Many thanks to Salvadore and family! Your restaurant is truly fantastic, the food is amazing, and the ambiance evokes a Sicilian feeling. It's a shame we only got to enjoy the food for one week, as we unfortunately have to return to Austria. Our son Nicolas would have loved to eat with you more often. Great restaurant with very friendly staff, and the food is highly recommended. We ate at many restaurants in Giardini Naxos, but this one was definitely the best.

Very friendly staff. I asked for a pizza to pack and take back to Germany. The waiter, who speaks German, fulfilled my wish. My daughter-in-law was delighted and happy. Very delicious pizza. Unfortunately, I discovered it too late. I will definitely visit the restaurant again on my next trip there. Best wishes from Düsseldorf Mimi

06/09/2025: We stayed in a van for one night in July. The location is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view, perfect weather, very friendly staff, and excellent home-cooked food. Highly recommended, especially for those with pets.

Ristorante La Forgia Maurizio

11/10/2025: Maurizio was very kind and welcoming. The caponata was the best I've tasted in the Aeolian Islands, and the stuffed squid with sauce was wonderful! Thank you.
05/10/2025: For the owner alone this restaurant is worth a visit. Such a lovely and engaging man, who spoke Italian, English and German with us. The food is delicious and though on the pricier side, portion size and quality justify it. We had the best seafood noodles here. (Sadly I only have a photo of the empty shells)
