06/06/2025: Was quiet but my sword fish was fabulous and so too my husband's minute steak. The family running it are friendly and helpful. I've read that it's off the beaten track and yes it's not on either of the 2 squares or the main road but Castelmola is a small village so it's not hard to find and is worth the little effort.

28/05/2025: The service and food was great. They were very friendly. The view from the terrace is magnificent. Our 10 month old granddaughter loved their spaghetti. My gnocchi was amazing. I finished with a taste of their local almond wine! We will be back!

19/10/2024: We ordered pizza and freshly squeezed orange juice. Unfortunately, the pizza was average, the prosciutto was ordinary prosciutto chopped into small pieces, and the juice did not resemble freshly squeezed juice... the old lady was not very nice. I don't recommend it. I regret that I didn't look at the reviews before I sat down at the table

15/10/2024: I had the misfortune of dining at Arcobaleno and it was a disaster from start to finish. The service was painfully slow, with the waitress disappearing for long time and forgetting our fries we ordered and not saying anything . When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm and in terms of the taste I would give it 5/10. It felt like we were an afterthought rather than valued customers. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

02/05/2025: No lo recomendaría! En primer lugar el servicio - simplemente se olvidaron de lo que pedimos, nos trajeron antipastoso típico que es como plato de bienvenida en todas partes en Taormina, y simplemente lo agregaron a nuestra factura más tarde! Olvidé que preguntamos por vino y demás. Pero lo más interesante fue que al final cuando recibimos nuestra factura nos confundimos ya que adicionalmente a “por coperta” deberíamos pagar un 10% como “por servizio”!! Y usted no encontrará esta línea en ningún otro restaurante allí. Así que, definitivamente no recomendaría este lugar! BTW. La comida en sí era demasiado gorda, aceitosa, no sabrosa.

02/05/2025: Nos sentamos a tomar una copa, vino un camarero arrogante que ni siquiera podía decir POR FAVOR. Nunca he conocido a un camarero más grosero, no podíamos esperar a tomar nuestras copas y marcharnos, horror.

29/08/2024: I'm really sorry to say it, but my worst food experience. Paid 50 euros for one person, a mixed "fish" that was old and smelly. No alcohol, drank water and bread, left the food tried to eat the prawns that fell off because they were old. Liked the man, so I went in. Not a single customer. Unfortunately, sorry but could not eat the food because it stank. Tried. Disgusting, inedible (old) reheated and expensive. Wasted 50 euros, ate the food, drank the water but I never got a menu.

18/08/2024: Absolutely avoid! The photos do not correspond to the dishes served. Simply inedible! Industrial charcuterie certainly purchased vacuum packed. We had 2 boards and grilled vegetables. Total bill: 60 euros for plates good to put directly in the trash. In reference to "The wing or the thigh" it's Tricatel XXL! This is purely scandalous! Don't set foot there!

23/05/2025: A horrible experience! It's very difficult to eat something like that! The pasta was terribly bad! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

20/05/2025: Hello Sicily's culinary heritage is normally pasta and pizza. The owner of this "Route Bar" will present you with an unusual menu that you should immediately RUN AWAY from. You'll be pleasantly surprised to see frozen food arrive on your plate, fresh from the inside of the bar, where the microwave is blaring. Just go to the bathroom to see for yourself.

28/04/2025: Scrivo questa recensione con una data quasi fittizia, ci sarò stato un centinaio di volte all'ancora, sia lato bar dentro gli imbarcaderi che lato strada. Allora non sono d'accordo con le rece totalmente negative, ottimo caffe', servizio veloce e buoni cornetti. Rosticceria nella media , e piatti della gastronomia passabili. Non c'e' eccellenza , e' vero, ma non credo alle recensioni totalmente negative che leggo poiché in questi anni ho sempre avuto modo di assaggiare un po' di tutto e non ho mai constatato la pochezza di chi da un solo pallino nella recensione.

14/09/2024: Abominable. I ordered meatballs in the “grilled” section of the menu: unidentified meatballs arrived, insubstantial and breaded, probably frozen and reheated in the microwave (evidenced by the poor cooked salad leaves in the photo). An infamous texture. Terrible service, not a smile. To top it off we also ordered a beer which never arrived but we were charged for it. The menu doesn't seem expensive at first glance, but it's still too expensive to eat poop.

14/09/2024: Avoid at all costs! Disastrous service, we ordered a beer that we never got and we were charged for it. The dishes are expensive and the quantities are small. The pizzas have no taste. Friends had the meatballs and they were inedible! Tasteless with a salad that had to be put in the microwave when they reheated the dish. Absolutely avoid

28/04/2025: I write the order on Whatsapp complete with personal details and address (as requested and advertised by them)....they view and don't respond.....ZERO EDUCATION!

29/03/2025: They are not very serious, why do they tell you to order for that time and why the rider doesn't arrive at that time... Not very serious. And then they leave the phone out of place is not correct...
