The atmosphere is charming, adorned with ceramics crafted by Sicilian artisans. The food is excellent, especially the well-stocked appetizers, featuring rustic and very flavorful dishes. The excellent slice of liver coated in the offal's own veil was also delicious. Judging by the guests present, they seemed satisfied with the specialties they consumed. It's fair to say the food is good.

Found the place accidentally was meant to go next door, staff was super friends and they have a shop that sells their cured black pig salami. Also bought a kg of scarmorza cheese. Will surely be back.

First time here and very satisfied with the quality of the dishes and the more than generous portions. The set menu includes a dozen amazing appetizers, two first courses, and a fantastic grilled meat. I will definitely be back.

Excellent experience at F.lli Borrello, with courteous and helpful waiters, as well as exquisite dishes, including appetizers and first courses.
The restaurant is beautiful, bright and spacious, with clean and well-maintained restrooms. Prices are in line with the setting and quality.

An excellent experience at Trattoria Borrello in Sinagra. It's the ideal place for those seeking the authentic flavors of the Nebrodi Mountains.
• Cuisine and Products: The strong point is undoubtedly the quality of the ingredients. You can taste the locally sourced produce and the excellent selection, from local cured meats to meats. Dishes are well-cooked and respectful of tradition.
• Menu: We tried the fixed-price menu, which was comprehensive and satisfying in terms of quantity and variety.
• Price: The price is fair and proportionate to the amount served. It's not a cheap place by any means, but the price is fair for the quality of the food and the overall experience.

If you want to have a lunch and one of the best in Sicily, among various appetizers, the first one I ate macaroni with black sauce from Nebrodi is fantastic, and the meat and lamb are out of this world I hope to return soon😍😍😍😍
