19/05/2025: Meh. Service was slow, food was bland, and the atmosphere channeled "global hipster," with Airbnb-esque decor on the walls and American rap piped through the speakers. I felt like I could've been in Bangkok or Cali instead of Sicily. Lots of other restaurants in Syracuse. Go there instead.

18/05/2025: Good, good, very good food! I will not forget the lemon spaghetti I chose for dinner. Delicious. The desert simply amazing, tradition and taste perfectly mixed. I loved this restaurant. It must not be missed if you are in Ortigia.

16/04/2025: It has not met our expectations generated by previous reviews. The service is very slow, the fries are frozen (the antithesis of a trattoria), although the doneness of the pasta was perfect, the sauce was nothing out of the world and the quality of the bacon was quite low, as for the fried fish, the calamari was very good, but the rest of the fish did not get the right crispiness.

03/06/2025: Very large and beautiful beach resort, the location might seem expensive but it can accommodate 4 people so it's adequate, the restaurant is nothing special considering the price of the dishes, I recommend the self service

03/06/2025: A super nice beach bar with all the amenities you need for a great day at the beach. Delicious food, comfortable loungers with huge umbrellas, and you can even order food directly to the beach. Cool concept!

07/05/2025: very pleasant discovery! we went to Avola for a short walk along the seafront, to eat something we looked for a place nearby. Trusting the good reviews we wanted to try this place... and we were right to trust! What at first glance seems like a kiosk where you can find coffee and some other drinks, turns out to be almost a place in all respects, but in the open air and with a sea view! a wide choice of sandwiches, burgers, second courses, fries... plus, the possibility of composing your own sandwich or tortillas to your liking! comfortable tables arranged in the small square, a stone's throw from the "rotonda sul mare", and the prices, for what they offer and how they serve it, absolutely adequate. Quick and very friendly staff, thank you! (an extra point also for the excellent choice of background music!)

19/05/2025: Very positive experience! We had a great time both for the food and the location, but not least, for the service. Warm, helpful and attentive in advising us on the best according to our preferences. We ordered a raw fish appetizer and a cooked one, and then two first courses always of fish, fresh and quality. At the end, they had the foresight to offer us a dessert with a candle to celebrate the birthday. A greeting to Mr. Sacha who served us and to the colleague who welcomed us at the entrance.

30/04/2025: Splendid structure surrounded by greenery, very convenient for visiting the area, very kind and welcoming people. Suitable for children who can see farm animals. They have a cute, very affectionate dog. Excellent food, quality ingredients. Large and spotless room. We'll be back

23/04/2025: We were on Easter Monday for the first time and we were satisfied with both the place, the food and the hospitality of the dining room staff and owners. Also an excellent place for children who are enchanted by the typical farm animals: goats, chickens, turkey, peacocks, geese, ducks, dogs and horses. Small playground on a well-kept lawn. The facility appears clean and welcoming. Delicious typical farm food that never tires, all accompanied by excellent red wine in our case. (I didn't take a photo of the cannoli because they devoured them, extra point for the sheep's ricotta). The clean, fresh country air is the setting for an impeccable day. I highly recommend going to the Bio Agriturismo Torre Vendicari, no matter what the occasion, every excuse will certainly be a good one.

27/05/2025: Stasera siamo stati in questo ristorante attirati dalle recensioni positive su TripAdvisor e non siamo rimasti delusi. Mia moglie ha ordinato tagliatelle con speck e pistacchi, veramente buone, io un involtino di vitello con Philadelphia e speck accompagnato da insalata, entrambi molto buoni. Sembra da sciocchi recensire anche il pane e l'olio che ci è stato portato l'uno per mangiare la carne e il secondo per condire l'insalata ma erano eccellenti entrambi. Per finire un parfait alle mandorle, ottimo anche questo. Anche il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente molto buono, abbiamo speso 32 euro. Vorremmo tornare altre volte, peccato che abitiamo in Romagna! Se comunque dovessimo ricapitare a Palazzolo Acreide torneremo di corsa in questo ristorante

I would like to point out that I am from Catania and I am a fan of fresh fish and fresh fish and in this restaurant I ate an amazing seafood risotto...highly recommended to anyone who wants an informal place but where you can eat well. There is only a little noise because it is close to the market but it is also nice for this reason..
