiple courses or bottles of wine. This made the dinner less relaxing than it could have been. The service was also decent, although the staff seemed a bit pressured and at times inattentive. I would also have appreciated more knowledge of the wine list and more professional advice on choosing the right wine. Overall, I would still give it 4 stars because the food is good and the restaurant has potential, but there are some important details that need improvement to offer a truly complete experience.
