30/12/2025: Traditional trattoria specializing in exceptional homemade maccheroni a ferretto. The house antipasto is also excellent and plentiful. Great prices. Panoramic views of the hills and Stromboli.

19/02/2026: The best brewery in Sicily. Since I discovered it, I haven't drunk commercial beers. Only Kottabos, Berenice 4 Ever. 🎧

27/12/2025: It's a quality brewery where you can also order food. My visit was enhanced by a manager (I think his name is Elia) who gave me a guided tour of the brewery, explaining every step of the process.

22/03/2026: I celebrated my graduation on March 21, 2026, at Casale Degli Aranci. It was a wonderful party, with excellent service, abundant and delicious food, and helpful and attentive staff. I especially thank Antonio, the head waiter, for his helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism! I recommend Casale degli Aranci to everyone!

17/03/2026: From the very first moment, it was love at first sight: as soon as we saw the farmhouse, we knew it would be the perfect place for our wedding. Our expectations were already very high... but they were far exceeded. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, with great attention to detail, professionalism, and a passion that was evident at every moment. A special thanks goes to Antonio and his entire team: always available, kind, and ready to make everything exactly as we had imagined, if not even better. The atmosphere, the organization, and the quality of the service made our day truly unforgettable, for us and for all our guests. We couldn't have asked for more. 21/03/2026: ***The restaurant owner's response only confirms my review... My experience at Da Marino Pizzeria was unfortunately very disappointing. Beyond the quality of the pizza, which was among the worst I've ever tasted, what was negative was the attitude of the staff. When faced with comments about the poor quality of the product, their friendliness faded, and one sensed a lack of willingness to engage in discussion. The pizza, specifically, had a clearly poorly leavened dough, with almost no air pockets and a heavy consistency that made it difficult to finish. The raw materials used also seemed of questionable quality, contributing to an overall unpleasant experience. Overall, a negative experience in many respects, both in terms of food and service. Greater attention to both product quality and customer service would be desirable.

16/03/2026: It's a bar that has lost a lot of its reputation over the years, perhaps because it hasn't kept pace with the times. Nonetheless, I still fondly remember it for the best aperitif I've ever had.

07/03/2026: I've been to this bar several times for breakfast, and they never have the items listed on the menu and promoted on social media. Even if I come at 9:00 a.m., they're always sold out. Removing them from the menu and not promoting what they don't have would be ideal. The only positive thing is the staff, who are always very friendly.

02/10/2025: A few days ago, we bought pizza and ate it at home. We bought the cheapest ones to try (2 Margaritas + 1 gluten-free Margarita + fries), and they were really delicious. I didn't even know which one was gluten-free, but they even went to the trouble of making a video call to identify it! The service deserves 6 stars, not 5.

03/01/2026: Last night, because I'm writing this at 2:00 AM, I visited this restaurant with my girls. Obviously, I thought for a moment so as not to write a hasty review motivated only by my disappointment. We sat at seat 14 and ordered a few items. The only appetizer, potatoes with cheese and speck, were delivered without the last two ingredients, so they were remedied by bringing back the same dish rearranged with the two missing ingredients. I didn't think it was nice, but in the end, they were potatoes! What justified my review, however, was the plate of gratinated mussels, ordered by my daughter. The dish contained twenty miscounted mussels, one of which emitted a nauseating stench. I don't want to lecture anyone, but if my daughter didn't have that questionable habit of smelling food, maybe I'd be writing this review from the emergency room and not from my room.

09/03/2026: We had lunch yesterday with my family of 9 people. Very slow service, overcooked risotto eaten only because we were hungry, not to mention the fact that we ate separately, the first courses arrived in installments, to some half an hour earlier and to others half an hour later, my 2-year-old son asked for a penne with tomato sauce to arrive first but it arrived almost last, he asked for 4 glasses that never arrived, I end up saying that we will never return.

08/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant today. We arrived at 1:20 PM, and by 3:15 PM they had only served an appetizer. We were forced to leave. Two hours for an appetizer. Prices were too high. The appetizers were mediocre. Not recommended.

25/02/2026: Absolute must when visiting Taormina. The restaurant is split into two either side of a terrace, one side is more "bistro" compared to the other side a bit more formal, however when we were here (off season) both served an identical menu. Fabulous food, great service, lovely wine ... what's more to want?

07/01/2026: Not the experience I expected. Quite unwelcoming waitress. Thought she was mad at something. Tasteless Bread. Caponata was okay, but Spaghetti with Bluefin Tuna Caviar smelled really fish, felt it's from rotten fish. Cod with mashed potatoes were just plain, mediocre at best. When I asked about a few other menu like cuttlefish salad, she simply said it's a summer menu. In January, thir menu indeed are quite limited. The worst experience I had in Sicily

01/03/2026: During a dinner with colleagues, I had the opportunity to try this place. I must say it was a pleasant evening. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive to the customer's needs. The wait times were average. The pizza is traditional, different from what's currently available on the market—no thick crust pizza, so to speak. The ingredients were good. I should start by saying that a few weeks ago, I went to a pizzeria renowned for its excellence in the sector and wasn't particularly impressed. The prices were very high, the quality of the products was very good, but not enough to justify all the fuss. The prices here are below average. Appetizer, pizza, soft drinks, and liqueurs all cost under €20, which I must admit hasn't happened in a while. If I had to estimate the quality/price ratio, I'd say it's in the medium-high range, because we enjoyed a good pizza without too many expectations. I'll definitely be back.

28/11/2025: Beautiful setting and super romantic. Food was delicious and staff were lovely. Portions are small so marked down for that in terms of value for money. Marked down on service as was charged an additional €30 for a bottle of wine we did not order. Did not notice until we got back to the hotel as we were in a rush to pay because it started to rain and we were outside! With that being said I would go again, without the kids and make sure I check the bill properly next time! The outdoor terrace is truly stunning.

23/10/2025: This restaurant may as well be one of the best places I’ve ever had dinner. We found it online and decided to check it out spontaneously, and just wow. The garden is beautiful, with several citrus trees. Super romantic atmosphere. All the staff has specific roles, so the sommelier only does take wine orders, the waitresses only bring food and take away empty plates or refill empty glasses and there are separate people for taking food orders or bringing out the bill. Although it might feel a bit slow (reading some of the other comments), there definitely is a system in place that works well. And then the food… eating a variety of vegetarian food has been difficult in Sicily. Not at this restaurant; they have an amazing selection of high quality vegetarian food. Probably the best vegetarian food we’ve ever had. We started with a delicious burrata and tomatoes, then lemon linguini, fried artichoke and shared two desserts. We did not have any wine, just two bottles of water and I was surprised with how low the bill was for the amazing quality of food. Feels like dining in a Michelin setting, but for a super reasonable price. Thank you to the staff for this amazing experience!

07/08/2025: After two weeks in Taormina, we discovered this hidden gem on our last day and what a wonderful surprise! The warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the kind family who runs the place made us feel right at home. The food was exactly what we needed: comforting and full of flavor. The vegetable soup was absolutely delicious, the lamb cotoletta was tender and perfectly cooked, and the tagliatelle and swordfish rolls were just fantastic. On top of all that, the prices were the best we found in Taormina — great quality without the tourist mark-up. I only wish we had found this place sooner! Highly recommended.
