Ristorante Main Palace Hotel In Roccalumera

Nice enough place however despite their website showing a host of facilities, they were all closed....no pool, no roof terrace, no outside bar. We were very disappointed. So check before you book, I would guess that if everything is open it would be a great place to stay. There's not too much in the area to do but the beach is lovely. Most of the local restaurants were also closed so unable to comment on local food.

Located opposite the beach, the hotel is immaculate with spacious, clean rooms and terraces. One small drawback: we had booked specifically to use the pool... but on the day we arrived... we were told the pool wasn't open, which was a huge disappointment.

I stayed only three nights. It was February, and the hotel wasn't operating at full capacity; some facilities were closed. But I had a beautiful sea view room, and the view when you wake up in the morning is priceless. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I had a great time. If I were to return to the area, I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it.

Stunning sea view in a prime location!

Who doesn't enjoy swimming in a pool with cigarettes butts. Good things swimming caps are mandatory, but too bad no one told us it's not forced anyway, and in the end we didn't have to buy those swimming caps I guess. No lifeguard at the pool. Loud partying noises till 3am. When at 2am I called reception, because I couldn't sleep, they told me "1 hour" and left the phone hanging, so if you are planning your RELAXING STAY/VACATION it would probably be better to avoid this hotel.

We stayed here for the first two days and the last day of a tour. The motto: great at the front, terrible at the back. We had a "handicapped room" for two nights. Large, with a balcony and a sea view. It was fine! On the last day, we had a room at the back. Small, with a view of slum-like alleys. Water reached the middle of the bathroom when we showered. On the day of departure, at 6:15 a.m. (it was still dark outside), the power outage in the room! We had to pack our suitcases using our cell phone lights! Later, we received no response, apology, or anything like that at reception. And why can't they replace this "balcony furniture"?
