08/07/2025: Extremely slow service. 45 minutes for the Tannur appetizer. The paccheri with sea bream ragù was flavorless and had a lot of bones. When we pointed this out to the owner, he indignantly replied, "There are some bones." Not even an apology. The catch of the day took 55 minutes to cook, instead of the advertised 40. And anyway, the dish was flavorless, rather dry, with little seasoning... nothing special. You couldn't taste the freshness of the fish of the day. We had to ask for bread. The bill was okay, with a regular The Fork discount. I don't recommend it in general. Too slow, quality was nothing special.

27/06/2025: Delicious lunch, kind owners. The pasta with pistachios and prawns a culinary delight. Absolutely recommend! Pretty sure the owner does not speak English but he was gracious enough to understand my poor Italian! Everything is expensive is Sicily but this was well worth it!

25/05/2025: I went to eat at this wonderful place. Original. Creative. Simply incredible. We had both the pasta with shrimp (unforgettable) and delicious pizzas both with Neapolitan dough and those a ruota di carro. I recommend it to all of you who read.

25/05/2025: Really enjoyable evening. After leaving the Greek theater, after the theatrical performance we went to this beautiful place. We were welcomed with extreme kindness and sincere smiles. The menu is fun and the dishes are exquisite. Very good pasta, octopus and swordfish really top notch. We ended with a fruit salad. Beautiful experience

23/06/2025: Top little place, excellent food, welcoming and attentive service, refined music... in short, everything was perfect. A relaxing dinner for two, away from the tourist crowds, but at the same time just a stone's throw from the center of Ortigia. Honest prices. Highly recommended

26/06/2025: A pleasant surprise in the heart of Syracuse. At first glance, it may be disconcerting, as it's also an accessories boutique with precious pieces, but just sit down to discover a charming corner where elegance permeates every detail. The decor is carefully curated, creating an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. The service is like no other: attentive, friendly, and with a natural class that elevates the entire experience. The cuisine is no slouch either. We shared a fresh salad and a perfectly cooked grilled Orata with vegetables. Dessert—a house specialty whose name we've forgotten—was a sweet and unforgettable ending. We washed down dinner with a good Prosecco, toasting to a special evening and a perfect vacation. Without a doubt, the icing on the cake for our trip to Sicily. A must-do.

11/06/2025: Stumbled on this little gem by accident walking back to my accommodation on a quiet weeknight. The staff were amazing, so patient and helpful. My meal (as recommended by the staff) was delicious and the chilled rosato equally so. Had I not been leaving Syracuse the following day, I would definitely have returned.

03/06/2025: Questo piccolo ristorante si trove nel centro di Ortigia in una zona abbastanza turistica, ma di "turistico" non ha nulla. Le materia prime sono eccezionali ed utilizzate in maniera sapiente a creare pochi -cosa che per me é sempre indice di qualitá- ma ottimi piatti. Le signore che ci hanno servito erano simpatiche e cordiali, due persone squisite. Ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo.

02/06/2025: Locale piccolino ma carino ed accogliente, con personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto di crudo, un primo e due secondi, il tutto veramente molto buono, abbinando due calici di vino bianco di qualità superiore. Alla fine il conto è stato assolutamente nella norma.

21/07/2025: Il servizio del personale dedicato alla sala è stato impeccabile, qualificato, serio, professionale e dotato di una predisposizione a mettere a proprio agio la clientela. Piatti realizzati con materie assolutamente prime e condimenti di prima scelta e di qualità. Si mette in risalto la bontà delle pizze e pizzoli cotti rigorosamente in forno a legna e realizzate da personale competente e del mestiere. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!!

30/06/2025: Lovely stretch of beach , clean water, sandy beach no pebbles, sunbeds with large umbrellas ( one can fit 4 people easily ) food options were multiple , shower, facilities, all good , highly recommend

30/06/2025: I'll start by saying that this is the first time I've left a review of this type. But this time it's inevitable not to. We went to this pizzeria in Palazzolo and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We ordered chips and paid a whopping €4, which, if you try, would have been a fair price if there hadn't been exactly 4 of them on the plate and they were also salty. The pizza, all in all, was good in terms of dough and flavor, but some pizzas were drowned in the liquid from the mozzarella. Four of us had a pizza containing rocket, but we only discovered that it had run out when the pizzas had already arrived (it would have been polite to let us know so that in case we would have changed pizzas). 2 pizzas in the center had the defect of having the same consistency as a cracker or a wafer. The pizza with artichokes was drowned in the oil from the artichokes themselves. The service, however, was the real sore point: we waited an hour just to order a bottle of water, and another 20 minutes to order the rest. We were brought numerous bottles of water, all warm. The icing on the cake was the draft beer which, for goodness sake, was fresh, but completely flat, we asked the waiter for an explanation and we were told that it is normal for draft beer to be like that. I am not a great beer expert but I am very sure that the waiter said a colossal bullshit. I am sorry to leave this review also because in the past I have not had such a bad experience, but returning after a long time and having recommended the pizzeria to a table of 10 people, I only made a bad impression.
