10/05/2026: Today I attended my cousins Esther and Ginevra's first communion... everything was impeccable... from the location to the food.
Aesthetically beautiful, very welcoming and well-maintained.
Polite, kind, and helpful staff.
The welcome and dessert buffet was well-presented, allowing all guests to enjoy everything without having to assemble.
Special praise to the chef... the food was light... well-cooked, tasty, and beautifully presented.
Compliments for everything.

The staff was impeccable: attentive yet discreet, professional, and incredibly flexible with our every request. The food received compliments from all our guests.

Very nice, clean hotel. Well located. Short walk to the city center.
Friendly and helpful staff. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive ladies at reception.
The only drawback is the toilets, which are much too low. Not ideal for taller people.
A mosquito net on the window would be a good idea to keep out the annoying mosquitoes.
Otherwise, everything was great.
We'd gladly stay again 🙂

10/01/2026: The staff and chefs were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ordered a pizza with pistachios and mortadella, and it was delicious. We received a lemon curd as a gift from the chef himself. We highly recommend this authentic Sicilian place!

16/03/2026: It's a bar that has lost a lot of its reputation over the years, perhaps because it hasn't kept pace with the times. Nonetheless, I still fondly remember it for the best aperitif I've ever had.
07/03/2026: I've been to this bar several times for breakfast, and they never have the items listed on the menu and promoted on social media. Even if I come at 9:00 a.m., they're always sold out. Removing them from the menu and not promoting what they don't have would be ideal. The only positive thing is the staff, who are always very friendly.

14/05/2026: The location is beautiful, but the best part is the quality of the food. The restaurant offers quality traditional cuisine in a quiet atmosphere with the option of watching events. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the price is fair for its location.

25/05/2026: As a Palermitan, I'm obsessed with Messina's rotisserie... Big Ben is a must-try. The Pidoni are DELICIOUS, delicious, with excellent toppings. The arancini are exceptional, with a spectacular sauce. The fried food is incredibly crispy. Everything is delicious. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try typical Messina rotisserie. The place is clean and welcoming, and everyone is very friendly. 5 out of 5
