21/08/2024: Il mare blu fa da sfondo alla terrazza di Massimo, un simpaticissimo host accogliente e gentilissimo, che ha assorbito evidentemente l'atmosfera magica che "Ingrid e Roberto" hanno creato in quel ritrovo. Li immagino entrare mano nella mano e perdersi negli occhi davanti ad una meravigliosa brioche con granita di more selvatiche a dir poco sublime. Noi comuni mortali ci fermiamo un po' in più per assaggiare la spettacolare pizza di patate, ma volendo c'è da provare fino a tarda sera le bontà del ritrovo. Stromboli è un'isola magica, suggestiva che ti riporta ad uno stato primordiale, poi ci pensa la cucina siciliana a farti passare da uno stato naturale ad uno stato celestiale!

13/08/2024: Locale con vista panoramica spettacolare, ottima cucina tipica e personale molto cortese! Paolino - 81 anni e non sentirli- simpaticissimo e molto competente. E poi... lo scorfano alla griglia, una vera delizia! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci torneremo!

08/08/2024: Nota negativa per il servizio, personale di sala disorganizzato. Eravamo in sette: abbiamo ordinato una bottiglia di vino, la cameriera inizia a versare il vino in quantità generose lasciando le ultime due commensali senza vino e suggerendoci di ordinare un’altra bottiglia. In seguito ci porta i piatti per pulire il pesce e poco dopo il suo collega viene a portarceli via (peccato che non avessimo ancora mangiato). Conclusa invece la cena, la cameriera prende il mio piatto e inizia a svuotare proprio davanti a me tutti gli avanzi del pesce, facendomene cadere un pezzo addosso. Può capitare ma pur non essendo ristoratrice non mi sembrano manovre da svolgere a tavola. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, il pesce sicuramente fresco preparato come a casa, anche se alcuni sapori li abbiamo trovati un po’ insipidi. Nulla da dire sulla location, suggestiva, semplice, cucina a vista che ricorda quelle delle famiglie di una volta guidata da Paolino, verace siciliano.

04/08/2024: We tasted a pistachio arancino (sweet and liquid inside) and the Messina python (very good). There is a large space to eat in the shade but under that porch the air doesn't circulate and it's really very hot.

27/07/2024: Great place to stop and take a break, Exquisite food, we had both breakfast and lunch. The breakfast was excellent, stuffed and tasty croissants, very good pizzas, the lady advised us to get a truly mouth-watering filling.

06/08/2024: terrible organization and rude staff. I've been trying to book a table for dinner on August 14th for two weeks, I sent emails, I called every other day, but the only answers I received were "we haven't yet defined anything for the evening of August 14th" or the latest yesterday "I immediately sent you the quote via email" (never received). Today I call one last time to request a quote but the impatient receptionist tells me that there is no longer availability for that date, despite the contacts that have taken place for two weeks. Not recommended

25/08/2024: Fantastic lunch and experience to be repeated. The food was truly delicious, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. The staff were immediately kind and attentive, they welcomed us and made us feel at ease the entire time, without ever making us miss anything. The location is also wonderful, surrounded by nature, perfect for enjoying a quiet lunch. 5 stars well deserved!

03/12/2023: EXCELLENT service and Celiac safe Gluten Free pizza, pasta, dessert - Canolo!! Our daughter has Celiac and she had delicious choices that we've never seen before. We've also never seen her eat so much! I ordered the pizza twice because I didn't believe it was Gluten free the first time -- and loved it so much I was happy with more! I wish I had asked for their pizza crust and pasta recipe before leaving. Thank you for such a fantastic dining experience, 3 days in a row!

30/06/2024: Locale abbastanza squallido tovagliolo i di carta, servizio scarso; quattro piatti sempre gli stessi, tipici ma senza fantasia. Non meritato il conto pagato.

28/05/2024: Negative experience. The location is modest and the staff unprofessional. There is no menu showing the dishes and their prices, everything is proposed verbally by the owner. Poor food and exorbitant prices from a starred restaurant. Certainly not to return.
