12/08/2025: All the products we tried here were amazing, from bread, baguettes and pastries to pizza and pastas. For lunch time, they always have different dishes every day. Local traditional dishes, or pasta and pizza so they can satisfy everyone. Make sure you order a large pizza for dinner to pick up, it’s absolutely divine. You must pre-order your pizza though. At noon for dinner, or in the morning if you want it at lunchtime. I’d like to mention the excellent service from Marco and his team, they are all very welcoming and patient with people like me, who are speaking broken Italian. Me and my girlfriend came to this bakery almost every day for the whole month we stayed in Palermo and we highly recommend Marco and his team. Thanks again for all the delicious food you served us! 26/07/2025: Quick, simple to-go bakery. Later in the day there was limited food left, what was there was good quality and yummy. An additional glass or foil to keep flies away from the food would come in handy at the shop

07/09/2025: Huge selection, the Apulian bread was very good. I took it home and enjoyed it for up to a week. Congratulations, especially for the cassatelle with ricotta 👍👏👏👏

08/05/2025: Best bakery and best bread and confectionery I have tasted. Staff so friendly and helpful. Would love fresh delivery daily it’s so good. Highly recommend this as best baker in Balstrate. Kathy Pearsall from UK
