Sanicolo Osteria Pizzeria In Taormina

We ate here three times during our vacation because the food is very delicious and the prices are affordable. Since we were guests of the Sanicolo Apartment, we ate with a 20% discount each time and received a welcome prosecco. If you eat here, I definitely recommend the pizza al tartufo!!! In addition to all this, the service is very nice.

We were here on the evenings of June 9th and 10th, 2026, at 7:30 pm. Great location in a lovely square with a fountain. We received a very warm welcome. The service was quite quick and helpful. If you need help deciding what to order, they give excellent advice. There were five of us, and we had everything from Antipasto Rustica and salads to pasta as a starter. For the main course, we had steak with a fantastic red wine sauce, lasagna, pizza, and pasta. They have a good selection of wines. On June 10th, 2026, we had another fantastic meal: a selection of fish, salads, and pasta as starters. The main course was tuna with sweet red onions (amazing!). The others had pizza. Spaghetti Bolognese was also ordered several times and was equally delicious 😋👍👍. Most of the pictures are of my meal, as the others were too eager to eat their fill. It's advisable to reserve a table during peak hours.

A quick meal, but nothing special, not bad, my pasta was swimming in sauce and the carbonara was mediocre. The glass of wine I opened was also mediocre.

Busy place means good food . First time I ordered spaghetti bologneseans the second time I came back and ordered pizza, well the place is busy and considering is pizza the service was fast . Thank you Badder service is amazing 👏

Food is very average quality, and more expensive in comparison to less busy areas. Location is perfect, this is why there are plenty of people eating, but food will not surprise you

Pizza was out of this world. Sercice was nothing but spectacular. A great spot!

Very kind and friendly staff, fast service, and above all, fantastic pizzas. I think the gluten-free pizza is the best I've ever eaten. The fritto misto is also gluten-free and was very good. We returned the next day to try other pizzas, and it did not disappoint. The gluten-free crust makes all the difference, delicious! Our Australian friends also loved the pizzas, both gluten-free and with gluten. Highly recommended :)
