02/10/2025: This is a wonderful trattoria started in 1972 and has remained in the family since. As others have mentioned it is justly famous for its made in house maccheroni, and I would add that the assortment of antipasti are incredible. Well worth a visit - the views are also spectacular.

16/09/2025: A trattoria with a beautiful view of the valley surrounding Rometta. The menu features a few traditional dishes, made with quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the service is incredibly slow and the wait staff lack basic knowledge of their roles.

12/10/2025: The best restaurant in the area. Very tasty food (thanks Mr. Santino), very good value for money. Pleasant atmosphere, view from the terrace to Isola Bella, elegant and welcoming owners. Good luck!

19/09/2025: Terrifying: the menu was very limited, which makes you think the dishes are specialty dishes. Well, considering the prices, you can understand that, but neither one nor the other. The food was simple and poor. The prices were abusive. In short, it was a disaster. €60/person, infamous.

09/09/2025: The pizzas are very tasty, but the wait is quite long. The pasta is okay. A bit hectic.

21/08/2025: We had a good time, but not so good. The food was good, but unfortunately, we were served very late. We waited 10 minutes before being seated. Our order wasn't taken until half an hour after we sat down, and the pizzas arrived another 30 minutes later. The owner said the service is very slow because there aren't many people working in the dining room, and I understand her. She and another guy serve, and there really aren't many people for all this seating! What I didn't like was the fact that customers have to understand and normalize the quality of their service, justifying the lack of staff with "they can't find people to work, young people don't want to work." In short, these are prehistoric considerations. I'm leaving the one star because of this narrow-mindedness. We're not there yet...

07/09/2025: Oh my, what a wonderful meal I had the pleasure of enjoying. Let's start with the friendly waiter, with his typical Sicilian appearance and physiognomy. Then I ordered 2 Norma and a pasta with tomato sauce for my two children. The photo shows the splendid and delicious Pasta alla Norma. PLENTY TO SAY THE LEAST. EXCELLENT. THEN I MOVED ON TO A BEAUTIFUL AND DELICIOUS SWORDFISH SKEWER. EXCEPTIONAL. I ALSO HAD MY CHILDREN FOOD AN EXCELLENT VEAL SKEWER. TENDER AND FLAVORFUL. 62 PIECES IN ALL, INCLUDING WATER AND COVER CHARGE. COMPLIMENTS.

29/04/2025: Nous avons mangé chez Nni Lausta le lundi de Pâques et choisi le menu (45 e) : une mise en bouche déjà intéressante avec de l'espadon fumé et puis la déclinaison italienne classique : antipasti, pasta (raviolis au basilic, une tuerie), brochette de poisson, dessert. Sans entrer dans le détail : le raffinement des saveurs et des associations, toujours ancré dans la cuisine et les produits locaux font d'une visite chez Nni Lausta une expérience qu'on oublie pas et qu'on souhaite renouveler. La gentillesse de l'accueil, la qualité des attentions ne font que renforcer l'envie d'y retourner. Et pour couronner, les vins de l'azienda Caravaglio qui sont proposés à prix d'ami sont des pépites à découvrir pour tous les amateurs des vins des île siciliennes. Merci au chef, merci à Rosanna et Fabio et à leur équipe pour la cena du lundi de Pâques et pour la pranza de ce lundi 28 avril.

24/07/2025: Ancora una volta il posto ci ha confermato che nella zona è il top. Siamo due coppie e arriviamo in largo anticipo per il nostro tavolo prenotato. Con la massima cordialità e gentilezza, ci fanno accomodare e ordiniamo un tagliere osteria, una pizza osteria, e due grigliate miste. Che dire tutto ottimo e ben cotto, innaffiato da un ottimo vino rosso locale 13°. L'osteria la consiglio e da provare tutte le volte che ci si trova in zona. Da notare che abbiamo dimenticato il portafoglio sul tavolo e prontamente messo da parte dal personale. Bravi bravi bravi.

10/07/2025: Cena al tramonto con vista mozzafiato: i tavoli fronte mare rendono l’esperienza già speciale di per sé. La cucina si distingue per l’approccio monoproteico per piatto, con sapori netti e ottimamente bilanciati. Menù degustazione (noi quello da 10 portate), accompagnato da bollicine siciliane. Piatti di carne e pesce tutti centrati. Finale sorprendente: il dessert si compone al momento, davanti al cliente, scegliendo tra vari ingredienti. Esperienza tecnica, elegante e coinvolgente.

07/06/2025: Mandatory stop. Very fresh fish products because it works both as a fishmonger and as an EXCELLENT restaurant. I tried the seared tuna, stuffed calamari, pasta with swordfish and cherry tomatoes. In addition to an excellent house white Cattaratto sold loose. Less than 20 euros per person. What's more, a cheerful atmosphere and knowledgeable and very kind staff. Unfortunately I live 1,400 km away otherwise I would gladly write other reviews

04/06/2025: Es gibt auf den Äolischen Inseln sicherlich günstigere Flecken als Panarea. Aber wenn die Qualität passt - wie hier im wunderbaren Cusiritati, dann investiert man gern auch ein wenig mehr in einen superben Lunch. Und wenn dann auch noch 3 exquisite Grüsse aus der Küche kommen vor dem Hauptgericht und danach ein phantastisches Eis, dann verlässt der Gast das Lokal einfach sehr zufrieden. Beigetragen hierzu hat auch der aufmerksame Service und der Prime View auf die Bucht. Das Cusiritati auf Panarea - eine echte Empfehlung!

29/05/2025: Best meal in Italy so far! We had the salad with buffalo mozzarella and the seafood pasta. Nothing was left! Perfect setting and wonderful family on top of the food.
