Stopped in with my Bestie for a small meal before leaving Raleigh. Looked over the menu, some great food choices. We choose to share the Sosta salad. Sat outside. Cute outside with plenty of space to eat and enjoy. A nice atmosphere. The restaurant gave us a nice serving of salad with a delicious roll. Every thing so fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back. Appears to be a nice family running this business , I love to support local businesses. I loved everything about this cafe.

I ordered for the first time yesterday and the only thing I am upset about is I haven’t been here sooner. I ordered the new Rouge sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! the atmosphere was so relaxing while waiting for my food (only about 10 minutes or so) and the service was so friendly. Highly recommend

So delicious, vegan / vegetarian options, and one of the best turkey sandwiches I’ve ever had!! Family run and feels like home away from home! Must go!

I ordered the Rivera sandwich with a side of couscous, and it honestly hit that rare balance between comfort and sophistication. The sandwich was layered perfectly, fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully put together so every bite felt intentional rather than overloaded. The bread had that ideal texture, soft inside with just enough structure to hold everything together without falling apart halfway through (which is rarer than it should be). The flavors were clean and vibrant, not greasy or heavy, which made it feel like a meal you actually enjoy rather than recover from. And the couscous? Surprisingly a standout. Light, fluffy, and seasoned just enough to complement the sandwich without competing with it. It added that extra touch that elevates the whole plate from “good lunch” to “I’d come back specifically for this.” What really stood out, though, is how Sosta Cafe keeps things simple but does it exceptionally well. No unnecessary gimmicks—just fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to slow down for a bit. This is the kind of spot that becomes your go-to without you even realizing it. Definitely coming back.

I was in Raleigh for a convention and stumbled upon Sosta Cafe for breakfast. the staff and service was great! and the food was EXCELLENT!!! I travel often for work and have a hard time finding good, healthy, tasty food. It was perfect! 10/10
